Abstract

本发明公开一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯3~20份、水溶性环氧树脂1~5份、胶乳40~240份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯3~30份、纯水65~350份。同时提供其相应的制备方法。本发明的浸胶液中完全不含间苯二酚、甲醛及其衍生物,所用原料物质不在危险化学品范畴内,绿色环保,且浸胶液水溶性、水分散性好,达到了欧盟及国家有关部门的要求;在锦纶6、锦纶66、涤纶、芳纶、氨纶等纤维制成的帘子布、帆布、线绳的浸胶工艺应用中,取得了良好的效果,所得产品物性指标达到甚至超过了国家优等品标准,解决了“RFL浸胶液”的替代问题。

Description

一种环保型浸胶液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于浸胶帘子布、帆布、线绳、胶管纱浸胶技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型浸胶液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,锦纶6、锦纶66、涤纶、芳纶、氨纶等产品因其独特的性能在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。而在形成帘子布、帆布、线绳、胶管纱过程中,浸胶工艺是至关重要的一个环节,其直接影响产品的质量和使用性能。目前,根据物质的特性,现有浸胶工艺多采用“单浴法”或“双浴法”,而在上述工艺中,“RFL浸胶液”是不可缺少的浸胶原料,“RFL浸胶液”中的间苯二酚和甲醛所形成的酚醛树脂也是很难被替代的优良的粘接剂,而且,在浸胶工艺中,“RFL浸胶液”需现用现配,间苯二酚和甲醛的反应需设置专门的甲级防爆配制车间,在配制过程及浸胶工艺中,酚、醛带来了环保、安全、职业健康等一系列问题,这些问题不容忽视。
2014年,欧盟REACH法规提出,严禁在生产浸胶帘子布中使用间苯二酚、甲醛等物质;2016年12月26日,工业和信息化部、科学技术部、环境保护部联合发布《国家鼓励的有毒有害原料(产品)替代品目录(2016年版)》(工信部联节〔2016〕398号)中也将酚醛树脂浸胶液(RFL)列为被替代品。因此,开发环保型无酚醛绿色浸胶液势在必行。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种环保型浸胶液,同时提供其相应的制备方法是本发明的另一发明目的。
基于上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯3~20份、水溶性环氧树脂 1~5份、丁吡胶乳40~240份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯3~30份、纯水65~350份。
封闭性异氰酸酯由封闭剂和异氰酸酯制成,所述异氰酸酯为含有两个以上—NCO官能团的多异氰酸酯;封闭剂选自己内酰胺、3,5—二甲基吡唑、丙酮肟、丁酮肟、环己酮肟、亚硫酸氢钠中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
所述异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯或六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体。
封闭性异氰酸酯的剂型为水分散液、水乳液或粉剂。
所述胶乳为丁吡胶乳、丁苯吡胶乳或羟基丁苯吡胶乳。
环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯3~16份、水溶性环氧树脂 1~4.5份、丁吡胶乳45~210份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯4.5~21份、纯水70~320份。
制备环保型浸胶液的方法,包括如下步骤:
于低速搅拌条件下,
1)将封闭性异氰酸酯加入一部分纯水中,混合,再依次添加水溶性环氧树脂、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯、丁吡胶乳,混合,得混合物;
2)将另一部分纯水加入步骤1)的混合物中,混合,得浸胶液。
低速搅拌的转速为100~200转/分。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的浸胶液中完全不含间苯二酚、甲醛及其衍生物,所用原料物质不在危险化学品范畴内,绿色环保,且浸胶液水溶性、水分散性好,粘辊少、废胶产生少,达到了欧盟及国家有关部门的要求;在锦纶6、锦纶66、涤纶等帘子布的浸胶工艺应用中,取得了良好的效果,所得产品物性指标达到甚至超过了国家优级品标准,解决了“RFL浸胶液”的替代问题;
2、本发明的浸胶液实用性强,可直接应用于现有的浸胶工艺和设备,减少了因浸胶液发生变化所造成的设备、工艺改造所带来的人力、物力、财力的支出,易于推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1-7中封闭性异氰酸酯由封闭剂和异氰酸酯制成,所述异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,封闭剂为己内酰胺。
实施例1-5中封闭性异氰酸酯的剂型为水分散液,实施例6-7中封闭性异氰酸酯的剂型为水乳液。
实施例1
一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯10份(质量百分浓度为50%的己内酰胺封闭二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯水分散液20份)、水溶性环氧树脂 3份、丁吡胶乳139份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯13.6份、纯水220份。
制备环保型浸胶液的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
于转速为200转/分下,
1)将封闭性异氰酸酯加入一部分纯水(100份)中,搅拌混合30min,再添加水溶性环氧树脂,搅拌混合60min后,添加马来酸酐化聚丁二烯,搅拌混合30min,再添加丁吡胶乳,搅拌混合60min,得混合物;
2)将剩余的纯水全部加入步骤1)的混合物中,混合均匀,得浸胶液。
实施例2
一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯8.4份(质量百分浓度为50%的己内酰胺封闭二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯水分散液16.8份)、水溶性环氧树脂 2.5份、丁吡胶乳116份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯11.4份、纯水175份。
制备环保型浸胶液的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
于转速为100转/分下,
1)将封闭性异氰酸酯加入一部分纯水(80份)中,搅拌混合60min,再添加水溶性环氧树脂,搅拌混合90min后,添加马来酸酐化聚丁二烯,搅拌混合60min,再添加丁吡胶乳,搅拌混合90min,得混合物;
2)将剩余的纯水全部加入步骤1)的混合物中,混合均匀,得浸胶液。
实施例3
一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯3.4份(质量百分浓度为50%的己内酰胺封闭二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯水分散液6.8份)、水溶性环氧树脂 1份、丁吡胶乳46.5份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯4.6份、纯水70份。
其制备方法参照实施例1,其中,不同之处在于,步骤1)的一部分纯水为40份。
实施例4
一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯13份(质量百分浓度为50%的己内酰胺封闭二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯水分散液26份)、水溶性环氧树脂 3.8份、丁吡胶乳176份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯17.5份、纯水266份。
其制备方法参照实施例1,其中,不同之处在于,步骤1)的一部分纯水为130份。
实施例5
一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯15.5份(质量百分浓度为60%的己内酰胺封闭二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯水分散液25.8份)、水溶性环氧树脂 4.5份、丁吡胶乳208.5份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯20.5份、纯水320份。
其制备方法参照实施例2,其中,不同之处在于,步骤1)的一部分纯水为140份。
实施例6
一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯16份(质量百分浓度为30%的己内酰胺封闭二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯接枝水乳液53.33份)、水溶性环氧树脂 4.5份、丁吡胶乳80份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯21份、纯水300份。
制备环保型浸胶液的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
于转速为200转/分下,
1)将封闭性异氰酸酯加入一部分纯水(130份)中,搅拌混合30min,再添加水溶性环氧树脂,搅拌混合60min后,添加马来酸酐化聚丁二烯,搅拌混合30min,再添加丁吡胶乳,搅拌混合60min,得混合物;
2)将剩余的纯水全部加入步骤1)的混合物中,混合均匀,得浸胶液。
实施例7
一种环保型浸胶液,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯7份(质量百分浓度为35%的己内酰胺封闭二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯接枝水乳液20份)、水溶性环氧树脂 2份、丁吡胶乳180份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯10份、纯水240份。
其制备方法参照实施例6,其中,不同之处在于,步骤1)的一部分纯水为120份。
实施例8 性能检测
将实施例1-7制得的浸胶液样品分别应用于锦纶66帘子布(型号:1400dtex/2)、锦纶6帘子布(型号:1400dtex/2)、涤纶帘子布(型号:1440dtex/2),检测产品的性能指标,具体检测结果分别如下表1、2和3。

由表1-3得知,本发明的绿色浸胶液在锦纶6、锦纶66、涤纶制备帘子布、帆布、线绳等产品的浸胶工艺中发挥了优良的作用,所得产品性能指标优于相关的质量标准,可替代原有的“RFL浸胶液”。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保型浸胶液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯3~20份、水溶性环氧树脂 1~5份、胶乳40~240份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯3~30份、纯水65~350份;
封闭性异氰酸酯由封闭剂和异氰酸酯制成,所述异氰酸酯为含有两个以上—NCO官能团的多异氰酸酯;封闭剂选自己内酰胺、3,5—二甲基吡唑、丙酮肟、丁酮肟、环己酮肟、亚硫酸氢钠中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
制备所述的环保型浸胶液的方法,包括如下步骤:
于低速搅拌条件下,
1)将封闭性异氰酸酯加入一部分纯水中,混合,再依次添加水溶性环氧树脂、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯、丁吡胶乳,混合,得混合物;
2)将另一部分纯水加入步骤1)的混合物中,混合,得浸胶液。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保型浸胶液,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯或六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保型浸胶液,其特征在于,封闭性异氰酸酯的剂型为水分散液、水乳液或粉剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的环保型浸胶液,其特征在于,所述胶乳为丁吡胶乳、丁苯吡胶乳或羟基丁苯吡胶乳。
5.如权利要求1~4任一所述的环保型浸胶液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:封闭性异氰酸酯3~16份、水溶性环氧树脂 1~4.5份、丁吡胶乳45~210份、马来酸酐化聚丁二烯4.5~21份、纯水70~320份。
6.如权利要求1所述的环保型浸胶液,其特征在于,低速搅拌的转速为100~200转/分。
