本发明涉及揿压式微型喷雾器的喷头,是一种抗菌高分子揿压式小喷头及其制备方法。
背景技术
微型喷雾器的喷头是一种用于化妆品喷雾的塑料产品,其中揿压式微型喷雾器的喷头是一种通过头帽按压使用进行喷雾操作的喷头。为了使用喷头时能使内容物有效地出液,在不使用喷头时能有效地阻隔空气,防止内容物氧化、滋生细菌,一些喷头产品采用双弹簧结构。如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201811636331.9,申请公布日2019.03.26,发明名称“环保低挥发型按压式喷雾器及其制备方法”;再如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201820337058.9,授权公告日2018.10.19,实用新型名称“一种喷雾泵”。但上述喷头和同类产品在储运过程容易打开而漏液,并且头帽在使用时容易产生脱落及漏液。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种抗菌高分子揿压式小喷头及其制备方法,使其解决现有同类产品中喷嘴结构设计欠佳,雾化效果不理想,泵体的材料配比和制备方法有待改进的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种抗菌高分子揿压式小喷头,该小喷头的外盖内设有头帽,头帽的进液孔与外盖中泵芯组件的阀杆扣合,头帽的进液孔设置于头帽中内圈环的中心孔,头帽的内圈环高度低于外圈环高度,头帽的外圈环套入外盖的内孔槽,外盖的内孔槽内径设有凸起的中心台,外盖的中心孔设置于中心台,头帽的出液孔设有喷头组件,泵芯组件的泵体设有吸管,吸管处的泵体内设有玻璃球;其结构设计要点是所述外盖的中心孔设有内圈,内圈的上部与下部之间设有台阶圈,内圈的台阶圈下部直径大于台阶圈上部直径,内圈的台阶圈上部外径两侧设有对称设置的倒扣筋,外盖的中心孔内壁设有圈形的扣合胶位,内圈从外盖的底部套入外盖的中心孔时,外盖的扣合胶位与内圈的倒扣筋扣合固定,内圈的台阶圈限位于外盖的中心孔,泵体组件的泵体套入内圈的内孔台,泵体的泵口外径扣合固定于内圈的内孔台内径;头帽的内圈环套入内圈的内孔与台阶圈上部之间的上圈槽,内圈的台阶圈上部内壁设有凸起的筋条,内圈的筋条与头帽的内圈环外壁相抵;泵体组件的阀杆伸出内圈中内孔台的中心孔,内圈的内孔台下方内壁设有内螺纹圈,内圈的内螺纹圈处直径大于内圈的内孔台直径,外盖的外侧直径为泵体大内腔处直径的五倍。从而该小喷头的外盖与内圈通过扣合连为一体,自动化装配方便,连接结构牢固;泵体组件通过泵体固定于内圈,按压头帽即可带动泵体组件内的阀杆、活塞、阀针同时移动,实现该小喷头的喷雾操作。
所述外盖的中心孔下方内孔直径大于中心孔的直径,外盖的内孔内壁设有六条凸起并对称设置的内定位筋,内圈的台阶圈下部外径设有三条凸起并对称设置的外定位筋,内圈的外定位筋与外盖的内定位筋配合。从而外盖与内圈之间实现选向定位的功能。
所述内圈的台阶圈上部设有三条开口的槽,头帽的外圈环与内圈环之间的外圈环内壁设有三条支撑筋,头帽的支撑筋与内圈的槽套合。从而头帽的支撑筋防止产品变形现象产生,避免头帽因变形导致头帽与外盖的内孔槽卡住,影响其正常使用。

所述活塞的下内圈与阀针的下环圈槽扣合,阀杆的圈筋处上环圈槽与内塞的内环圈槽扣合。上述结构使阀针与活塞之间,阀杆与内塞之间进一步密闭。

所述泵芯组件的泵体采用抗菌高分子原材料制成,该制备方法的抗菌高分子原材料由以下成分组成:高密度聚乙烯颗粒80-95份、抗菌PE母粒5-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-5份、氧化石墨烯1-5份、纳米空心氧化铝1-5份、紫外线吸收剂1-2份、抗静电剂0.1- 1份,所述紫外线吸收剂是107UV、527UV、UV-P 中的一种,所述抗静电剂是聚氧乙烯脂肪酸脂和脂肪酸酰胺中的一种;其特征在于所述抗菌PE母粒由以下成分组成:聚氯乙烯50份-80份,钙锌热稳定剂6-10份,填料20-30份,氯化聚乙烯20-30份,润滑剂1-3份,抗氧剂亚磷酸酯1-2份,聚乙烯蜡1-2份,环保增塑剂20-30份,抗菌剂15-20份,所述抗菌剂为沸石型纳米银离子抗菌剂,所述填料为碳酸钙或滑石粉的一种,目数在1250-2000之间,所述环保增塑剂由主增塑剂和助增塑剂组成,二者比例为2:1,其中主增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯的一种,助增塑剂为乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、环氧大豆油、癸二酸二辛酯的一种。
该制备方法的抗菌高分子原材料具体制备步骤如下:先按重量百分比取用所有原材料,采用塑料高速搅拌机,在转速600r/min-800r/min、温度10-30℃的条件下搅拌10-20分钟,使其充分混合均匀;再将混合后的原材料投入制瓶机进行生产,制得具有抗菌功能的聚乙烯塑料瓶;其特征在于所述抗菌PE母粒的制备方法包括以下步骤;1)按一定质量份数把聚氯乙烯和氯化聚乙烯加入高速混合机中进行高速搅拌混料,转速为300-500r/min,混合时间5-10分钟后,混合温度60-70℃,在高速搅拌的同时,从小加料口加入增塑剂;2)待增塑剂被聚氯乙烯和氯化聚乙烯充分吸收后,冷却至室温,再按一定质量份依次加入钙锌热稳定剂、填料、润滑剂、聚乙烯蜡、抗菌剂,然后在高速搅拌条件下使其混合均匀,混合时间为5-10分钟,制得混配物料;3)将上述混配物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆转速为200-300rpm,经冷拉条切后成颗粒状的抗菌PE母粒。
本发明结构设计合理,密封性、稳定性好,雾状喷射极细,生产、装配方便,应用范围广;适合作为日用化妆品包装产品中的揿压式小喷头使用,及其同类产品的结构改进。

实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明结构作进一步描述。如图1-图5所示,该小喷头的外盖5内设有头帽15,头帽的进液孔与外盖中泵芯组件的阀杆12扣合,头帽的进液孔设置于头帽中内圈环的中心孔,头帽的内圈环高度低于外圈环高度,头帽的外圈环套入外盖的内孔槽503,外盖的内孔槽内径设有凸起的中心台,外盖的中心孔设置于中心台,头帽的出液孔设有喷头组件,泵芯组件的泵体2设有吸管1,吸管处的泵体内设有玻璃球3,外盖的中心孔设有内圈10。内圈的上部与下部之间设有台阶圈,内圈的台阶圈下部直径大于台阶圈上部直径,内圈从外盖的底部套入外盖的中心孔时,内圈的台阶圈限位于外盖的中心孔,泵体组件的泵体套入内圈的内孔台,泵体的泵口外径扣合固定于内圈的内孔台内径。头帽的内圈环套入内圈的内孔与台阶圈上部之间的上圈槽,内圈的台阶圈上部内壁设有凸起的筋条,内圈的筋条与头帽的内圈环外壁相抵。泵体组件的阀杆伸出内圈中内孔台的中心孔,内圈的内孔台下方内壁设有内螺纹圈,内圈的内螺纹圈处直径大于内圈的内孔台直径,外盖的外侧直径为泵体大内腔处直径的五倍,外盖的中心孔下方内孔直径大于中心孔的直径。泵芯组件的泵体内阀针6一端设有第一弹簧4,第一弹簧的另一端与泵体内玻璃球上方的泵体内壁台阶处相抵,阀针的另一端插入阀杆,阀杆与阀针的套合处阀杆外径设有活塞7,活塞上方的阀杆外径设有第二弹簧8,第二弹簧两端分别与活塞的上内圈、阀杆的圈筋相抵,阀杆的圈筋设置于内塞11处的阀杆外径,内塞设置于泵体的泵口处内径,内塞通过泵体固定于内圈10的内孔台;活塞的下内圈与阀针的下环圈槽扣合,阀杆的圈筋处上环圈槽与内塞的内环圈槽扣合。头帽的喷孔内径设有内圈筋1503,喷嘴13一端外径的密封扣位筋1301与头帽的内圈筋扣合,喷嘴另一端的孔内径设有密封扣位槽1302,喷片外径的外圈筋1401与喷嘴孔内的密封扣位槽扣合。头帽的喷片伸出外盖一侧的L字形喷片孔,喷片孔对称的外盖另一侧沿口设有边沿槽,头帽的顶部平面与外盖的盖口平面对齐。
上述内圈和外盖之间的主要结构如下:内圈的台阶圈上部设有两条倒扣筋1001,内圈的倒扣筋与外盖的扣合胶位501扣合,使两者上下紧密配合,避免脱落。内圈的台阶圈下部外径设有三条外定位筋1002,内圈的外定位筋与外盖内部的六条内定位筋502配合,能有效地起到选向定位功能。头帽的内壁设有三条支撑筋1501,头帽的支撑筋1501与内圈的槽1003配合,头帽支撑筋起到防止产品缩水变形现象,避免头帽变形导致头帽与外盖的内孔槽503卡住,影响使用。头帽的内壁上设有三条凸起的开关筋位1502,头帽的开关筋位1502与外盖的凸出胶位504配合,起到产品左右打开和关闭时有明显的手感,防止正常使用时错位而导致头帽无法下压。头帽与喷嘴配合处的喷孔设有内圈筋1503,头帽的内圈筋1503与喷嘴一端外径的密封扣位筋1301配合密封,防止使用时喷嘴脱离及漏液异常,喷嘴的另一端内壁设有扣位密封槽1302,喷嘴的扣位密封槽1302与喷片的外圈筋1401配合,防止使用时喷片脱离及漏液异常。
综上所述,上述内圈与外盖为倒扣结构,防止脱落;头帽上设有开关筋位,能左右打开和关闭,打开后防止使用时错位而无法下压使用,关闭后防止储运过程打开而漏液;头帽和喷嘴上设内筋圈和密封扣位筋,喷嘴和喷片上设有密封扣位槽和外圈筋,能有效起到密封及固定作用,防止脱落及漏液。
Claims (4)
1.一种抗菌高分子揿压式小喷头,该小喷头的外盖(5)内设有头帽(15),头帽的进液孔与外盖中泵芯组件的阀杆(12)扣合,头帽的进液孔设置于头帽中内圈环的中心孔,头帽的内圈环高度低于外圈环高度,头帽的外圈环套入外盖的内孔槽(503),外盖的内孔槽内径设有凸起的中心台,外盖的中心孔设置于中心台,头帽的出液孔设有喷头组件,泵芯组件的泵体(2)设有吸管(1),吸管处的泵体内设有玻璃球(3);其特征在于所述外盖(5)的中心孔设有内圈(10),内圈的上部与下部之间设有台阶圈,内圈的台阶圈下部直径大于台阶圈上部直径,内圈的台阶圈上部外径两侧设有对称设置的倒扣筋(1001),外盖(5)的中心孔内壁设有圈形的扣合胶位(501),内圈从外盖的底部套入外盖的中心孔时,外盖的扣合胶位与内圈的倒扣筋扣合固定,内圈的台阶圈限位于外盖的中心孔,泵体组件的泵体(2)套入内圈的内孔台,泵体的泵口外径扣合固定于内圈的内孔台内径;头帽(15)的内圈环套入内圈的内孔与台阶圈上部之间的上圈槽,内圈的台阶圈上部内壁设有凸起的筋条,内圈的筋条与头帽的内圈环外壁相抵;泵体组件的阀杆(12)伸出内圈中内孔台的中心孔,内圈的内孔台下方内壁设有内螺纹圈,内圈的内螺纹圈处直径大于内圈的内孔台直径,外盖的外侧直径为泵体大内腔处直径的五倍;所述外盖(5)的中心孔下方内孔直径大于中心孔的直径,外盖的内孔内壁设有六条凸起并对称设置的内定位筋(502),内圈(10)的台阶圈下部外径设有三条凸起并对称设置的外定位筋(1002),内圈的外定位筋与外盖的内定位筋配合;所述内圈(10)的台阶圈上部设有三条开口的槽(1003),头帽(15)的外圈环与内圈环之间的外圈环内壁设有三条支撑筋(1501),头帽的支撑筋与内圈的槽套合;所述头帽(15)的支撑筋(1501)处上方外圈环内壁设有凸起的开关筋位(1502),外盖(5)的内孔槽(503)内侧内壁设有凸出胶位(504),头帽的开关筋位与外盖的凸出胶位相抵;所述头帽(15)的喷片(14)伸出外盖(5)一侧的L字形喷片孔,喷片孔对称的外盖另一侧沿口设有边沿槽,头帽的顶部平面与外盖的盖口平面对齐,所述泵芯组件的泵体(2)采用抗菌高分子原材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌高分子揿压式小喷头,其特征在于所述泵芯组件的泵体(2)内阀针(6)一端设有第一弹簧(4),第一弹簧的另一端与泵体内玻璃球(3)上方的泵体内壁台阶处相抵,阀针的另一端插入阀杆(12),阀杆与阀针的套合处阀杆外径设有活塞(7),活塞上方的阀杆外径设有第二弹簧(8),第二弹簧两端分别与活塞的上内圈、阀杆的圈筋相抵,阀杆的圈筋设置于内塞(11)处的阀杆外径,内塞设置于泵体的泵口处内径,内塞通过泵体固定于内圈(10)的内孔台。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌高分子揿压式小喷头,其特征在于所述活塞(7)的下内圈与阀针(6)的下环圈槽扣合,阀杆的圈筋处上环圈槽与内塞的内环圈槽扣合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌高分子揿压式小喷头,其特征在于所述头帽(15)的喷孔内径设有内圈筋(1503),喷嘴(13)一端外径的密封扣位筋(1301)与头帽的内圈筋扣合,喷嘴另一端的孔内径设有密封扣位槽(1302),喷片(14)外径的外圈筋(1401)与喷嘴孔内的密封扣位槽扣合。
