Description

Polygonatum kingianum seed coating agent and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine planting, and in particular relates to a polygonatum kingianum seed coating agent and application thereof.
Background
Polygonatum kingianum Coll et Hemsl, which is a perennial herb of Polygonatum in Liliaceae, is one of the primordium of traditional Chinese medicine Polygonatum kingianum. Rhizoma polygonati is a common traditional Chinese medicine and has more than 2000 years of medication history in China. It is sweet and mild in nature and enters lung, spleen and kidney meridians. Has the effects of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, moistening heart and lung, and strengthening tendons and bones. For deficiency, impairment of cold and heat, pulmonary tuberculosis, hemoptysis, asthenia after illness, poor appetite, weak muscles and bones, rheumatic pain, and rheumatic tinea, it is a yin-tonifying product; pharmacological research in recent years shows that besides the above effects, polygonatum has an antibacterial effect, especially has a remarkable effect on tubercle bacillus and fungi, and has a function of lowering blood pressure; recent research results also show that rhizoma polygonati has obvious effects of increasing coronary blood flow, relieving atherosclerosis degree and improving the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver. With the increase of the demand of the market for the medicinal material polygonatum and the sharp reduction of wild resources, the market demand cannot be met by collecting wild polygonatum.
At present, the polygonatum kingianum propagation mainly depends on seed propagation and tuber division propagation, but the seed direct seeding propagation of the polygonatum kingianum has some problems, firstly, the seeds are easy to mildew, and the mildew rate of part of the seeds is as high as 30-70%; secondly, partial seeds have dormancy phenomenon, and the seedling emergence time is as long as 2 years; thirdly, the seedlings are irregular. Because the polygonatum kingianum seeds are rich in nutrient substances, when the polygonatum kingianum seedlings are propagated by using the seeds, the polygonatum kingianum seeds are easy to mildew and rot due to the fact that soil contains a large amount of bacteria and fungi, such as pythium and fusarium, and the like under the conditions of proper temperature and moisture. On the other hand, a large number of grubs, cutworms and other underground pests exist in the soil, and can bite the polygonatum kingianum seeds to cause the polygonatum kingianum seeds to have pathological changes and go moldy, so that the polygonatum kingianum seeds are mildewed and rotted in a large amount, and a large amount of loss of the polygonatum kingianum seeds is caused. In the growth process of polygonatum kingianum seedlings and even adult plants, the damage of diseases and insect pests such as root rot and mites is common, and the seedlings die due to withering when the damage is serious.

(1) The method comprises the following steps: each treatment group had 150 seeds divided into 3 replicates of 50 seeds each. The germination bed adopts double-layer wet filter paper, the double-layer wet filter paper is placed in a light culture box for culture at 25 ℃ and 2500lx12h for 90d, water is added into a culture dish every day in the test process to keep the filter paper wet, and the germination number of seeds is recorded.
(2) Results of the experiment
TABLE 2 germination test results of polygonatum kingianum coated seeds (x + -s, n ═ 3)
Item Germination rate Rate of mildew formation Dormant seed
Coated seed 71.33±9.02 16.67±5.03 12.00±8.72
Control seed 30.00±4.00 51.33±6.11 18.67±2.31
Experiments 1 and 2 both show that the coating agent in the embodiment 1 can realize short seed germination time, the germination rate of polygonatum kingianum seeds is improved to 60-80% from 30-50%, and the mildew rate of the seeds is reduced to about 10% from 30-70%, so that the germination rate of polygonatum kingianum seeds is greatly improved, and the loss of polygonatum kingianum seeds is reduced. And the method is simple and easy to implement, has low cost and is beneficial to popularization.
Various corresponding changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art based on the above technical solutions and concepts, and all such changes and modifications should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
