背景技术
随着社会科学的不断发展,产生了各色各样的纺织材料,结合稳定成熟的纺纱技术和纤维特点,满足人们对纺织物应用在服饰文化方面、提高对品质功能的新要求,特别是混纺材料,将化学纤维与其他棉毛、丝、麻等天然纤维混合纺纱制成,综合了各纤维材料的优点,将在针织物领域得到长足的应用。
现有针织物通过针织将线砂材料构成线圈,线圈是组成针织物的基本单元,为一空间曲线,它在织物平面上的投影由近似的直线部段与弧线部段组成,直线的称为圈柱,弧线的称为圈弧,再把线圈相互串套成织物,使互相临近的纱线环绕穿套构成稳定关系,单一线砂、毛织物存在起球、静电现象,编织张力和给纱量等工艺参数不佳,导致线圈歪斜横纵列不垂直,纤毛粗糙,编织困难,由于针织物的总面积变化改变横向或纵向尺寸的伸长量较人体或使用需求不够,线圈形状变化回复较差,导致针织物制品的舒适度下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种提高混纺针织物舒适度的生产工艺。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案予以实现的:
一种提高混纺针织物舒适度的生产工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)给纱:编织机械上呈90°配置的针盘和针筒内分别设置交错设置的上舌针和下舌针,将混纺纱输送至编织机械的成圈编织区域,所述混纺纱由聚合物纺纱与棉纱、毛纱、丝或麻中的至少一种混纺而成;
聚合物纺纱由对苯二甲酸二甲酯或聚对苯二甲酸、与D-丙交酯按质量比(7~10):1在二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂作用下聚合4h后,经螺杆挤压机在1300~1500N/cm2压力下,喷丝头温度为230~240℃,卷绕速度为20~25m/min下熔纺喷丝成型;
输送张力为18~32cN,输送前用质量百分比浓度为1%的防静电DP305-1水溶液喷洒混纺纱;
(2)退圈:上舌针和下舌针从退圈低位置上升至退圈最高点,上舌针和下舌针同时到达退圈最高点,使旧线圈从针钩内移至针杆上完成退圈,此时编织机械的沉降片抵住旧线圈的沉降弧,防止退圈时针织物随上舌针或下舌针移动;
(3)垫纱:上舌针和下舌针同时下降,上舌针和下舌针下降并与导纱器的相对运动过程中,从导纱器引入新的混纺纱垫入针钩下;
(4)闭口:随上舌针和下舌针下降,上舌针和下舌针的针勾在旧线圈的作用下向上关闭针口;
(5)套圈:上舌针和下舌针继续下降,旧线圈沿针勾上移套在针勾外形成套圈;
(6)弯纱:沉降片外移,上舌针和下舌针同时下降到弯纱最深点上舌针和下舌针的下降使针钩接触混纺纱逐渐弯纱,并随下降延续至线圈成形,上舌针和下舌针同时下降到弯纱最深点,针钩内点与沉降片的垂直距离为3~5cm;
(7)脱圈:上舌针和下舌针进一步下降使旧线圈从针头上脱下,套在正在进行弯纱的新线圈上;
(8)成圈:上舌针和下舌针下降到最低位置形成新线圈;
(9)牵拉:牵拉装置把脱下的旧线圈和形成的新线圈拉向上舌针和下舌针背后,脱离编织区域,此时沉降片内移推动新线圈辅助牵拉,并循环步骤(1)~步骤(8)形成单路罗纹组织,单路罗纹组织以每三路制造循环获得针织面料,三路中第一路为(n+1)+n罗纹组织,第二路为n+n罗纹组织,第三路为n+(n+1)罗纹组织,n为1~5的整数;
(10)后整理:将针织面料在180~185℃下置于开幅机上开幅定型,开幅定型后,用柔软剂溶液浸泡,再在120~140℃下烘干定型,所述柔软剂溶液由双氨基硅酮柔软剂Q2-8040A与水按体积比1:100混合而成,随后织接呈混纺针织物。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)采用三路不同的罗纹组织循环,使针织面料的正面圈数表现为n+1、n和n循环,反面圈数表现为n、n、n+1循环,不同的组合使面料呈纵条效应,不易卷边,在自由状态下线圈的横列和纵列垂直不歪斜,相邻正反面线圈纵行相互靠近,使连续织物正反面卸力后促进恢复原状,长期浸洗或佩戴穿着时弹性回复力好,不易脱散,伸长量满足人体或使用需求;
(2)采用对苯二甲酸二甲酯或聚对苯二甲酸与D-丙交酯在二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂作用下聚合,与棉纱、毛纱、丝或麻中的至少一种混纺而成后能改善面料的抱合性能和覆盖能力,起到抗起球、减小静电摩擦,补充天然纤维的伸缩缺陷的作用;
(3)防静电和双氨基硅酮柔软剂处理可渗透混纺纤维内部,对纤维的取向性高,可永久均匀整理,增强织物的抗撕裂强度,避免回缩,从而提高混纺针织物舒适度。

(1)给纱:编织机械上呈90°配置的针盘和针筒内分别设置交错设置的上舌针和下舌针,将混纺纱输送至编织机械的成圈编织区域,所述混纺纱由聚合物纺纱与毛纱混纺而成;
聚合物纺纱由对苯二甲酸二甲酯与D-丙交酯按质量比8:1在二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂作用下聚合4h后,经螺杆挤压机在1350N/cm2压力下,喷丝头温度为235℃,卷绕速度为24m/min下熔纺喷丝成型;
输送张力为25cN,输送前用质量百分比浓度为1%的防静电DP305-1水溶液喷洒混纺纱;
(2)退圈:上舌针和下舌针从退圈低位置上升至退圈最高点,上舌针和下舌针同时到达退圈最高点,使旧线圈从针钩内移至针杆上完成退圈,此时编织机械的沉降片抵住旧线圈的沉降弧,防止退圈时针织物随上舌针或下舌针移动;
(3)垫纱:上舌针和下舌针同时下降,上舌针和下舌针下降并与导纱器的相对运动过程中,从导纱器引入新的混纺纱垫入针钩下;
(4)闭口:随上舌针和下舌针下降,上舌针和下舌针的针勾在旧线圈的作用下向上关闭针口;
(5)套圈:上舌针和下舌针继续下降,旧线圈沿针勾上移套在针勾外形成套圈;

一种提高混纺针织物舒适度的生产工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)给纱:编织机械上呈90°配置的针盘和针筒内分别设置交错设置的上舌针和下舌针,将混纺纱输送至编织机械的成圈编织区域,所述混纺纱由聚合物纺纱与棉纱、毛纱混纺而成;
聚合物纺纱由聚对苯二甲酸、与D-丙交酯按质量比9:1在二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂作用下聚合4h后,经螺杆挤压机在1400N/cm2压力下,喷丝头温度为232℃,卷绕速度为25m/min下熔纺喷丝成型;
输送张力为30cN,输送前用质量百分比浓度为1%的防静电DP305-1水溶液喷洒混纺纱;
(2)退圈:上舌针和下舌针从退圈低位置上升至退圈最高点,上舌针和下舌针同时到达退圈最高点,使旧线圈从针钩内移至针杆上完成退圈,此时编织机械的沉降片抵住旧线圈的沉降弧,防止退圈时针织物随上舌针或下舌针移动;
(3)垫纱:上舌针和下舌针同时下降,上舌针和下舌针下降并与导纱器的相对运动过程中,从导纱器引入新的混纺纱垫入针钩下;
(4)闭口:随上舌针和下舌针下降,上舌针和下舌针的针勾在旧线圈的作用下向上关闭针口;
(5)套圈:上舌针和下舌针继续下降,旧线圈沿针勾上移套在针勾外形成套圈;
(6)弯纱:沉降片外移,上舌针和下舌针同时下降到弯纱最深点上舌针和下舌针的下降使针钩接触混纺纱逐渐弯纱,并随下降延续至线圈成形,上舌针和下舌针同时下降到弯纱最深点,针钩内点与沉降片的垂直距离为3.5cm;

(2)退圈:上舌针和下舌针从退圈低位置上升至退圈最高点,上舌针和下舌针同时到达退圈最高点,使旧线圈从针钩内移至针杆上完成退圈,此时编织机械的沉降片抵住旧线圈的沉降弧,防止退圈时针织物随上舌针或下舌针移动;
(3)垫纱:上舌针和下舌针同时下降,上舌针和下舌针下降并与导纱器的相对运动过程中,从导纱器引入新的混纺纱垫入针钩下;

(1)采用三路不同的罗纹组织循环,使针织面料的正面圈数表现为n+1、n和n循环,反面圈数表现为n、n、n+1循环,不同的组合使面料呈纵条效应,卷边力彼此平衡,不易卷边,正面线圈和反面线圈的歪斜方向相互抵消,在自由状态下线圈的横列和纵列垂直不歪斜,横纵向拉伸时正面线圈和反面线圈相互配合,线圈沉降弧产生较大的弯曲和扭曲,相邻正反面线圈纵行相互靠近,使连续织物正反面卸力后促进恢复原状,长期浸洗或佩戴穿着时弹性回复力好,不易脱散,伸长量满足人体或使用需求,从而提高舒适度;
(2)采用对苯二甲酸二甲酯或聚对苯二甲酸与D-丙交酯在二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂作用下聚合,经螺杆挤压机纺丝成型,增大聚合物链长,大分子链处具有折叠片段,柔曲性增加,同时纤维组织易保持线型,与棉纱、毛纱、丝或麻中的至少一种混纺而成后能改善面料的抱合性能和覆盖能力,起到抗起球、减小静电摩擦,补充天然纤维的伸缩缺陷的作用,避免单纤原料纤毛粗糙、延伸性差导致编织困难的问题,使之应用于针织物尺寸挺拔、柔软,舒适度更高;
(3)防静电DP305-1浓缩剂与水混合成质量百分比浓度为1%的溶液喷洒混纺纱,降低表面静电和毛躁,并利于稳定张力,在给纱张力作用下可消除纱筒容量不一,退绕点不同引起的纱线拨动,保证编织平稳。
(4)上舌针和下舌针同时到达退圈最高点,并同时下降至至弯纱最深点,形成新线圈,实现同步成圈,保证弯纱张力较大,使针织物松软,提高整体弹性,从而提高舒适度;
(5)控制针钩内点低于沉降片的垂直距离保证弯纱深度,随舌针下降有利于防止脱纱,提高编织速度;
(6)双氨基硅酮柔软剂Q2-8040A购自于石狮市绿宇化工有限公司,开幅定型后采用柔软剂浸泡再烘干定型处理,为双官能团结构,柔软剂可渗透混纺纤维内部,对纤维的取向性高,可永久均匀整理,增强织物的抗撕裂强度,避免回缩,提高舒适度稳定性。
将实施例1-3制得的混纺针织物与市面普通针织物作为对照例,进行舒适度比较,采用FAST-3型拉伸仪在拉伸速度为80/m*min-1,夹持长度为200mm下测试面料拉伸曲线的拉伸断裂伸长率和拉伸百分率,按照GB/T3917-1997标准测试针织物的撕破性能,以YG821型织物风格测试仪测试耐磨性,采用FAST-2型弯曲仪测抽取回复率(%)评定针织物刚柔性,按照GB/T5457-1997标准测试透气率(%)其结果如下:

由上表可知,混纺针织物的拉伸率、伸长率得到明显提升,表现良好的弹性,同时断裂生产率、撕破强力和耐磨性测试表现出较高的耐磨性,抽取回复率提高且稳定,针织物柔软度表现优异,且兼具透气性,混纺针织物的舒适性明显提高。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims (5)

1.一种提高混纺针织物舒适度的生产工艺,其特征为,其步骤如下:
(1)给纱:编织机械上呈90°配置的针盘和针筒内分别设置交错设置的上舌针和下舌针,将混纺纱输送至编织机械的成圈编织区域,所述混纺纱由聚合物纺纱与棉纱、毛纱、丝或麻中的至少一种混纺而成;
(2)退圈:上舌针和下舌针从退圈低位置上升至退圈最高点,使旧线圈从针钩内移至针杆上完成退圈,此时编织机械的沉降片抵住旧线圈的沉降弧,防止退圈时针织物随上舌针或下舌针移动;
(3)垫纱:上舌针和下舌针下降并与导纱器的相对运动过程中,从导纱器引入新的混纺纱垫入针钩下,聚合物纺纱由对苯二甲酸二甲酯或聚对苯二甲酸、与D-丙交酯按质量比(7~10):1在二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂作用下聚合4h后,经螺杆挤压机在1300~1500N/cm2压力下,喷丝头温度为230~240℃,卷绕速度为20~25m/min下熔纺喷丝成型;
(4)闭口:随上舌针和下舌针下降,上舌针和下舌针的针勾在旧线圈的作用下向上关闭针口;
(5)套圈:上舌针和下舌针继续下降,旧线圈沿针勾上移套在针勾外形成套圈;
(6)弯纱:沉降片外移,上舌针和下舌针的下降使针钩接触混纺纱逐渐弯纱,并随下降延续至线圈成形;
(7)脱圈:上舌针和下舌针进一步下降使旧线圈从针头上脱下,套在正在进行弯纱的新线圈上;
(8)成圈:上舌针和下舌针下降到最低位置形成新线圈;
(9)牵拉:牵拉装置把脱下的旧线圈和形成的新线圈拉向上舌针和下舌针背后,脱离编织区域,此时沉降片内移推动新线圈辅助牵拉,并循环步骤(1)~步骤(8)形成单路罗纹组织,单路罗纹组织以每三路制造循环获得针织面料,三路中第一路为(n+1)+n罗纹组织,第二路为n+n罗纹组织,第三路为n+(n+1)罗纹组织,n为1~5的整数;
(10)后整理:将针织面料在180~185℃下置于开幅机上开幅定型,随后织接成 混纺针织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高混纺针织物舒适度的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的输送张力为18~32cN,输送前用质量百分比浓度为1%的防静电DP305-1水溶液喷洒混纺纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高混纺针织物舒适度的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中上舌针和下舌针同时到达退圈最高点,步骤(3)中上舌针和下舌针同时下降,步骤(6)上舌针和下舌针同时下降到弯纱最深点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高混纺针织物舒适度的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中针钩内点与沉降片的垂直距离为3~5cm。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种提高混纺针织物舒适度的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(10)开幅定型后,用柔软剂溶液浸泡,再在120~140℃下烘干定型,所述柔软剂溶液由双氨基硅酮柔软剂Q2-8040A与水按体积比1:100混合而成。
