背景技术
现有的在室内装修过程中使用的装潢材料挥发出来的苯、甲醛、酮、氨等刺激性气体以及日常生活中剩菜剩饭酸臭味,香烟等会对人体造成危害,而负离子对人的健康、长寿及生态的重大影响,已为国内外医学界专家通过临床实践所验证。负离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,强化和激活人体的生理活动,因此它又被称为"空气维生素",认为它像食物的维生素一样,对人体及其他生物的生命活动有着十分重要的影响。
农作物秸秆是一种宝贵的可再生资源,我国每年的农作物秸秆产量在7亿吨左右。但是长期以来由于受消费观念和生活方式的影响,我国农村秸秆资源完全处于高消耗、高污染、低产出的状况,相当多的一部分农作物秸秆被弃置或者进行焚烧,没有得到合理开发利用,而充分利用秸秆这一可再生资源无疑是解决资源短缺的有效途径之一。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,它采用秸秆粉碎生产板材,添加负离子层,金属板复合,在不影响使用强度的需要的情况下,一方面解决了秸秆资源污染浪费的问题,另一方面解决了板材产生有害气体的问题,并且会产生对人体有益的负离子,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一:制备芯板,取农作物秸秆清除其中的杂物,再进行干燥处理,将秸秆的含水量控制在10%,将干燥后的秸秆切成长度为25-55mm的小段,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后进行筛分处理,得到长径比在1-6之间的细料和长径比在6-16之间的粗料,细料的质量占总量的10%,粗料为芯层材料,细料为外层材料,加入无醛胶黏剂及负离子粉混合物,再依次进行铺装、预热、热压、后处理,得到芯板;步骤二:制备负离子层,在聚丙烯纤维中均匀加入负离子粉混合物,加入胶,冷压成板,用胶粘在芯板表面;步骤三:金属板内表面涂胶,贴在负离子层外侧进行冷压处理;步骤四:金属板外表面涂覆一层负离子粉混合物。
所述负离子层为聚丙烯纤维和负离子粉混合物,所述聚丙烯纤维占负离子层的98%,所述负离子分混合物占负离子层的2%。
所述负离子粉混合物为北投石、蛋白石、松针粉、氧化钕、铽氧化物、磷酸锆和四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯的混合物,氧化钕10%,铽氧化物3%-5%,磷酸锆1-2%,四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.5-1.5%,松针粉10%,余量为北投石和蛋白石,所述铽氧化物为三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽的混合物,三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽的质量比为4:1-1:2。
所述步骤二中的胶是植物胶,从植物豆中制得,主要成分是半乳甘露聚糖,还有蛋白质、纤维素、水分及少量钙、镁等无机元素,所述植物胶也可为石花胶。
本发明具有如下优点:一方面采用秸秆粉碎加工成芯板,解决了秸秆资源污染浪费的问题,且禾香板不会产生有害气体,另一方面复合板中加了负离子粉混合物,可以中和板材中的醛类物质并将负离子释放到空气中,金属表面涂覆负离子粉混合物会产生对人体有益的负离子释放到空气中,能够消除室内的异味和各种有害气体,其次,金属复合可以提高板材各方面的性能。

一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一:制备芯板,取农作物秸秆清除其中的杂物,再进行干燥处理,将秸秆的含水量控制在10%,将干燥后的秸秆切成长度为25-55mm的小段,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后进行筛分处理,得到长径比在1-6之间的细料和长径比在6-16之间的粗料,细料的质量占总量的10%,粗料为芯层材料,细料为外层材料,加入无醛胶黏剂及负离子粉混合物,再依次进行铺装、预热、热压、后处理,得到芯板;步骤二:制备负离子层,在聚丙烯纤维中均匀加入负离子粉混合物,加入胶,冷压成板,用胶粘在芯板表面;步骤三:金属板内表面涂胶,贴在负离子层外侧进行冷压处理;步骤四:金属板的外表面涂覆一层负离子粉混合物。
所述步骤二中的胶为植物胶,是从植物豆中制得,主要成分是半乳甘露聚糖,还有蛋白质、纤维素、水分及少量钙、镁等无机元素,不会产生有害气体。
实施例4
一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一:制备芯板,取农作物秸秆清除其中的杂物,再进行干燥处理,将秸秆的含水量控制在10%,将干燥后的秸秆切成长度为25-55mm的小段,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后进行筛分处理,得到长径比在1-6之间的细料和长径比在6-16之间的粗料,细料的质量占总量的10%,粗料为芯层材料,细料为外层材料,加入无醛胶黏剂及负离子粉混合物,再依次进行铺装、预热、热压、后处理,得到芯板;步骤二:制备负离子层,在聚丙烯纤维中均匀加入负离子粉混合物,加入胶,冷压成板,用胶粘在芯板表面;步骤三:金属板内表面涂胶,贴在负离子层外侧进行冷压处理;步骤四:金属板的外表面涂覆一层负离子粉混合物。所述植物胶也可以为石花胶。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (5)

1.一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一:制备芯板,取农作物秸秆清除其中的杂物,再进行干燥处理,将秸秆的含水量控制在10%,将干燥后的秸秆切成长度为25-55mm的小段,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后进行筛分处理,得到长径比在1-6之间的细料和长径比在6-16之间的粗料,细料的质量占总量的10%,粗料为芯层材料,细料为外层材料,加入无醛胶黏剂及负离子粉混合物,再依次进行铺装、预热、热压、后处理,得到芯板;步骤二:制备负离子层,在聚丙烯纤维中均匀加入负离子粉混合物,加入胶,冷压成板,用胶粘在芯板表面;步骤三:金属板内表面涂胶,贴在负离子层外侧进行冷压处理;步骤四:金属板外表面涂覆一层负离子粉混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述负离子层为聚丙烯纤维和负离子粉混合物,所述聚丙烯纤维占负离子层的98%,所述负离子分混合物占负离子层的2%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述负离子粉混合物为北投石、蛋白石、松针粉、氧化钕、铽氧化物、磷酸锆和四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯的混合物,氧化钕10%,铽氧化物3%-5%,磷酸锆1-2%,四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.5-1.5%,松针粉10%,余量为北投石和蛋白石,所述铽氧化物为三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽的混合物,三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽的质量比为4:1-1:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中的胶是植物胶,从植物豆中制得,主要成分是半乳甘露聚糖,还有蛋白质、纤维素、水分及少量钙、镁等无机元素。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种含负离子的复合禾香板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述植物胶为石花胶。
