Abstract

Description

在织机技术中,通过梭道将引纬剑和其控制带导向的各种系统是公知的。第一个系统提供许多导向部件,平行于钢筘排顺,仅在其面对钢筘一侧使控制带导向,并具有只在有限程度上拉伸经纱的优点,但存在必须采用不同的预防措施的缺点,象使用刚性控制带控制引纬剑和仔细选择引纬剑中质量的分布以保证在两引纬剑之间有效可靠地纬纱交换。用这种系统,必须采用精确加工的钢筘,安装也必须精确,因为钢筘与上述部件在将控制带和引纬剑导向时共同作用,这使得结构复杂并且成本增加。

Claims (4)

1、通过剑杆织机梭道为引纬剑和其控制带的导向件及引纬剑的联合装置,该装置包括单独一列的许多排顺在筘座上的导向部件(3),每个部件(3)备有一个座(4),以罩住控制带(6)的远离钢筘(2)的一侧,其特征是每个部件(3)还备有一个座(5),以罩住引纬剑(8),引纬剑包括形状与座(5)形状互补的延伸部或舌部(7、11、15、18、22),以便将引纬剑引入导向部件(3)的座(5)中。
