本发明涉及一种抗菌面料,由下述重量份的原料混纺制成:竹纤维30‑60份,圣麻纤维5‑10份,涤纶长丝纤维10‑20份,银离子海藻纤维5‑10份;所述原料经抗菌处理,抗菌处理步骤为:在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比为0.02‑0.5%。本发明的有益效果是:菌面料穿着舒适;具有更好的抑菌能力。

本发明属于面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌面料。
背景技术
抗菌面料是指具有良好的安全性,它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁殖。

目前市场上主流的处理方式有两种:一种是内置的银离子抗菌面料,采用纺丝级抗菌技术把抗菌剂直接做到化学纤维里面;另一种是后处理技术即通过面料后续定型工艺加进去。后处理的工艺相对简单成本容易根据客户的具体要求进行控制,是市场上应用最多的一种。
面料主要是用于制作家纺和服装或医用纺织品。其种类很多。随着市场需求的多样化,面料的功能性也越来越受到人们的重视,特别是针对人体贴身的面料。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗菌面料,由下述重量份的原料混纺制成:
所述原料经抗菌处理,抗菌处理步骤为:
在抗菌整理液中浸渍,
所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比为0.02-0.5%。
一种方式,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:
一种方式,所述抗菌整理液的pH值为6.0-6.5。
一种方式,原料与抗菌整理液的重量比为(8-9):1。
一种方式,表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或者月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚。
一种方式,原料在抗菌整理液中浸泡1-2h。
一种方式,有机溶剂为乙醇和丙酮,二者的体积比为1:1。
本发明的有益效果是:

2.具有更好的抑菌能力。

一种抗菌面料,由下述重量份的原料混纺制成:
竹纤维30份,
圣麻纤维5份,
涤纶长丝纤维10份,
银离子海藻纤维5份;
所述原料经抗菌处理,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比为0.02%;原料与抗菌整理液的重量比为8:1。
抗菌处理步骤为:在pH值为6.0的抗菌整理液中浸渍1h;
所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:
甲壳素30份,白芥末油10份,壳聚糖10份,十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2份,邻苯基苯酚2份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或者月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5份,有机溶剂(乙醇和丙酮1比1配比而成)5份。
实施例2
一种抗菌面料,由下述重量份的原料混纺制成:
竹纤维60份,
圣麻纤维10份,
涤纶长丝纤维20份,
银离子海藻纤维10份;
所述原料经抗菌处理,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比为0.5%;原料与抗菌整理液的重量比为9:1。
抗菌处理步骤为:在pH值为6.5的抗菌整理液中浸渍2h;
所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:
甲壳素50份,白芥末油30份,壳聚糖30份,十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵3份,邻苯基苯酚6份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或者月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2份,有机溶剂(乙醇和丙酮1比1配比而成)10份。
实施例3
一种抗菌面料,由下述重量份的原料混纺制成:
竹纤维40份,
圣麻纤维7份,
涤纶长丝纤维15份,
银离子海藻纤维7份;
所述原料经抗菌处理,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比为0.2%;原料与抗菌整理液的重量比为8.5:1。

测试水洗30次后织物的抑菌率,测试结果见下表;

4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:原料与抗菌整理液的重量比为(8-9):1。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或者月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:原料在抗菌整理液中浸泡1-2h。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:有机溶剂为乙醇和丙酮,二者的体积比为1:1。
