帆布是一种较粗厚的棉织物或麻织物,一般采用平纹组织或少量斜纹组织,经纬纱采用多股线结构而成,通常分粗帆布和细帆布两大类,粗帆布一般用于汽车运输、露天遮盖等领域,细帆布经过染色或印花后,可以作为箱包面料、手袋、背包、桌布等。当帆布材料作为保温或热屏蔽场合使用时,现有的帆布织物仅采用经纬交纵结构,需要额外缝合隔热或保温材料,不仅费时费力,使织物的成本增加,导致厂家生产繁琐,且隔热材料与帆布织物面材的贴合度不高,在长期使用过程中易产生破损,影响了帆布织物的弯曲性能,导致整体收纳困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种隔热帆布织物的生产方法。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案予以实现的:

(1)给纱:将棉线或麻线与化纤通过牵引送至编织机械的编织区域;
(2)退圈:织针上升,编织机械的沉降片片喉握持旧线圈,使旧线圈从针钩脱至针杆上;
(3)收针:织针从最高点退至收针平面,收回由于退圈转移至针编弧中的棉线、麻线或化纤;
(4)垫纱:编织机械的导纱棱位于织针和沉降片的片鼻之间,织针从导纱器引出新棉线、麻线或化纤垫入针钩下;
(5)弯纱:织针下降使针钩接触棉线、麻线或化纤逐渐弯纱,并延续至新线圈成型,此时沉降片的片鼻离开织针;
(6)成圈:织针下降,旧线圈推动针舌关闭,形成新线圈;
(7)选针:间隔1或2针的相邻织针受到选针参加编织,退圈并垫上新棉线、麻线或化纤,相邻织针之间的1针或2针未被选中而退出工作,使旧线圈保留在针钩内;

本发明的有益效果为:
(1)相邻织针之间的1针或2针未被选中而退出工作,使棉线、麻线或化纤呈浮线状留在不参加编织的织针面,增加组织件的缝隙空间,方便浸胶成膜,脱散性较小,提高隔热效果和稳固性;
(2)采用一股或多股的棉线、麻线或化纤进行编织,可适配化纤喂纱张力,保证纱线成圈稳定紧密,针钩运行可靠,织物表面平整,降低疵率,以综合利用性能;
(3)N路单路组织中相邻3的倍数路的未被选中针号相同或滞后1~3针,浸胶后满足帆布织物对垂直纵向拉伸或横纵拉力应用场合的不同需求,vae乳液乙酸乙酯与定型助剂成膜性和粘接性高,与纳米二氧化钛、氧化锡锑、二氧化硅降低热传导率,起到隔热效果,定型后,横纵向结构紧密,回缩率小,从而在保证帆布织物的弯曲性能下,提高隔热稳定性,减少生产工序。

所述化纤是氨纶或尼龙,N路单路组织中相邻偶数路的化纤材料为异种;
所述麻线、氨纶的用量为一股,尼龙为3股;
N路单路组织中相邻3的倍数路的未被选中针号滞后1针;
(9)浸胶:将帆布坯布通过隔热涂层胶的胶槽后脱水;
浸胶速度为1.8m/min的速度,浸胶温度为112℃;
所述隔热涂层胶由vae乳液、乙酸乙酯、纳米二氧化钛、氧化锡锑、二氧化硅和定型助剂按质量比25:5:6:4:3:0.3混合组成;
所述定型助剂由柔软剂SG、渗透剂JFC、抗起毛起球剂YY-023按质量比4:5:1混合而成;
(10)热定型:将浸胶脱水后的帆布坯布在横向张紧、纵向处于自由状态下置于高温高压蒸汽烘箱中,进行热定型处理,热定型温度为205℃,热定型时间为16min;
(11)后加工:将经过热定型处理的帆布坯料缝接或织接成帆布织物产品,并经过3次洗涤烘干处理即可。
实施例3
一种隔热帆布织物的生产方法,其生产方法如下:
(1)给纱:将棉线与化纤通过牵引送至编织机械的编织区域;
(2)退圈:织针上升,编织机械的沉降片片喉握持旧线圈,使旧线圈从针钩脱至针杆上;
(3)收针:织针从最高点退至收针平面,收回由于退圈转移至针编弧中的棉线、麻线或化纤;
(4)垫纱:编织机械的导纱棱位于织针和沉降片的片鼻之间,织针从导纱器引出新棉线、麻线或化纤垫入针钩下;
(5)弯纱:织针下降使针钩接触棉线、麻线或化纤逐渐弯纱,并延续至新线圈成型,此时沉降片的片鼻离开织针;
(6)成圈:织针下降,旧线圈推动针舌关闭,形成新线圈;
(7)选针:间隔1的相邻织针受到选针参加编织,退圈并垫上新棉线、麻线或化纤,相邻织针之间的1针未被选中而退出工作,使旧线圈保留在针钩内;
(8)牵拉:牵拉脱下的旧线圈和形成的新线圈,拉向舌针背后,脱离编织区域,重复步骤(1)~(6)或步骤(1)~(7)形成单路组织,以N路单路组织进行循环编织获得帆布坯料,N路单路组织中奇数路以棉线或麻线编织,N路单路组织中偶数路以化纤编织,N路单路组织中每3的倍数路重复步骤(1)~(7),N路单路组织中除3的倍数路的其他路重复步骤步骤(1)~(6),N为9;
所述化纤是涤纶、氨纶、尼龙,N路单路组织中相邻偶数路的化纤材料异种;
所述棉线、氨纶、尼龙为1股,涤纶为2股;
N路单路组织中相邻3的倍数路的未被选中针号相同或滞后2针;
(9)浸胶:将帆布坯布通过隔热涂层胶的胶槽后脱水;
浸胶速度为1.8m/min的速度,浸胶温度为118℃;
所述隔热涂层胶由vae乳液、乙酸乙酯、纳米二氧化钛、氧化锡锑、二氧化硅和定型助剂按质量比25:5:6:4:3:0.3混合组成;
所述定型助剂由柔软剂SG、渗透剂JFC、抗起毛起球剂YY-023按质量比4:5:1混合而成;
(10)热定型:将浸胶脱水后的帆布坯布在横向张紧、纵向处于自由状态下置于高温高压蒸汽烘箱中,进行热定型处理,热定型温度为200℃,热定型时间为18min;
(11)后加工:将经过热定型处理的帆布坯料缝接或织接成帆布织物产品,并经过3次洗涤烘干处理即可。
本发明中;
(1)选针时,相邻织针之间的1针或2针未被选中而退出工作,使旧线圈保留在针钩内,使棉线、麻线或化纤呈浮线状留在不参加编织的织针面,形成拉长的线圈,增加组织件的缝隙空间,方便浸胶成膜,脱散性较小,提高隔热效果和稳固性;
(2)采用一股或多股的棉线、麻线或化纤进行编织,可使线圈截面耐拉伸强度更大,棉线、麻线与化纤混合编织,可避免单一棉线或麻线收缩率过大不利于浸胶处理,同时依据化纤材质弹性的不同,减少或增加棉线或麻线的股数可适配化纤喂纱张力,保证纱线成圈稳定紧密,针钩运行可靠,织物表面平整,降低疵率,涤纶是一种聚酯纤维,具有抗皱性和保形性的特点,晴纶是一种聚丙烯腈纤维,具有蓬松柔软的特点,氨纶是一种聚氨基甲酸酯纤维,具有优异的弹力,尼龙是一种聚酰胺纤维,机械强度和耐磨耐腐蚀性能较高,根据帆布织物的实用场合情况,选择化纤种类,或同时混合编制异类化纤,以综合利用性能,满足使用需求。
(3)N路单路组织中相邻3的倍数路的未被选中针号相同或滞后1~3针,使得帆布织物纵方向上的浮线位置处于相同或滞后1~3针,使浸胶后的帆布织物的张力和强度集中浮线纵列或分布在各路滞后形成的倾斜组织上,满足帆布织物对垂直纵向拉伸或横纵拉力应用场合的不同需求,获得更好的隔热浸胶持久性;
(4)采用高温浸胶,使隔热涂层胶在帆布坯料纤维种的溶解度和扩散率大大增加,使之浸胶均匀,同时为热定型预热,直接加工可提高尺寸稳定性,使帆布织物线圈稳定,门幅稳定,提高织物的抗皱性能和棉烫性能,通过横向张紧、纵向处于自由状态下下的热定型处理,使具有浮线的帆布坯料横向平整,浸胶定型稳固,不至于在纵向被拉伸脱散,热定型后,横纵向结构紧密,回缩率减小;
(5)采用vae乳液即醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液选用vae乳液705或806,和乙酸乙酯作为分散溶剂,与定型助剂混合可提高成膜性和粘接性,纳米二氧化钛可增加对紫外吸收性能,氧化锡锑ATO附着力好,可反射太阳光,且热稳定性变化不大,可屏蔽紫外线,二氧化硅的孔型壳降低热传导率,起到隔热效果;
(6)柔软剂SG购自于邢台鑫蓝星科技有限公司,是一种硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂,具有溶透性,具有良好的平滑和乳化性能,渗透剂JFC购自于佛山市德中化工科技有限公司,具有优良的渗透性润湿性能,能显著降低表面张力,促进隔热涂层胶渗透,加快工序进程,改善工序效果;抗起毛起球剂YY-023购自于苏州煜奕纺织科技有限公司,可减少织物起毛倾向,提升抗起毛起球检测等级。
将实施例1-3制得的帆布织物与现有帆布织物作为对照例进行比较,GB/T18318.1-2009标准测试弯曲性能,用紫外仪器测试织物UV-A(315nm-400nm)、UV-B(280nm-315nm)紫外光谱透过率,按照GBT 3923.1-1997标准测试拉伸性能,热辐射照射帆布织物测量20min后的△T/℃温度变化,其结果如下表:

通过测试弯曲刚度,能保持现有帆布织物材料结构受力时抵抗弹性变形的能力,柔软性好,较内层通过缝接隔热面料内层的帆布织物在弯曲性能上更优,方便收纳,通过UV-A紫外光谱透过率(%),UV-B紫外光谱透过率(%)明显下降,通过热辐射照射帆布织物测量温度变化,内侧温度的增量减少,隔热性能明显提高。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims (5)

1.一种隔热帆布织物的生产方法,其生产方法如下:
(1)给纱:将棉线或麻线与化纤通过牵引送至编织机械的编织区域;
(2)退圈:织针上升,编织机械的沉降片片喉握持旧线圈,使旧线圈从针钩脱至针杆上;
(3)收针:织针从最高点退至收针平面,收回由于退圈转移至针编弧中的棉线、麻线或化纤;
(4)垫纱:编织机械的导纱棱位于织针和沉降片的片鼻之间,织针从导纱器引出新棉线、麻线或化纤垫入针钩下;
(5)弯纱:织针下降使针钩接触棉线、麻线或化纤逐渐弯纱,并延续至新线圈成型,此时沉降片的片鼻离开织针;
(6)成圈:织针下降,旧线圈推动针舌关闭,形成新线圈;
(7)选针:间隔1或2针的相邻织针受到选针参加编织,退圈并垫上新棉线、麻线或化纤,相邻织针之间的1针或2针未被选中而退出工作,使旧线圈保留在针钩内;
(8)牵拉:牵拉脱下的旧线圈和形成的新线圈,拉向舌针背后,脱离编织区域,重复步骤(1)~(6)或步骤(1)~(7)形成单路组织,以N路单路组织进行循环编织获得帆布坯料,N路单路组织中奇数路以棉线或麻线编织,N路单路组织中偶数路以化纤编织,N路单路组织中每3的倍数路重复步骤(1)~(7),N路单路组织中除3的倍数路的其他路重复步骤(1)~(6),N为3以上的整数;
N路单路组织中相邻3的倍数路的未被选中针号相同或滞后1~3 针;
(9)浸胶:将帆布坯布通过隔热涂层胶的胶槽后脱水;
(10)热定型:将浸胶脱水后的帆布坯布在横向张紧、纵向处于自由状态下置于高温高压蒸汽烘箱中,进行热定型处理;
(11)后加工:将经过热定型处理的帆布坯料缝接或织接成帆布织物产品,并经过2~3次洗涤烘干处理即可;
所述化纤是涤纶、腈纶 、氨纶、尼龙中的一种或多种,N路单路组织中相邻偶数路的化纤材料为同种或异种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热帆布织物的生产方法,其特征在于,所述棉线、麻线、化纤的用量为一股或多股。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热帆布织物的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(9)中,浸胶速度为1.3~2m/min的速度,浸胶温度为110~120℃,步骤(10)中的热定型温度为190~210℃,热定型时间为10~20min。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种隔热帆布织物的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(9)中,所述隔热涂层胶由vae乳液、乙酸乙酯、纳米二氧化钛、氧化锡锑、二氧化硅和定型助剂按质量比25:5:6:4:3:0.3混合组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种隔热帆布织物的生产方法,其特征在于,所述定型助剂由柔软剂SG、渗透剂JFC、抗起毛起球剂YY-023按质量比4:5:1混合而成。
