Description

本发明涉及一种喷气织机用钢筘,该钢筘由于具有一个喇叭形进口,因此能够采用多个主喷嘴,并且由于空气和纬纱导引通道的下表面具有特定的倾斜角,同时在钢筘的异形筘齿用的两个夹紧螺旋之间具有特定的距离,因此能够实行有效而又可靠的多纬线织造,从而可以显著提高织机的织造效率,特别是当纱线具有较大的不匀率时也能织造。
喷气织机用的具有异形筘齿的钢筘在现有技术中业已为人所公知。
所说这种已知的钢筘实质上是由一连串的筘齿组成,它们被夹紧螺旋边挨边地间隔开而定位着,并且使其外廓形状成为一条空气和纬纱用的敞开的导引通道。
除了由于导引通道的宽度较小因而很难采用多个主喷嘴外,这种已知的钢筘一般制成具有不同尺寸的外廓形状以便适应不同的用途。
通过实验,现在发现,当将空气和纬纱导引通道的下表面对通道背面的法线的倾斜角定为6°并将异形筘齿用的两个夹紧螺旋之间的距离定为81mm时,所得的异形钢筘可在筘齿的挠曲性和钢筘的尺寸之间取得最佳的平衡,就前者言足可使不匀率较大的经纱在所说筘齿之间通过,就后者言可使钢筘的惯性受到限制。
在这方面,从所说实验结果可以看到,织机的织造效率普遍得到提高,而由于经纱断裂造成的停机则显著减少。
按照本发明的一个特征,所说空气和纬纱导引通道具有一个喇叭形进口,由于增加了进口通道的宽度,便有可能没有困难地采用多个主喷嘴,因此可用在质量或颜色上各不相同的多纬线来进行织造。
因此,喷气织机用的钢筘实质上是由一连串的边挨边的筘齿组成,它们被位在筘齿两端的夹紧螺旋间隔开,并使其外廓形状成为一条敞开的空气和纬纱用的导引通道,按照本发明,其特征在于,所说两个夹紧螺旋之间的距离约为81mm,所说敞开的通道具有一个喇叭形进口,通道的下表面对通道背面的法线的向下的倾斜角约为6°。
