Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯浸渍液及其制备的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布,一方面,本发明的聚氨酯浸渍液包含高低粘度的聚氨酯树脂A和B,在确保产品的生产过程、物性符合要求的前提下,确保了浸渍充分。另一方面,通过外喷油剂,使得海岛纤维在针刺时能够更加润滑,从而在高克重下获得更高密度的无纺布,能够为获得高密度烫平布及提高基布厚度和克重打下基础,同时,避免了基布中含有大量的断针,提高产品质量。本发明突破性地实现了厚度大于3.0mm、克重高于1300g/㎡的超细纤维合成革基布的制备,进一步提高了产品生产效率,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯浸渍液及其制备的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布,属于超细纤维合成革技术领域。
背景技术
超细纤维合成革是由超细纤维和聚氨酯构成的复合材料,具有结构仿真性、透气性、柔软性等特点,是真皮的理想替代材料之一,广泛应用于沙发、汽车、箱包、制鞋等领域。
超细纤维合成革基布产品的的厚度范围一般为0.5-3.0mm,超过3.0mm的产品由于无纺布制备、烫平收卷折痕、树脂粘度、浸渍困难等原因而导致无法制备。同时,厚度的限制进一步导致产品的克重无法提升。这就限制了产品的应用范围,如不能满足特殊橄榄球的制作要求、无法多次片皮等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氨酯浸渍液及其制备的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布,以克服现有技术存在的不足。
本发明所述的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布用聚氨酯浸渍液,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚氨酯树脂A 30-60份
聚氨酯树脂B 60-30份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF) 135-360份
所述聚氨酯树脂A和聚氨酯树脂B的用量合计为90份;
所述聚氨酯树脂A和聚氨酯树脂B分别为DMF溶剂中固含量为30%时,粘度分别为10-15Pa·S@25℃和80-120Pa·S@25℃的聚氨酯树脂;
所述的聚氨酯树脂A和聚氨酯树脂B的100%定伸强度为10-15MPa;所述的聚氨酯树脂A和聚氨酯树脂B可为同一种聚氨酯树脂,区别在于分子量不同,从而在相同固含量下的粘度不同,可选取浙江华峰合成树脂有限公司的JF-W-TL4100、JF-W-TL4120、JF-W-TL4150高低粘度版本产品中的聚氨酯树脂。
所述N,N-二甲基甲酰胺重量份优选为210-360份。
所述的聚氨酯浸渍液组分中还可包括离型剂;
所述离型剂重量份为1.5-3.0份;
所述离型剂为常见的聚醚改性硅油型离型剂,如上海日多高分子材料有限公司的ADDITIVE No.10。
本发明所述的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布,其厚度为3.0mm或者更厚、克重为1300g/㎡或者更大,优选的,厚度为3.3-3.7mm,克重为1350-1570g/㎡;
所述的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将海岛纤维先用油剂进行喷雾,然后再进行梳理、铺网、针刺从而获得无纺布;
优选的,将海岛纤维先在无纺布生产线中的棉仓出口处使用油剂进行喷雾;
所述的海岛纤维为聚乙烯/尼龙6复合纺丝制备的定岛或不定岛纤维,纤度为5-10dtex,长度为4-6cm;
所述的油剂为常见的纺丝油剂,如南通恒润新材料科技有限公司的HRD-2008,每公斤海岛纤维的油剂喷雾量为10-15g;
所述的无纺布的针刺密度为1000-1500针/cm2
所述的无纺布的铺网克重为1400-1600g/㎡;
所述的无纺布的密度为0.24-0.26g/cm3
(2)将步骤(1)制备的无纺布进行烫平,冷却后得烫平布,烫平温度为110-130℃,优选的,在烘箱中烫平,烫平长度为25米,车速为3-7米/分,;
所述的烫平布在生产时的显著特点在于冷却辊、收卷卷芯的半径大于等于0.5米;
所述的烫平布的密度为0.30-0.34g/cm3
(3)将步骤(2)制备的烫平布投入到上述聚氨酯浸渍液中,进行含浸、凝固、水洗、甲苯减量,得湿基布;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的湿基布在130-150℃的网布上烘干,烘干时长为25-35分钟,即可得超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布。
除本发明特定说明外,本发明涉及到的梳理、铺网、凝固、水洗、减量均为常规的,本领域的技术人员可以按照文献(如文献:曲建波.合成革工艺学[M].化学工业出版社,2010.)报道的方法进行。
本发明的技术原理是:
首先,为确保浸渍充分,利用高低粘度聚氨酯树脂复配的方法,在确保产品的生产过程、物性符合要求的前提下,确保了浸渍充分,其机理在于,低粘度的聚氨酯树脂更容易渗透到无纺布的微孔中,而高粘度的聚氨酯树脂更有利于粘附在无纺布表面,当两者组合浸渍无纺布时,粘附在表面的高粘度聚氨酯树脂能够避免渗透入内部微孔的低粘度聚氨酯树脂随溶剂的进一步流动,使其在浸渍后能够保留在无纺布中,进而提高了最终基布的厚度和克重;其次,通过在棉仓出口处额外喷油剂,使得海岛纤维在针刺时能够更加润滑,一方面纤维间易于缠结,另一方面刺针易于往复,从而在高克重下获得更高密度的无纺布,能够为获得高密度烫平布及提高基布厚度和克重打下基础,同时,避免了基布中含有大量的断针,提高产品质量;最后,利用聚氨酯和纤维在湿态下加热收缩的原理,在加热烘干时让其自由收缩,从而获得更高的厚度与克重。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
利用本发明的聚氨酯浸渍液,突破性地实现了厚度大于3.0mm、克重高于1300g/㎡的超细纤维合成革基布的制备,进一步扩大了超细纤维合成革的应用范围。同时,超厚型高克重产品可以通过多次片皮,获得更薄的产品,进一步提高了产品生产效率,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应该理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限定本发明的保护范围。在实际应用中技术人员根据本发明做出的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
(1)将纤度为5dtex、长度为4cm的不定岛纤维在无纺布生产线中的棉仓出口处使用HRD-2008进行喷雾,喷雾量为10g/千克纤维,然后再进行梳理,铺网按照1400g/㎡进行,针刺密度为1000针/cm2,得密度为0.24g/cm3的无纺布;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的无纺布进行烫平,烫平烘箱温度设定在110℃,烘箱长度为25米,车速为3米/分钟,冷却后得密度为0.30g/cm3的烫平布;冷却辊、收卷卷芯的半径为0.5m。
(3)将步骤(2)制备的烫平布投入到聚氨酯浸渍液中,进行含浸、凝固。水洗、甲苯减量,得湿基布;
本实施例的聚氨酯浸渍液,由以下重量份的组分组成:
JF-W-TL4100(固含量30%,粘度10Pa·S@25℃,100%定伸强度10MPa) 100份
JF-W-TL4100(固含量30%,粘度80Pa·S@25℃,100%定伸强度10MPa) 200份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺 150份
ADDITIVE No.10 1.5份
(4)将步骤(3)制备的湿基布在130℃的网布上烘干,烘干时长为25分钟,即可得厚度3.3mm、克重为1350g/㎡的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布。
实施例2
(1)将纤度为10dtex、长度为6cm的定岛纤维在无纺布生产线中的棉仓出口处使用HRD-2008进行喷雾,喷雾量为15g/千克纤维,然后再进行梳理,铺网按照1600g/㎡进行,针刺密度为1500针/cm2,得密度为0.26g/cm3的无纺布;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的无纺布进行烫平,烫平烘箱温度设定在130℃,烘箱长度为25米,车速为7米/分钟,冷却后得密度为0.34g/cm3的烫平布;冷却辊、收卷卷芯的半径为0.6m。
(3)将步骤(2)制备的烫平布投入到聚氨酯浸渍液中,进行含浸、凝固。水洗、甲苯减量,得湿基布;
本实施例的聚氨酯浸渍液,由以下重量份的组分组成:
JF-W-TL4150(固含量30%,粘度15Pa·S@25℃,100%定伸强度15MPa) 200份
JF-W-TL4150(固含量30%,粘度120Pa·S@25℃,100%定伸强度15MPa) 100份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺 60份
ADDITIVE No.10 3.0份
(4)将步骤(3)制备的湿基布在150℃的网布上烘干,烘干时长为35分钟,即可得厚度3.7mm、克重为1570g/㎡的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布。
实施例3
(1)将纤度为8dtex、长度为5cm的不定岛纤维在无纺布生产线中的棉仓出口处使用HRD-2008进行喷雾,喷雾量为13g/千克纤维,然后再进行梳理,铺网按照1500g/㎡进行,针刺密度为1300针/cm2,得密度为0.25g/cm3的无纺布;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的无纺布进行烫平,烫平烘箱温度设定在120℃,烘箱长度为25米,车速为5米/分钟,冷却后得密度为0.32g/cm3的烫平布;冷却辊、收卷卷芯的半径为0.6m。
(3)将步骤(2)制备的烫平布投入到聚氨酯浸渍液中,进行含浸、凝固。水洗、甲苯减量,得湿基布;
本实施例的聚氨酯浸渍液,由以下重量份的组分组成:
JF-W-TL4120(固含量30%,粘度13Pa·S@25℃,100%定伸强度12MPa) 150份
JF-W-TL4120(固含量30%,粘度100Pa·S@25℃,100%定伸强度12MPa) 150份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺 135份
ADDITIVE No.10 2.4份
(4)将步骤(3)制备的湿基布在140℃的网布上烘干,烘干时长为30分钟,即可得厚度3.5mm、克重为1505g/㎡的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布。
实施例4
本实施例同实施例3,区别仅在于:(1)将纤度为8dtex、长度为5cm的定岛纤维在无纺布生产线中进行梳理,铺网按照1500g/㎡进行,针刺密度为1300针/cm2,得密度为0.18g/cm3的无纺布;生产过程中因断针问题多次中断,且无纺布中含有大量断针。
(2)将步骤(1)制备的无纺布进行烫平,烫平烘箱温度设定在120℃,烘箱长度为25米,车速为5米/分钟,冷却后得密度为0.27g/cm3的烫平布;冷却辊、收卷卷芯的半径为0.6m。
虽然所得烫平布的密度稍低于实施例3,但在浸渍液中高低粘度聚氨酯树脂的组合作用下,同样能够充分浸渍,可得厚度3.8mm、克重为1520g/㎡的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布。所得基布虽然厚度和克重达到超厚型高克重基布要求,但是基布中含有大量的断针,为不合格产品。

本对比实施例的步骤同实施例3,区别仅在于:聚氨酯浸渍液,由以下重量份的组分组成:

通过实施例和对比实施例可知,利用本发明的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布用聚氨酯浸渍液,突破性地实现了厚度大于3.0mm、克重高于1300g/㎡的超细纤维合成革基布的制备。且由实施例1-3与实施例4的对比可知,通过外喷油剂,使得海岛纤维在针刺时能够更加润滑,从而在高克重下获得更高密度的无纺布,能够为获得高密度烫平布及提高基布厚度和克重打下基础,同时,避免了基布中含有大量的断针,提高了产品质量。

Claims (10)

1.超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布用聚氨酯浸渍液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚氨酯树脂A 30-60份
聚氨酯树脂B 60-30份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF) 135-360份
所述聚氨酯树脂A和聚氨酯树脂B的用量合计为90份;
所述聚氨酯树脂A和聚氨酯树脂B分别为DMF溶剂中固含量为30%时,粘度分别为10-15Pa·S@25℃和80-120Pa·S@25℃的聚氨酯树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯浸渍液,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯树脂A和聚氨酯树脂B的100%定伸强度为10-15MPa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯浸渍液,其特征在于,所述组分还包括离型剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚氨酯浸渍液,其特征在于,所述离型剂重量份为1.5-3.0份;所述离型剂为常见的聚醚改性硅油型离型剂,如上海日多高分子材料有限公司的ADDITIVENo.10。
5.利用权利要求1所述的聚氨酯浸渍液制备的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布,其特征在于,厚度为3.0mm或者更厚、克重为1300g/㎡或者更大。
6.根据权利要求5所述的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布,其特征在于,厚度为3.3-3.7mm,克重为1350-1570g/㎡。
7.根据权利要求5所述的超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)将海岛纤维先用油剂进行喷雾,然后再进行梳理、铺网、针刺从而获得无纺布;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的无纺布进行烫平,冷却后得烫平布;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的烫平布投入到聚氨酯浸渍液中,进行含浸、凝固、水洗、甲苯减量,得湿基布;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的湿基布烘干,即可得超厚型高克重超细纤维合成革基布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,将海岛纤维先在无纺布生产线中的棉仓出口处使用油剂进行喷雾。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的海岛纤维为聚乙烯/尼龙6复合纺丝制备的定岛或不定岛纤维,纤度为5-10dtex,长度为4-6cm;
所述的无纺布的针刺密度为1000-1500针/cm2
所述的无纺布的铺网克重为1400-1600g/㎡;
所述的无纺布的密度为0.24-0.26g/cm3
10.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,烫平在烘箱中烫平,烫平长度为25米,车速为3-7米/分;
所述的烫平布在生产时冷却辊、收卷卷芯的半径大于等于0.5米;
所述的烫平布的密度为0.30-0.34g/cm3
步骤(4)中,湿基布在130-150℃的网布上烘干,烘干时长为25-35分钟。
