Abstract

本发明属于汽车冷却系统技术领域,涉及一种风扇减振器装置;包括风扇安装法兰、橡胶减振套总成、过渡法兰、防脱套管、双齿面楔形防松垫圈A及连接螺栓B;橡胶减振套总成安装在风扇安装法兰与过渡法兰之间;连接螺栓B依次穿过双齿面楔形防松垫圈A、风扇安装法兰、橡胶减振套总成、过渡法兰,将风扇安装法兰固定在过渡法兰上;防脱套筒通过连接螺栓A压装在过渡法兰上;本发明取消了传统的硅油风扇离合器,结构简单、安装拆卸方便、连接牢固、重量小、成本大幅降低;本发明为装配式总成,维修时可以单独更换内部零部件,维修经济性好;风扇与曲轴皮带轮速比为1,没有滑差,提升了风扇工作效率。

一种风扇减振器装置
技术领域
本发明属于汽车冷却系统技术领域,涉及一种固定在发动机曲轴上的风扇减振器装置,主要应用于轻、中型商用车冷却风扇。
背景技术
目前,商用车冷却风扇普遍由发动机直接驱动,发动机运转时,风扇承受复杂交变的冲击载荷,产生的振动对发动机及相关零部件工作可靠性、稳定性及性能有很大的影响。为了减轻风扇所承受的振动及冲击,通常采用硅油风扇离合器连接风扇与发动机,用硅油作为介质,利用硅油剪切粘力传递扭矩。
与重型商用车相比,轻、中型商用车多用于城市间中短途的运输,使用工况及使用环境相对较好,而硅油风扇离合器结构较复杂、制造装配要求高、输入与输出转速之间存在滑差、生产及维护成本较高,影响风扇工作效率,同时也增加了车辆的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种固定在发动机曲轴与风扇之间的减振吸能装置。该装置结构简单可靠、安装拆卸方便、重量轻、成本更低廉。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种风扇减振器装置,包括风扇安装法兰1、橡胶减振套总成2、过渡法兰3、防脱套管4、连接螺栓A5、双齿面楔形防松垫圈A6及连接螺栓B7;
所述橡胶减振套总成2安装在风扇安装法兰1与过渡法兰3之间;
所述连接螺栓B7依次穿过双齿面楔形防松垫圈A6、风扇安装法兰1、橡胶减振套总成2、过渡法兰3,将风扇安装法兰1固定在过渡法兰3上;
所述防脱套筒4通过连接螺栓A5压装在过渡法兰3上。
进一步地,所述风扇安装法兰1与过渡法兰3,通过止口定位的方式保证风扇与曲轴皮带轮的同轴度。
进一步地,所述橡胶减振套总成2,通过金属垫片2A、限位套管2B、尼龙护套2C与减振橡胶软垫2D硫化成型。
进一步地,所述防脱套筒4与风扇安装法兰1之间预留1mm间隙,防止装置失效时风扇安装法兰1与过渡法兰3分离。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.风扇安装法兰与过渡法兰通过止口定位,可以相对转动,风扇工作时通过橡胶减振套总成的压缩变形达到减轻发动机对风扇的振动和冲击的目的;
2.橡胶减振套总成轴向预设一定压缩量,装配后产生的轴向压缩变形可以起到减轻发动机对风扇轴向冲击的作用;
3.取消了传统的硅油风扇离合器,结构简单、安装拆卸方便、连接牢固、重量小、成本大幅降低;
4.本发明为装配式总成,维修时可以单独更换内部零部件,维修经济性好;
5.风扇与曲轴皮带轮速比为1,没有滑差,提升了风扇工作效率;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明由风扇安装法兰1、橡胶减振套总成2、过渡法兰3、防脱套管4、连接螺栓A5、双齿面楔形防松垫圈A6及连接螺栓B7组成。
如图2所示,所述橡胶减振套总成2,通过金属垫片2A、限位套管2B、尼龙护套2C与减振橡胶软垫2D硫化成型,安装在风扇安装法兰1与过渡法兰3之间;
所述风扇安装法兰1与过渡法兰3,通过止口定位的方式保证风扇与曲轴皮带轮的同轴度;
如图3所示,连接螺栓B7依次穿过双齿面楔形防松垫圈A6、风扇安装法兰1、橡胶减振套总成2、过渡法兰3,将风扇安装法兰1固定在过渡法兰3上。风扇安装法兰与过渡法兰采用间隙配合的止口定位,可以相对转动,同时保证风扇与曲轴皮带轮的同轴度。过渡法兰3通过挤压橡胶减振套总成2将扭矩传递给风扇安装法兰1。橡胶减振套总成2通过轴向及径向的压缩变形起到缓冲隔振效果,减轻发动机对风扇的振动及冲击,延长风扇及发动机的使用寿命,提高可靠性。该结构简单,安装及拆卸方便快捷,重量轻,大幅的降低零部件的生产及维护成本。
连接螺栓A5将防脱套筒4压装在过渡法兰3上,如图4所示,防脱套筒4与风扇安装法兰1之间留有1mm间隙,防止装置失效时风扇安装法兰1与过渡法兰3分离,风扇飞出破坏周边零部件。
本发明装配为总成,工作时发动机曲轴皮带轮8驱动过渡法兰3挤压橡胶减振套总成2,橡胶减振套总成2将扭矩传递给风扇安装法兰1及风扇9。
如图5所示,本发明通过连接螺栓C10连接到曲轴皮带轮8上。连接螺栓D12依次穿过双齿面楔形防松垫圈B11、风扇9、风扇安装法兰1,将风扇9固定在风扇安装法兰上。发动机工作时,风扇9随曲轴皮带轮8转动,速比为1。

1.一种风扇减振器装置,其特征在于:包括风扇安装法兰(1)、橡胶减振套总成(2)、过渡法兰(3)、防脱套管(4)、连接螺栓A(5)、双齿面楔形防松垫圈A(6)及连接螺栓B(7);
所述橡胶减振套总成(2)安装在风扇安装法兰(1)与过渡法兰(3)之间;
所述连接螺栓B(7)依次穿过双齿面楔形防松垫圈A(6)、风扇安装法兰(1)、橡胶减振套总成(2)、过渡法兰(3),将风扇安装法兰(1)固定在过渡法兰(3)上;
所述防脱套筒(4)通过连接螺栓A(5)压装在过渡法兰(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风扇减振器装置,其特征在于:
所述风扇安装法兰(1)与过渡法兰(3),通过止口定位的方式保证风扇与曲轴皮带轮的同轴度。
