本发明公开了一种含有3‑甲基丁酸的奶酪型食用香精,包含乙偶姻、丁酸、丁酸乙酯、丁位癸内酯、丁位十一内酯、十四酸乙酯、十六酸乙酯、已酸、3‑甲基丁酸、香兰素、硫醇、癸酸、十四酸、十六酸、丙二醇;本发明优化了配方和配比,通过添加3‑甲基丁酸及其他成分,使产品具有浓郁厚重的奶酪香气,在食品中奶酪香气自然纯正,回味醇厚高雅。

本发明涉及香精香料技术领域,具体地说是一种含有3-甲基丁酸的奶酪型食用香精。
背景技术
目前市场上奶酪型食用香精基本是使用合成香料调配而成,配料和配比较为原始,导致产品的香味不够厚重、浓郁,缺少奶酪的味道特征。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种含有3-甲基丁酸的奶酪型食用香精。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种含有3-甲基丁酸的奶酪型食用香精,包含乙偶姻0.5-0.6%、丁酸2.3-2.7%、丁酸乙酯0.2-0.4%、丁位癸内酯0.5-0.6%、丁位十一内酯0.5-0.6%、十四酸乙酯0.2-0.3%、十六酸乙酯0.3-0.6%、已酸0.1-0.4%、3-甲基丁酸0.1-0.4%、香兰素0.1-0.39%、硫醇0.3-0.5%、癸酸0.2-0.39%、十四酸0.1-0.4%、十六酸0.1-0.4%、丙二醇94.1-94.4%。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的含有3-甲基丁酸的奶酪型食用香精,优化了配方和配比,通过添加3-甲基丁酸及其他成分,使产品具有浓郁厚重的奶酪香气,在食品中奶酪香气自然纯正,回味醇厚高雅。

本发明所述的一种含有3-甲基丁酸的奶酪型食用香精,包含乙偶姻0.5-0.6%、丁酸2.3-2.7%、丁酸乙酯0.2-0.4%、丁位癸内酯0.5-0.6%、丁位十一内酯0.5-0.6%、十四酸乙酯0.2-0.3%、十六酸乙酯0.3-0.6%、已酸0.1-0.4%、3-甲基丁酸0.1-0.4%、香兰素0.1-0.39%、硫醇0.3-0.5%、癸酸0.2-0.39%、十四酸0.1-0.4%、十六酸0.1-0.4%、丙二醇94.1-94.4%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的含有3-甲基丁酸的奶酪型食用香精,其特征在于:各成分配比为乙偶姻0.5-0.6%、丁酸2.3-2.7%、丁酸乙酯0.2-0.4%、丁位癸内酯0.5-0.6%、丁位十一内酯0.5-0.6%、十四酸乙酯0.2-0.3%、十六酸乙酯0.3-0.6%、已酸0.1-0.4%、3-甲基丁酸0.1-0.4%、香兰素0.1-0.39%、硫醇0.3-0.5%、癸酸0.2-0.39%、十四酸0.1-0.4%、十六酸0.1-0.4%、丙二醇94.1-94.4%。
