Abstract
本发明公开了一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品的制备方法,按如下步骤:步骤1,将原料中进行优化分流删选,选择颗粒饱满、无病虫害的颗粒作为加工原料;步骤2,将各原料进行反复清洗,清除表面附着物,清洗完成后进行干燥;步骤3,将干燥后的原料进行磨粉,磨粉后按配比进行称重混合均匀,混合均匀后进行包装储存。本发明采用多种原料相互搭配,制成的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品的营养价值和微量元素含量都很高,适合婴儿食用,食用后婴儿的营养物质齐全,并且不易上火。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,尤其涉及一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
婴儿辅食是指婴儿阶段除了母乳之外,还应给予宝宝一些固体实物。婴儿辅食包括婴儿米粉、泥湖状食品以及其他的一些家制食品。现有的婴儿米粉的营业成分不全面,婴儿长期食用导致营养缺少,需单独补充缺乏微量元素及维生素,且食用容易婴儿上火,影响婴儿的生长发育。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述不足,提供一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品及其制备方法。
本发明提供的一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品,其特征在于包含如下重量份组份:小米60-62份、燕麦粉4-5份、小麦粉4-5份、大米粉5-6份、藜麦粉3-4份、黄豆7-8份、白砂糖8-10份、麦芽糊精1.5-2份、益生菌1.5-2份。
进一步的,所述的一种全谷物面粉,其特征在于包含如下重量份组份:小米60份、燕麦粉5份、小麦粉5份、大米粉5份、藜麦粉3份、黄豆8份、白砂糖10份、麦芽糊精2份、益生菌2份。
进一步的,所述小米为山西省运城市垣曲县历山绿色小米。
进一步的,所述一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品的制备方法,其特征在于按如下步骤:
步骤1,将原料中进行优化分流删选,选择颗粒饱满、无病虫害的颗粒作为加工原料;
步骤2,将各原料进行反复清洗,清除表面附着物,清洗完成后进行干燥;
步骤3,将干燥后的原料进行磨粉,磨粉后按配比进行称重混合均匀,混合均匀后进行包装储存。
本发明提供的一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品及其制备方法,采用多种原料相互搭配,制成的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品的营养价值和微量元素含量都很高,适合婴儿食用,食用后婴儿的营养物质齐全,并且不易上火。

步骤3,将干燥后的原料进行磨粉,磨粉后按配比进行称重混合均匀,混合均匀后进行包装储存;配比按如下重量份组分:小米60份、燕麦粉4份、小麦粉4份、大米粉5份、藜麦粉3份、黄豆7份、白砂糖8份、麦芽糊精1.5份、益生菌1.5份。

1.一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品,其特征在于包含如下重量份组份:小米60-62份、燕麦粉4-5份、小麦粉4-5份、大米粉5-6份、藜麦粉3-4份、黄豆7-8份、白砂糖8-10份、麦芽糊精1.5-2份、益生菌1.5-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品,其特征在于包含如下重量份组份:小米60份、燕麦粉5份、小麦粉5份、大米粉5份、藜麦粉3份、黄豆8份、白砂糖10份、麦芽糊精2份、益生菌2份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种不含牛奶成分的婴幼儿谷物辅助食品,其特征在于:所述小米为山西省运城市垣曲县历山绿色小米。
