Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶及其制备方法,针对现有同类产品外形结构形式单一,生产装配较为不便,部件较难采用抗菌高刚性材料生产制备的技术问题而设计。其要点是该真空瓶的内瓶瓶身呈圆柱形,外瓶的瓶身呈八面形柱体,内瓶的定位筋套入外瓶的定位槽,内瓶的扣位筋与外瓶的孔口扣合,大圈一侧的内螺纹与内瓶的外螺纹旋紧,外瓶的孔口处端面夹持固定于大圈与内瓶之间,泵芯通过内塞盖夹持固定于大圈的内孔与内瓶的瓶口之间,外瓶的内圈径与底盖的圈径槽扣合并超声熔合,内瓶的筋块套入底盖筋条之间的间隙,内瓶底部的开口与底盖相抵密封,内瓶和外瓶的原材料采用抗菌高刚性材料制成。

技术领域
本发明涉及真空瓶,是一种抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶及其制备方法。
背景技术
真空瓶是指一种能使气体与外界温度隔绝的容器或隔绝外部细菌的容器,市场销售的真空瓶是由一个圆柱体成椭圆体容器加一个安置底部的活塞组成。其工作原理是用弹簧的收缩力,且不让空气进入瓶中,造成真空状态,而利用大气压力来推动瓶底的活塞前进。现有真空瓶应用于日化包装护肤品中,现市场上的真空瓶基本都是泵结构出液,而在平时携带时为防止漏液在其内盖与压盖之间设有防漏垫片起到携带方便安全的作用。现有一些瓶体设有内外瓶结构,如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201820338352.1,授权公告日2018.10.12,实用新型名称“一种真空瓶”;再如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201720477573.2,授权公告日2018.01.09,实用新型名称“圆封闭式真空瓶”;但上述产品和同类产品较少能采用多边形瓶体结构,现市场上的真空瓶几乎为圆形或规则体,并且较难自动化生产装配。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶及其制备方法,使其解决现有同类产品外形结构形式单一,生产装配较为不便,部件较难采用抗菌高刚性材料生产制备的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶,该真空瓶的外瓶与内瓶套合,内瓶的瓶口伸出外瓶设有大圈,泵芯的阀杆伸出大圈和内瓶,阀杆设有头帽,内瓶内设有大活塞,大活塞与内瓶的内壁相抵密封;其结构设计要点是所述内瓶的瓶身呈圆柱形,外瓶的瓶身呈八面形柱体,即长方体的外瓶周面端角处分别设有倒角边,外瓶的一侧底部设有开口,外瓶的另一侧顶面设有孔口,外瓶的孔口处内径至少一侧设有定位槽,内瓶的外螺纹下方设有对应的定位筋,以及对称设置的扣位筋,内瓶的外螺纹伸出外瓶的孔口,内瓶的定位筋套入外瓶的定位槽,内瓶的扣位筋与外瓶的孔口扣合,大圈一侧的内螺纹与内瓶的外螺纹旋紧,外瓶的孔口处端面夹持固定于大圈与内瓶之间,泵芯通过内塞盖夹持固定于大圈的内孔与内瓶的瓶口之间,连接处的内瓶瓶口设有PE覆膜垫片,泵芯伸出内塞盖的阀杆与头帽的进液孔外径圈筋扣合,头帽的进液孔外径圈环套入大圈顶部的圈槽内;外瓶的底部开口内径设有内圈径,外瓶的内圈径与底盖的圈径槽扣合并超声熔合,底盖的圈径槽内侧设有两两对称设置并凸起的筋条,两侧对称的两条筋条之间分别设有间隙,内瓶底部的开口外径设有凸起的筋块,内瓶的筋块套入底盖筋条之间的间隙,内瓶底部的开口与底盖相抵密封。从而内瓶通过外瓶的底部套入的同时,底盖与外瓶的底部瓶口通过超声熔合密封,内瓶的底部瓶口与底盖相抵密封扣合。
所述大圈的内螺纹处外径设有凸起的扣点,大圈扣点对应的外罩盖口内径设有扣位槽,大圈的扣点与内盖的扣位槽扣合。从而便于外罩与大圈扣合固定。
所述泵芯的内塞盖与泵体的泵口外径扣合,扣合处的内塞盖外径设有向外延伸的盖裙圈,内塞盖中心孔的内塞侧伸入泵体内,泵体的泵口处内塞盖与阀杆的孔口外径之间设有弹簧,阀杆通过内塞盖伸出泵体,泵体内的阀杆一端与泵体内的阀针一端套合,套合处下方的阀针外径设有活塞,泵体内进液一端泵体孔口处设有弹套。上述为泵芯结构的具体实施例。
所述内瓶和外瓶的原材料由以下成分组成:高密度聚乙烯颗粒80-95份、抗菌PE母粒5-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-5份、氧化石墨烯1-5份、纳米空心氧化铝1-5份、紫外线吸收剂1-2份、抗静电剂0.1- 1份,所述紫外线吸收剂是107UV、527UV、UV-P 中的一种,所述抗静电剂是聚氧乙烯脂肪酸脂和脂肪酸酰胺中的一种;其特征在于所述抗菌PE母粒由以下成分组成:聚氯乙烯50份-80份,钙锌热稳定剂6-10份,填料20-30份,氯化聚乙烯20-30份,润滑剂1-3份,抗氧剂亚磷酸酯1-2份,聚乙烯蜡1-2份,环保增塑剂20-30份,抗菌剂15-20份,所述抗菌剂为沸石型纳米银离子抗菌剂。
所述填料为碳酸钙或滑石粉的一种,目数在1250-2000之间。
所述环保增塑剂由主增塑剂和助增塑剂组成,二者比例为2:1,其中主增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯的一种,助增塑剂为乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、环氧大豆油、癸二酸二辛酯的一种。
所述内瓶和外瓶的原材料制备方法包括以下步骤:先按重量百分比取用所有原材料,采用塑料高速搅拌机,在转速600r/min-800r/min、温度10-30℃的条件下搅拌10-20分钟,使其充分混合均匀;再将混合后的原材料投入制瓶机进行生产,制得具有抗菌功能的聚乙烯塑料瓶;其特征在于所述抗菌PE母粒的制备方法包括以下步骤;1)按一定质量份把聚氯乙烯和氯化聚乙烯加入高速混合机中进行高速搅拌混料,转速为300-500r/min,混合时间5-10分钟后,混合温度60-70℃,在高速搅拌的同时,从小加料口加入增塑剂;2)待增塑剂被聚氯乙烯和氯化聚乙烯充分吸收后,冷却至室温,再按一定质量份依次加入钙锌热稳定剂、填料、润滑剂、聚乙烯蜡、抗菌剂,然后在高速搅拌条件下使其混合均匀,混合时间为5-10分钟,制得混配物料;3)将上述混配物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆转速为200-300rpm,经冷拉条切后成颗粒状的抗菌PE母粒。
本发明结构设计合理,使用、携带、生产方便,密封性、稳定性好,制备材料性能好,生产方法可行;其适合作为双层真空瓶使用,及其同类产品的结构改进。

现结合附图,对本发明结构作进一步描述。如图1-图9所示,该真空瓶的外瓶7与内瓶6套合,内瓶的瓶口伸出外瓶设有大圈3,泵芯的阀杆伸出大圈和内瓶,阀杆设有头帽2,内瓶内设有大活塞8,大活塞与内瓶的内壁601相抵密封。其具体结构如下:内瓶的瓶身呈圆柱形,外瓶的瓶身呈八面形柱体,即长方体的外瓶周面端角处分别设有倒角边,外瓶的一侧底部设有开口,外瓶的另一侧顶面设有孔口702,外瓶的孔口处内径至少一侧设有定位槽701,内瓶的外螺纹下方设有对应的定位筋602,以及对称设置的扣位筋603,内瓶的外螺纹伸出外瓶的孔口,内瓶的定位筋套入外瓶的定位槽,内瓶的扣位筋与外瓶的孔口扣合。大圈一侧的内螺纹与内瓶的外螺纹旋紧,外瓶的孔口处端面夹持固定于大圈与内瓶之间,泵芯4通过内塞盖401夹持固定于大圈的内孔301与内瓶的瓶口之间,连接处的内瓶瓶口设有PE覆膜垫片5,泵芯伸出内塞盖的阀杆与头帽2的进液孔外径圈筋201扣合,头帽的进液孔外径圈环套入大圈顶部的圈槽内。外瓶的底部开口内径设有内圈径703,外瓶的内圈径与底盖9的圈径槽901扣合并超声熔合,底盖的圈径槽内侧设有两两对称设置并凸起的筋条902,两侧对称的两条筋条之间分别设有间隙,内瓶底部的开口外径设有凸起的筋块604,内瓶的筋块套入底盖筋条之间的间隙,内瓶底部的开口与底盖相抵密封。
上述大圈的内螺纹处外径设有凸起的扣点302,大圈扣点对应的外罩盖口内径设有扣位槽101,大圈的扣点与内盖的扣位槽扣合。泵芯的内塞盖与泵体的泵口外径扣合,扣合处的内塞盖外径设有向外延伸的盖裙圈,内塞盖中心孔的内塞侧伸入泵体内,泵体的泵口处内塞盖与阀杆的孔口外径之间设有弹簧,阀杆通过内塞盖伸出泵体,泵体内的阀杆一端与泵体内的阀针一端套合,套合处下方的阀针外径设有活塞,泵体内进液一端泵体孔口处设有弹套。该真空瓶外形为八面体形且非等边八面体,外盖为圆形,整体组装后外形精巧大气,内瓶为60mL内瓶。
其具体装配如下:内瓶的内壁601与大活塞的密封面过盈配合,起到真空密封效果;内瓶的定位筋602与外瓶的定位槽701定位配合,内瓶的扣位筋603与外瓶的孔口扣位强压配合;外瓶的内圈径703与底盖的内径槽901扣合并超声熔合,增加产品牢固度,满足跌落要求。泵芯的内塞盖401装入大圈的内孔301上,将垫片装入泵芯的泵体上,两者过盈配合,使垫片固定在产品组立上,头帽的圈筋201装入泵芯的阀杆中。上述组装好的喷头组立与瓶体组立通过螺纹旋转配合,最后将外罩的扣位槽101扣到大圈的扣点302上,组装完成。使用时,把外罩取下,然后按压头帽取液使用;关闭时,取完液体后把外罩套回原位置即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶,其特征在于所述大圈(3)的内螺纹处外径设有凸起的扣点(302),大圈扣点对应的外罩(1)盖口内径设有扣位槽(101),大圈的扣点与内盖的扣位槽扣合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶,其特征在于所述泵芯(4)的内塞盖(401)与泵体的泵口外径扣合,扣合处的内塞盖外径设有向外延伸的盖裙圈,内塞盖中心孔的内塞侧伸入泵体内,泵体的泵口处内塞盖与阀杆的孔口外径之间设有弹簧,阀杆通过内塞盖伸出泵体,泵体内的阀杆一端与泵体内的阀针一端套合,套合处下方的阀针外径设有活塞,泵体内进液一端泵体孔口处设有弹套。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶的制备方法,所述内瓶(6)和外瓶(7)的原材料由以下成分组成:高密度聚乙烯颗粒80-95份、抗菌PE母粒5-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-5份、氧化石墨烯1-5份、纳米空心氧化铝1-5份、紫外线吸收剂1-2份、抗静电剂0.1- 1份,所述紫外线吸收剂是107UV、527UV、UV-P 中的一种,所述抗静电剂是聚氧乙烯脂肪酸脂和脂肪酸酰胺中的一种;其特征在于所述抗菌PE母粒由以下成分组成:聚氯乙烯50份-80份,钙锌热稳定剂6-10份,填料20-30份,氯化聚乙烯20-30份,润滑剂1-3份,抗氧剂亚磷酸酯1-2份,聚乙烯蜡1-2份,环保增塑剂20-30份,抗菌剂15-20份,所述抗菌剂为沸石型纳米银离子抗菌剂。
5.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶的制备方法,其特征在于所述填料为碳酸钙或滑石粉的一种,目数在1250-2000之间。
6.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶的制备方法,其特征在于所述环保增塑剂由主增塑剂和助增塑剂组成,二者比例为2:1,其中主增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯的一种,助增塑剂为乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、环氧大豆油、癸二酸二辛酯的一种。
7.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌高刚性八边形双层真空瓶的制备方法,所述内瓶(6)和外瓶(7)的原材料制备方法包括以下步骤:先按重量百分比取用所有原材料,采用塑料高速搅拌机,在转速600r/min-800r/min、温度10-30℃的条件下搅拌10-20分钟,使其充分混合均匀;再将混合后的原材料投入制瓶机进行生产,制得具有抗菌功能的聚乙烯塑料瓶;其特征在于所述抗菌PE母粒的制备方法包括以下步骤;1)按一定质量份把聚氯乙烯和氯化聚乙烯加入高速混合机中进行高速搅拌混料,转速为300-500r/min,混合时间5-10分钟后,混合温度60-70℃,在高速搅拌的同时,从小加料口加入增塑剂;2)待增塑剂被聚氯乙烯和氯化聚乙烯充分吸收后,冷却至室温,再按一定质量份依次加入钙锌热稳定剂、填料、润滑剂、聚乙烯蜡、抗菌剂,然后在高速搅拌条件下使其混合均匀,混合时间为5-10分钟,制得混配物料;3)将上述混配物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆转速为200-300rpm,经冷拉条切后成颗粒状的抗菌PE母粒。
