超细纤维无纺布边角料制备的清洁用擦拭布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种清洁用擦拭布及制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上已有满足各种用途的擦拭布,但大多以涤棉复合纤维或者聚酯海岛纤维为主,其存在的缺陷是,纤维的纤度大,导致纤维表面的接触面积小,去污清洁不理想,手感较硬,容易刮伤物体表面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种超细纤维无纺布边角料制备的清洁用擦拭布及其制备方法,以克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
本发明所述的超细纤维无纺布边角料制备的清洁用擦拭布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将开松过的无纺布边角料经梳理、针刺处理,并在针刺过程中与机织布复合,得到机织布为底布的复合无纺布;
优选的,所述的无纺布针密为2000-2600针/cm2
所述无纺布边角料来源于各种超细纤维合成革产品在无纺布生产阶段中产生的切边料,组成为尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯,纤度为4~6D,所述机织布为锦纶或涤纶纤维制成,纤度为75~120D;
(2)将所述的复合无纺布热定型,获得烫平布;
烫平方法,包括放卷、输送到烘箱、烫平辊和收卷等,具体可参考文件:“曲建波,合成革材料与工艺学[M],北京,化学工业出版社,2015.9”。
优选的,烫平温度100-150℃,烫平车速7-15m/min,烫平密度0.30-0.40g/cm3;
优选的,将复合无纺布放卷,以7-15米的车速送入烘箱,烘箱5个区温度由低到高,分别为:95-105℃、105-115℃、115-125℃、125-135℃、135-150℃,优选的,分别为:100℃、110℃、120℃、130℃、140℃,经烫平辊处理,制得烫平布;
(3)将(2)中的烫平布,在机织布侧,采用辊涂的方法,浸渍含有聚氨酯的溶液,并经凝固处理;
含有聚氨酯的溶液的组份和配比为常规的,将PU树脂、DMF和助剂等按一定比例调配并搅拌均匀,具体可参考文件:“马兴元、冯见艳、张韬琳,合成革化学与工艺学[M],北京,中国轻工业出版社,2015.11”;
通过浸渍聚氨酯,浸渍后,聚氨酯所占的百分比为20%(即浸渍前的烫平布重量为80KG,浸渍后烫平布重量100KG,保证20KG的树脂浸渍在烫平布内)。聚氨酯树脂模量选择80,同时浸渍聚氨酯时用的溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺;
(4)将上述工艺制得的凝固过的无纺布,经减量开纤、水洗、干燥定型等处理得到清洁用擦拭布,这些工序是超细纤维合成革领域的常规生产工艺,具体可参考文件:“曲建波,合成革材料与工艺学[M],北京,化学工业出版社,2015.9。
采用上述方法制备的清洁用擦拭布,聚氨酯不仅能够渗透到机织布中与所述的机织布相互交织,而且能够进一步的渗透到机织布与无纺布之间,大大提高了机织布的强度以及机织布与无纺布的结合牢度。同时,经减量开纤溶去聚乙烯后形成的尼龙束状超细纤维纤度可达0.01D以下,更细的纤度一方面使纤维表面接触面积增大,具有更佳的去污清洁效果,另一方面制备的织物手感柔软,不易刮伤物体表面。
本发明为以尼龙6/低密度聚乙烯超细纤维制作的擦拭布,尼龙6/低密度聚乙烯超细纤维是超细纤维无纺布生产中的原料,纤度在4-7D之间,其经减量开纤溶去聚乙烯后形成的尼龙束状超细纤维纤度可达0.01D以下,更细的纤度一方面使纤维表面接触面积增大,具有更佳的去污清洁效果,另一方面制备的织物手感柔软,不易刮伤物体表面,并可以解决现有超细纤维合成革行业中无纺布边角料的回收利用问题,而经过特殊工艺制备的擦拭布擦拭性能好、抗撕破性能强、可多次使用。
本发明将超细纤维无纺布边角料和具体的制备方法相结合,使本发明制备的清洁用擦拭布手感柔软、擦拭性能好、抗撕破性能强、可多次使用,同时减少了超细纤维无纺布生产过程中的原料浪费,降低了企业生产成本。
本发明制备的清洁用擦拭布厚度1.1-1.2mm,具体厚度可根据客户要求而定,可应用在汽车美容、厨具清洗、家具保养等领域。

参见图1,所述的超细纤维无纺布边角料制备的清洁用擦拭布,包括:依次复合的复合无纺布摩擦层1、聚氨酯粘结层2和机织布和聚氨酯交织的托底层3;其中磨擦层1的厚度为0.6-0.8mm,粘结层2的厚度为0.2-0.4mm,托底层3的厚度为0.05-0.15mm。

实施例1
以尼龙6/低密度聚乙烯超细纤维无纺布边角料为原料制备的擦拭布,包括以下步骤:
(1)开松过的无纺布边角料经梳理、针刺处理,并在针刺过程中与机织布复合,得到机织布为底布的复合无纺布;
(2)将(1)复合无纺布热定型成一定密度的烫平布;
(3)将(2)中的烫平布在机织布侧浸渍聚氨酯,并经凝固处理;
(4)将上述工艺制得的凝固过的无纺布经减量开纤、水洗和干燥定型等处理得到清洁用擦拭布。
步骤(1)中,边角料纤度为4.0D,针密为2000针/cm2,机织布为涤纶纤维制成,纤度为75D。
步骤(2)中,优选的烫平温度为100℃、110℃、120℃、130℃、140℃,车速7m/min,烫平密度0.30g/cm3。
步骤(3)中,聚氨酯所占重量百分比为20%。
烫平过的复合无纺布经浸渍聚氨酯、凝固、减量开纤、水洗、干燥定型等处理得到清洁用擦拭布。
性能参数如下:断裂强度(N/cm),径向130,纬向140;撕裂强度(N/cm),径向103,纬向95。
实施例2

(1)开松过的无纺布边角料经梳理、针刺处理,并在针刺过程中与机织布复合,得到机织布为底布的复合无纺布;
(2)将(1)复合无纺布热定型成一定密度的烫平布;
(3)将(2)中的烫平布在机织布侧浸渍聚氨酯,并经凝固处理;
(4)将上述工艺制得的凝固过的无纺布经减量开纤、水洗和干燥定型等处理得到清洁用擦拭布。
步骤(1)中,边角料纤度为4.5D,针密为2200针/cm2,机织布为锦纶纤维制成,纤度为90D。
步骤(2)中,优选的烫平温度为100℃、110℃、120℃、130℃、140℃,车速9m/min,烫平密度0.33g/cm3。
步骤(3)中,聚氨酯所占重量百分比为20%。
烫平过的复合无纺布经浸渍聚氨酯、凝固、减量开纤、水洗、干燥定型等处理得到清洁用擦拭布。

实施例3

(2)将(1)复合无纺布热定型成一定密度的烫平布;
(3)将(2)中的烫平布在机织布侧浸渍聚氨酯,并经凝固处理;
(4)将上述工艺制得的凝固过的无纺布经减量开纤、水洗和干燥定型等处理得到清洁用擦拭布。
步骤(1)中,边角料纤度为5D,针密为2400针/cm2,机织布为涤纶纤维制成,纤度为100D。
步骤(2)中,优选的烫平温度为100℃、110℃、120℃、130℃、140℃,车速12m/min,烫平密度0.36g/cm3。
步骤(3)中,聚氨酯所占重量百分比为20%。
烫平过的复合无纺布经浸渍聚氨酯、凝固、减量开纤、水洗、干燥定型等处理得到清洁用擦拭布。

(2)将(1)复合无纺布热定型成一定密度的烫平布;
(3)将(2)中的烫平布在机织布侧浸渍聚氨酯,并经凝固处理;
(4)将上述工艺制得的凝固过的无纺布经减量开纤、水洗和干燥定型等处理得到清洁用擦拭布。
步骤(1)中,边角料纤度为6D,针密为2600针/cm2,机织布为涤纶纤维制成,纤度为120D。
步骤(2)中,优选的烫平温度为100℃、110℃、120℃、130℃、140℃,车速13m/min,烫平密度0.40g/cm3。

Claims (10)

1.超细纤维无纺布边角料制备的清洁用擦拭布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将开松过的无纺布边角料经梳理、针刺处理,并在针刺过程中与机织布复合,得到机织布为底布的复合无纺布;
(2)将所述的复合无纺布热定型,获得烫平布;
(3)将(2)中的烫平布,在机织布侧,采用辊涂的方法,浸渍含有聚氨酯的溶液,并经凝固处理;
(4)将上述工艺制得的凝固过的无纺布,经减量开纤、水洗、干燥定型处理,即可得到所述的超细纤维无纺布边角料制备的清洁用擦拭布。

3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述无纺布边角料来源于各种超细纤维合成革产品在无纺布生产阶段中产生的切边料,组成为尼龙6和低密度聚乙烯,纤度为4~6D,所述机织布为锦纶或涤纶纤维制成,纤度为75~120D。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,烫平温度100-150℃,烫平车速7-15m/min,烫平密度0.30-0.40g/cm3
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将复合无纺布放卷,以7-15米的车速送入烘箱,烘箱5个区温度由低到高,分别为:95-105℃、105-115℃、115-125℃、125-135℃、135-150℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过浸渍聚氨酯,浸渍后,聚氨酯所占的百分比为20%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,聚氨酯树脂模量选择80,同时浸渍聚氨酯时用的溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的方法制备的超细纤维无纺布边角料制备的清洁用擦拭布。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法制备的超细纤维无纺布边角料制备的清洁用擦拭布,其特征在于,包括:依次复合的复合无纺布摩擦层、聚氨酯粘结层和机织布和聚氨酯交织的托底层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的清洁用擦拭布,其特征在于,所述的磨擦层的厚度为0.6-0.8mm,粘结层的厚度为0.2-0.4mm,托底层的厚度为0.05-0.15mm。
