背景技术
众所周知，现代社会人类日常生活的交往活动中，饮酒是一个重要环节，因此，由饮酒而引起的酒精中毒成为影响人体健康的一个重要因素。
酒精中毒俗称醉酒，是指患者一次饮大量酒精(乙醇)后发生的机体机能异常状态，是人们日常生活和社交中常见的一种无自治状态下的混合情绪，其诱发原因主要是酒中所含的杂醇油、乙醇、丙醇侵袭肝脏、肾脏等器官，导致众多不适，机体平衡失调，肝肾紊乱，肝经气血不畅所致。
醉酒对神经系统和肝脏伤害最严重，医学上将其分为急性中毒和慢性中毒两种，前者可在短时间内给患者带来较大伤害，甚至可以直接或间接导致死亡。后者给患者带来的是累积性伤害，如酒精依赖、精神障碍、酒精性肝硬化及诱发某些癌症(口腔癌、舌癌、食管癌、肝癌)等。窒息酒精中毒昏迷者失去自我防护功能，如果处于仰卧位或呕吐物堵塞呼吸道，就可导致窒息缺氧死亡。诱发心脏病酒精可诱发冠状动脉痉挛及恶性心律失常，进而导致心源性猝死的发生。诱发脑出血酒精可兴奋交感神经，造成血压急剧升高，进而导致脑出血发生。据统计我国每年有11万人死于酒精中毒引起的脑出血，占总死亡的1.3％。其他酒精可以诱发胰腺炎、低血糖昏迷、代谢紊乱等，这些都和患者死亡有关。
目前现有技术中存在一些解酒醒酒的饮料及其它制品，大多以人工制备的化学物质或药物组合为主，且在服用过程中发现现有的解酒饮料及药物的解酒效果均不甚理想，有的甚至有明显的毒副作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解酒醒酒用中药药膳，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的组分：葛花16份；葛根8份；枳椇子16份；枸杞子20份；桑葚12份；泽泻6份；公英12份；陈皮4份；生山楂10份；马齿苋10份。
