泌尿失禁的消费者，尤其是那些患有夜遗尿症的消费者，通常会受到这种病症的伤害。所述病症的许多方面有助于所述折磨，比如害怕在公共场合发生失禁事件。甚至当穿着了吸收制品时，仍然害怕发生渗漏，并且害怕他们的吸收制品可能在他们的衣服下面被人注意到。因此，本公开的目的之一是，通过如下方式提供帮助正常化所述状况的产品体验：在整个体重/年龄范围内提供更类似于内衣的、薄型且适形于身体的结构。
图8示出了可存在于每个体重范围内的多种具体形状：矩形(也称为圆柱形))、沙漏形、梨形、和苹果形。体重越高，穿着者通常在该体形标度上就越靠右(朝苹果形)。这些形状的发生率在体重范围内是有差别的，例如，较高体重的穿着者具有较高概率成为苹果形或梨形。吸收制品可被销售给特定体形诸如苹果形的穿着者，而不是集中于精确的体重值(这可能对于消费者来讲是令人不愉快的)，以便用将最佳地贴合他们的独特体形或尺寸的制品来匹配穿着者。
可能期望将产品长度对侧部轮廓接合到目标消费者的身体长度对侧部轮廓，以便获得具有更好的贴合性、更好的适形性、更好的衬圈性的产品。这可增加每个消费者的穿着舒适度，同时减少渗漏。另外，其中各尺寸依次递增的产品长度对侧部轮廓与各尺寸依次递增的身体长度对侧部轮廓具有相同的总体趋势的产品系列也可为每名消费者(无论其体重如何)提供更好的贴合性、更好地适形制品。

吸收制品
本公开的吸收制品一般被设计和构造成管理身体流出物诸如尿液、经液、粪便或其它阴道分泌物。
在一个实施方案中，一种吸收制品可包括基础结构，所述基础结构包括顶片、底片、以及至少部分地设置在顶片与底片之间的吸收芯。吸收基础结构可包括腰带、腿箍和/或弹性股线。在各种实施方案中，参考图12，示出了在通过紧固部件53a和53b接合侧接缝、在一些情况下形成侧接缝之前的处于其平坦未收缩状态的示例性吸收制品10。
在一个实施方案中，参考图12，吸收制品10的一个端部可被构造为前腰区36，并且纵向相对的端部可被构造为后腰区38。在前腰区36与后腰区38之间纵向延伸的吸收制品10的中间部分可被构造为裆区37。前腰区36、后腰区38和裆区37中的每一者的长度可为例如吸收制品10的长度的约1/3，如图13和图14所示(相对于如图12所示与前带和后带重合)。在其它实施方案中，前腰区36、后腰区38和裆区37各自的长度可具有其它尺寸。在各种实施方案中，吸收制品10可在前腰区36中具有横向延伸的前腰端边136，并且在后腰区38中具有纵向相对且横向延伸的后腰端边138。
在一个实施方案中，参考图12，吸收制品10的基础结构100可包括第一纵向延伸的侧边137a和侧向相对的第二纵向延伸的侧边137b。两个侧边137均可在前腰端边136与后腰端边138之间纵向延伸。基础结构100可形成前腰区36中的侧向延伸的前腰端边136的一部分和后腰区38中的纵向相对且侧向延伸的后腰端边138的一部分。此外，基础结构100还可包括内表面102、外表面104、纵向轴线42和侧向轴线44。纵向轴线42可延伸穿过前腰端边136的中点并且穿过后腰端边138的中点，而横向轴线44可延伸穿过第一侧边137a的中点并且穿过第二侧边137b的中点。
在各种实施方案中，吸收制品10的一部分或整个所述吸收制品均可被制造成横向能够延展的。吸收制品10的延展性可为期望的以便允许吸收制品10在穿着者运动期间适形于穿着者的身体。所述延展性也可为期望的，例如以便允许护理者延伸前腰区36、后腰区38、裆区37和/或基础结构100，从而为身材不同的穿着者提供附加身体覆盖率，即为个体穿着者定制吸收制品10。这种延展性可为吸收制品10提供大致沙漏形的形状，只要裆区37被延伸的程度相对地小于腰区36和/或38的情况即可。这种延展性还可在使用期间赋予吸收制品10定制的外观。
许多当前的套穿裤型吸收制品具有简单的样式设计，尺寸上类似于全切短内裤。此类贴身短内裤型的制品被设计成贴合在穿着者的肚脐处的腰部以及沿着髋部水平的腿部和侧部。所有这些产品具有侧接缝，所述侧接缝的长度基本上小于沿纵向中心线测量的制品的折叠长度。这意味着支撑制品的箍仅锚定制品的上部，并且制品的主要设置在裆部中的其余部分不具有侧向支撑件，并且因此可随着穿着者的运动而移位和移动。此外，当穿用时，中心基础结构的重量也赋予其矢量基本上垂直于箍的力矢量的力，这可导致制品的整体贴合性的劣化，导致衬圈元件松垂和间隙以及制品性能的劣化。为了克服这种垂直的劣化力，箍的力必须如此之高，以至于其对穿着者的舒适性有害，从而导致贴合不良，皮肤标记增加和应用困难等。
本文所述的纵向较长的弹性化束带结构的稳定有益效果，通过具有较低产品长度对侧部轮廓的产品设计来实现。较低的产品长度对侧部轮廓是给定尺码的吸收制品的较长侧接缝长度的结果。这些吸收制品的所得产品长度对侧部轮廓在约0.5至约1.6的范围内。较低的产品长度对侧部轮廓导致产品设计类似于男式四角紧身内裤和女式平角内裤。
本公开的四角紧身内裤/平角内裤轮廓吸收制品被设计成贴合在肚脐处或邻近肚脐的腰部，并且沿着髋部下面的腿部更靠近中心基础结构裆部底部的水平。此类设计具有侧接缝，当沿纵向中心线测量时，侧接缝更接近制品的折叠长度。这种类型的贴合性通过沿腿部提供侧向稳定，从而帮助保持中心基础结构的所有衬圈元件的接触和位置，最小化由穿着者在裆部中的中心基础结构上的运动赋予的动力的影响。此外，在由制品的较长弹性化带部分产生的箍内具有更多的吸收芯也有助于增加吸收体与身体的接触，从而改善流体摄取和渗漏预防。在某些实施方案中，侧接缝长度优选地为沿纵向中心线测量的制品的松弛产品长度的>60％且<100％。在其他实施方案中，侧接缝长度优选地为沿纵向中心线测量的制品的松弛产品长度的>70％且<100％。在另一个实施方案中，侧接缝长度优选地为沿纵向中心线测量的制品的松弛产品长度的>80％且<100％。在另一个实施方案中，侧接缝长度优选>地为沿纵向中心线测量的制品的松弛产品长度的90％和<100％。
本文所述的弹性结构在经历由穿着者的运动引起的动态变化的那些区中增强吸收制品围绕穿着者的动态贴合性。在一个尤其优选的实施方案中，吸收制品具有弹性腰部结构、弹性腿箍和弹性侧/髋部片，它们提供弹性延展性，从而为穿着者提供更大的运动自由度，并且通过最初将尿布适形地贴合到穿着者身上并且通过在使用期间保持这种贴合性来提供更舒适和更合轮廓的贴合性。
由于弹性体带结构的尺寸和覆盖范围的增加，当在横向上拉伸时，这些结构在纵向轴线上可能具有不同的延展性。差别延展性允许部分侧向伸展至比沿纵向轴线的其他部分更大的程度。这种差别延展性提供具有屈从腹部的前弹性部分和可弹性屈从的髋部/腿部部分两者的束带，所述束带可差异性地伸展以提供不同的形状、尺寸和力，以适应当穿着者移动、坐下和站立时那些区域的穿着者具体运动。
吸收制品的任何部分或所有部分可包括如2014年1月24日提交的标题为DISPOSABLE ABSORBENT ARTICLES COMPRISING BACTERIOPHAGES AND RELATED METHODS的美国序列号61/931,229中所述的噬菌体组合物。
顶片
在一个实施方案中，参考图4a、图4b、图12和图19，吸收制品10可包括顶片81。顶片81可为柔顺的、感觉柔软的且对穿着者的皮肤无刺激性，并且可在一个或更多个方向上为可弹性拉伸的。此外，顶片81还可为液体可渗透的，从而允许液体(例如，经液、尿液和/或稀便)穿透其厚度。各种顶片也可包括例如亲水性材料，所述材料被构造成将体液抽吸到基础结构100的吸收芯中(当这些流体由身体排出时)。合适的顶片81可由各种各样的材料制成，例如织造材料和非织造材料、开孔或液压成形的热塑性薄膜、开孔非织造材料、多孔泡沫、蜂窝状泡沫、蜂窝状热塑性薄膜和/或热塑性稀松布。合适的开孔膜可包括美国专利3,929,135、4,324,246、4,342,314、4,463,045、5,006,394、5,628,097、5,916,661、6,545,197和6,107,539中所述的那些。

底片

吸收芯

腰带
在一个实施方案中，参考图14，制品10可包括弹性化腰带112a和112b。弹性化腰带可提供改善的贴合性和约束性，并且可被构造成侧向地弹性膨胀和收缩以动态地贴合穿着者的腰部。弹性化腰带可从吸收制品10的腰部边缘朝吸收芯200的腰部边缘纵向向外延伸。在一个实施方案中，吸收制品10可具有两个弹性化腰带，一个被定位在后腰区38中，并且另一个被定位在前腰区36中，但也可用单个弹性化腰带来构造其它裤实施方案。所述弹性化腰带可以许多不同的构型构造，包括描述于美国专利4,515,595和5,151,092中的那些。
在一个实施方案中，弹性化腰带可包括已被“预应变”或“机械预应变”(即，经受一定程度局部模型机械拉伸以使材料永久伸长)的材料。这些材料可使用合适的深压花技术来预应变。在其它实施方案中，这些材料可通过将所述材料引导穿过如美国专利5,330,458所述的递增机械拉伸系统来预应变。然后可让这些材料回复至它们的基本上未拉伸的状态，从而形成能够延展的、至少达到初始拉伸点的零应变拉伸材料。零应变材料的实例公开于美国专利2,075,189、3,025,199、4,107,364、4,209,563、4,834,741和5,151,092中。
翼片
翼片189(a-d)可与基础结构100离散或与所述基础结构成一整体。离散的翼片被成形为接合到基础结构100的独立元件。在一些实施方案中，这包括多个翼片，例如2个或4个(常常称作耳片或侧翼)，它们在前腰区36和/或后腰区38中接合到基础结构的侧边137a和137b(参见图12-17)。在其他实施方案中，这可包括前带样翼片和/或后带样翼片(“带”)，它们横跨基础结构100的前和后(或后部)腰区，至少横跨基础结构的端边136和138接合(参见图4a、图4b、图12和图19)。在一些实施方案中，腰带112可重叠翼片以产生连续带样结构(参见图14
带样翼片可包括内非织造层和外非织造层以及两者间的弹性部件。可使用粘合剂或热塑性粘结来接合内非织造层和外非织造层。各种合适的带样翼片构型可见于美国专利公布号2013-0211363。图11示出了前腰区和后腰区中的束带翼片，所述束带翼片是离散的并且在前带翼片和后束带翼片之间具有相对较小的距离，使得仅基础结构的一小部分悬挂在束带下方(参见图7)。
一体式翼片为从纵向边缘侧向向外突出的基础结构的一部分、一个或多个层。该一体式翼片可通过切割基础结构来形成以包括翼片突出部的形状。
虽然该专利申请中所说明的具有束带样翼片的实施例中有许多均为裤型制品，但胶粘制品也可具有设置在一个或两个腰区中的束带样翼片。
翼片的结构在吸收制品的功能方面起着重要作用，并且根本上不同于内衣中所使用的弹性部件。如上所述，失禁事件，诸如SUI和UUI，可导致高流速和/或全膀胱释放。在给定尿失禁的类型以及其他情况诸如上次如厕以来的时间、流体摄取量、白天还是夜晚等的情况下，在失禁事件期间排出的尿液量可差别很大。加载量的范围可从低至几滴尿液至高至600ml的加载量。具有高至300、400和甚至500ml的单次加载量并非罕见。这些水平的加载量带来与所述加载相关联的显著朝下的力，所述力可为一磅或更大。该朝下的力必须由吸收制品的基础结构来补偿以便最小化松垂、间隙和渗漏。为了维持制品甚至在其加载之后的贴合性，所述制品包括邻近并沿制品的侧接缝280a和280b设置的弹性体元件146(包括膜(包括开孔膜)和/或股线)(参见例如图15，其中弹性体元件146邻近并沿接缝280a和280b的长度终止)，并且从一侧朝另一侧侧向延伸。弹性体元件146中的每一个可沿着从带腰部边缘136、138到相对的带端边的纵向距离在前带和后带中从侧接缝280a至侧接缝280b连续地延伸(与之相比，如图4a、图4b、图12和图15所示，弹性体元件被切割)，使得弹性体元件146中的一个或多个与吸收芯200重叠；可期望3个或更多个弹性元件146在前腰区36和/或后腰区38和中与芯重叠。这些弹性体元件应当对身体产生足以锚固制品的法向力。可改变弹性体元件的位置、以及由弹性体元件施加的力以确保在髋部处并沿身体正确地锚固，具体地横跨前腰区并且在后腰区中。有利于保持加载制品的贴合性的一种锚定形式公开于美国专利5,358,500中，该专利为公布于1994年10月25日的授予LaVon等人的“提供持续动态贴合性的吸收制品”(Absorbent Articles Providing Sustained Dynamic Fit)。还应当指出的是，如果300克-600克的重量施加于内衣的裆区，则沿腰部边缘和腿部边缘带有弹性部件的常规内衣通常将不提供足够的支撑以维持内衣的贴合性。
紧固系统

相同或基本上相同的基础结构

另外，第一基础结构和第二基础结构中的每个基础结构可包括相同化学组成的下列中的一者或多者：顶片、底片膜、底片非织造物、芯超吸收性聚合物、芯浆、芯非织造物、芯薄纸、腿箍膜、腿箍非织造物、超吸收性聚合物粘合剂、芯非织造物粘合剂、腿箍弹性粘合剂、和底片非织造物/膜粘合剂。
并且，第一基础结构和第二基础结构中的每个基础结构包括相同基重的下列中的一者或多者：顶片、底片膜、底片非织造物、芯超吸收性聚合物、芯浆、腿箍非织造物、腿箍膜、超吸收性聚合物粘合剂、腿箍粘合剂、和底片非织造物/膜粘合剂。
并且，第一基础结构和第二基础结构中的每个基础结构可包含组成上相同的芯超吸收性聚合物。第一基础结构和第二基础结构在前腰区、后腰区和裆区中的至少一者中可具有相同的组件横截面顺序和设置。第一基础结构和第二基础结构的内腿箍可由组成上相同的材料构成。
并且，第一基础结构和第二基础结构的芯粘合剂可为相同的一种或多种粘合剂。第一基础结构和第二基础结构可包含相同化学类别和子类别的芯超吸收性聚合物。
并且，第一基础结构和第二基础结构中的每个基础结构可分别包括第一润湿指示剂和第二润湿指示剂，并且其中第一润湿指示剂和第二润湿指示剂是组成上相同的。
另外，第一基础结构和第二基础结构的内腿箍在前腰区、后腰区和裆区中的至少一者中可具有相同的组件横截面顺序和设置。从左外箍远侧边缘至右外箍远侧边缘的距离可相同。从左内箍近侧边缘至左外箍远侧边缘的距离可相同。从左内箍近侧边缘至右内箍近侧边缘的距离相同。内箍和外箍的长度相同。
在一些实施方案中，系列中所提供的不同尺寸可具有相同或基本上相同的基础结构，因为翼片或带可用来允许吸收制品贴合不同尺寸的穿着者。例如，第一吸收制品和第二吸收制品可具有相同的基础结构(组成上、尺度上、横截面上)，但第一制品可由于带的设置而具有不同的长度，使得第一制品与第二制品相比可被定标成贴合较小的穿着者。作为第二示例，第一吸收制品和第二吸收制品可具有相同的基础结构(组成上、尺度上、横截面上)，但第一制品可由于带的尺寸的缘故而具有不同的长度和/或宽度，使得第一制品与第二制品相比可被定标成贴合较小的穿着者。

测试方法
产品测量准备
所有测量均是在22℃+/-2°和50％RH+/-20％下进行的。
目的
该方法用于制备裤型产品，用于随后的尺寸测量。该方法提供打开已从袋中取出的产品的一致装置。该方法适用于所有形式的裤型产品。使用具有计算机接口的恒定伸长速率张力试验机。
选择负荷传感器，以使得负荷传感器容量确保5N负荷的精度在0.1N以内。
样品夹持器设备
各自具有9.50mm的杆半径的“C”(304)和“O”(305)杆附接件延伸长于最长侧缝的长度。参考图20。杆水平地安装在张力检验器中，其中它们的纵向轴线在相同的竖直平面中，并且上杆安装在下杆的正上方。
设备装配
根据仪器制造商的建议校准张力检验器设备。
初始标距长度通过从袋中取出10个样品产品，展开裤型产品(307)并将它们平放(如下图21所示)，并且如图所示测量腰部处的裤的侧面之间的距离(306)而确定。腰部测量值的平均值将用作特定样本组的初始标距长度。初始标距长度是从上杆的最上面边缘到下杆的最下面边缘的距离。
将整个产品(307)施加到杆上，如图22所示，同时最小化样本的操纵。
将样品拉至5N力，随后保持10秒。返回到初始标距长度。
夹头速度＝254.0mm/min，数据采集速率＝50Hz。
循环＝1
将样本从杆移除，同时最小化操纵。将样本平放，使正面朝上，如图6所示。
对所有10个样本重复
物理测量
下述测量中的每一种将对10个单独的类似样本进行，并且所述10个单独的类似样本的平均值被认为是所述具体样本组的测量值。
松弛产品长度(300)
“松弛产品长度”是裆区中的纵向最远点与沿前腰边缘的纵向最远点之间的纵向距离。纵向距离是平行于产品的纵向轴线测量的。参考图6和图7。
松弛产品髋部宽度(301)
松弛产品髋部宽度为从在左腿部开口的上边缘处的产品的左侧边缘的侧向最远点到在右腿部开口的上边缘处的产品的右侧边缘的侧向最远点的侧向距离。参考图6和图7。侧向距离是垂直于产品的纵向轴线测量的。
松弛产品腰部宽度(302)
“松弛产品腰部宽度”为从前腰边缘的右侧的最远点到前腰边缘的左侧的最远点的侧向距离。侧向距离是垂直于产品的纵向轴线测量的。参考图6和图7。
松弛产品侧长度(303)
松弛产品侧长度是从产品的腰部边缘和侧边缘之间的交点到产品的腿部开口的顶部和相同侧边缘之间的交点的线性距离。松弛产品侧长度测量值是来自产品左侧和右侧的测量值的平均值。参考图6和图7。
以上测量中的每一个均记录为精确至+/-1.0mm。

Claims (10)

1.一种吸收制品，所述吸收制品具有中心基础结构，所述中心基础结构包括顶片、底片和吸收芯，所述吸收制品包括：
前腰区和前腰边缘；
后腰区和后腰边缘；
设置在所述前腰区中的前带；
设置在所述后腰区中的后带；
其中所述前带和所述后带在侧接缝处接合以形成腰部开口和腿部开口；
其中所述制品具有0.5至约1.6的产品长度对侧部轮廓；并且约0.5至约1.7的产品髋部对侧部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收制品，其中所述前带和所述后带包括内非织造材料和外非织造材料以及夹置在它们之间的弹性体股线。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸收制品，其中所述侧接缝长度为所述吸收制品的松弛产品长度的大于约70％且小于约100％。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸收制品，其中所述前带和所述后带包括内非织造材料和外非织造材料以及夹置在它们之间的弹性体开孔膜。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸收制品，其中所述中心基础结构的大于70％但小于100％的纵向长度与所述前带和所述后带重叠。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸收制品，其中所述底片包括底片膜和底片非织造材料，其中所述底片非织造材料具有所述底片膜纵向长度的约5％至约20％的纵向长度。
