Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种依据权利要求1前序部分的用于将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机(Brennkraftmaschine)上的装置,所述混合动力变速器包括变速器和混合动力模块。
背景技术
机动车传动系的主要部件是动力总成(Antriebsaggregat)和变速器。变速器转换转矩和转速,并且如此地转化动力总成的牵引力供给,从而使所述牵引力供给可以用于机动车车轮。
带有混合动力驱动装置的传动系除了构成为内燃机或者说燃烧式发动机的动力总成之外,还包括混合动力模块,该混合动力模块带有附加的、构成为电动机的动力总成。由混合动力模块和变速器构成的单元也被称为混合动力变速器。由混合动力模块和变速器组成的单元必须装配在燃烧式发动机上,为此,用于将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机上的装置投入使用。
在从实践中公知的解决方案中,用于将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机上的装置包括扭转减震器,以便使混合动力变速器的传动轴联接到燃烧式发动机的飞轮上。在此,在从实践中公知的装置中,扭转减震器直接与混合动力变速器的传动轴连接,其中,扭转减震器的轮毂于是在混合动力变速器的传动轴上卡紧。当传动轴具有相对大的直径时,混合动力变速器和燃烧式发动机之间的这种连接在使用常规的扭转减震器的情况下于是会产生困难。
因此,存在着对用于将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机上的装置的需求,利用所述装置,即使当混合动力变速器的传动轴具有大直径时,在使用标准扭转减震器的情况下也能实现混合动力变速器在燃烧式发动机上的简单的并且节省空间的装配。
发明内容
以此为出发点,本发明基于如下问题,即,完成一种新型的用于将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机上的装置,所述混合动力变速器包括变速器和混合动力模块。
该问题通过一种依据权利要求1的装置得以解决。依据本发明,扭转减震器可以通过连接元件与传动轴连接,其中,连接元件具有直径相对小的第一区段,扭转减震器的轮毂可以在该第一区段上卡紧,并且其中,所述连接元件具有直径相对大的第二区段,传动轴通过随动啮合部作用在该第二区段上。
在依据本发明的用于将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机上的装置中,扭转减震器在传动轴上的联接不像现有技术中那样直接实现,而是更合适地间接地通过连接元件来实现。所述连接元件具有直径相对小的第一区段,扭转减震器的轮毂在该第一区段上卡紧。此外,所述连接元件还具有直径相对大的第二区段,传动轴可以通过随动啮合部连接在该第二区段上。因此,即使当传动轴具有大直径时,仍可以使用标准扭转减震器来将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机上。

具体实施方式
图1示出混合动力变速器的混合动力模块1连带着依据本发明的用于将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机上的装置2的剖面。混合动力模块1包括电动机,其中,在图1中示出的是电动机的定子侧的固定体4和转子侧的转动体3。
定子侧的固定体4包括定子壳体5、定子衬套6和定子叠片组7。转子侧的转动体4包括转子基体8和转子叠片组9。此外,混合动力变速器的混合动力模块1包括传动轴10,该传动轴10通过轴承11径向地支承在混合动力模块1的壳体区段12上。
依据本发明的用于将混合动力变速器经由混合动力模块1装配在燃烧式发动机上的装置2包括扭转减震器14,所述燃烧式发动机中仅示出了一个飞轮13,该扭转减震器14包括扭转弹簧15和轮毂16。扭转减震器14通过构成为连接膜片17的连接元件与飞轮13连接。
依据本发明,扭转减震器14通过构成为异径管(Reduzierstück)的连接元件18间接地与混合动力模块1或者混合动力变速器的传动轴10相联接或者相连接。在此,构成为异径管的连接元件18拥有直径相对小的第一区段19,扭转减震器14的轮毂16可以在该第一区段19上卡紧。此外,构成为异径管的连接元件18还包括直径相对大的第二区段20,传动轴10通过连接元件18和传动轴10之间的随动啮合部21作用在该第二区段20上。在此,随动啮合部21允许在混合动力变速器的混合动力模块1和燃烧式发动机之间的轴向补偿。
随动啮合部21在所示实施例中以如下方式形成,即,传动轴10的外啮合部嵌接到连接元件18的内啮合部22中,其中,内啮合部22在构成为异径管的连接元件18的第二区段20上构成。
张紧元件23用于使扭转减震器14,即所述扭转减震器14的轮毂16,在连接元件18的第一区段19上卡紧,所述张紧元件23通过轴承24径向地支承在燃烧式发动机的飞轮13上。轴承24,也可以被称为导向轴承(Pilotlager),也能够承担对传动轴10的支承。
在连接元件18和传动轴10之间的随动啮合部21是上油润滑的,其中,依据图1,通过密封元件25使连接元件18的第二区段20相对于壳体区段12密封,以避免向外漏油。
混合动力变速器在燃烧式发动机的飞轮上的装配以如下方式来实现,即,首先预装配依据本发明的装置(即所述装置的扭转减震器14),即一方面在飞轮13上通过连接膜片17来预装配并且另一方面通过张紧元件23预装配在连接元件18的区段19上,并且然后,通过如下方式使混合动力变速器联接在燃烧式发动机上,即,使传动轴10和连接元件18通过随动啮合部21联接起来。

Claims (7)
1.用于将混合动力变速器装配在燃烧式发动机上的装置,即用于借助于扭转减震器将所述混合动力变速器的传动轴联接在所述燃烧式发动机的飞轮上的装置,所述混合动力变速器包括变速器和混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述扭转减震器(14)能够通过连接元件(18)与所述传动轴(10)连接,其中,所述连接元件(18)具有直径相对小的第一区段(19),所述扭转减震器(14)的轮毂(16)能够在所述第一区段(19)上卡紧,并且其中,所述连接元件(18)具有直径相对大的第二区段(20),所述传动轴(10)通过随动啮合部(21)作用在所述第二区段(20)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接元件(18)是异径管。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接元件(18)的所述第二区段(20)具有内啮合部,而所述传动轴(10)具有外啮合部,所述内啮合部和所述外啮合部在构成所述随动啮合部(21)的情况下彼此嵌接。
