Description

Fermented feed capable of promoting growth and development of bullfrogs and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of special feed for bullfrogs, in particular to fermented feed capable of promoting growth and development of bullfrogs and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Bullfrog is the most famous edible frog in the world, and is named because its male ringing sound is like a cow. The bullfrog meat is white and tender, and has delicious taste and rich nutrition. Compared with chicken, duck, pig, cattle, sheep, etc., it is a nutritious health food with high protein, low fat, low calorie, and low cholesterol. Meanwhile, the nutrient also contains various micronutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid and the like. According to modern traditional Chinese medicine, the bullfrog serving as a health food has the nourishing effects of tonifying yang, promoting diuresis, invigorating stomach, tonifying brain, tonifying deficiency, relieving cough and the like, can relieve hyperacidity, clear away heat and toxic materials, and has great effects on recovering physical fitness of people with physical weakness. The skin, skeleton and internal organs of bullfrog contain abundant collagen, and the bullfrog is a good food additive and dietary therapy tonic. In addition, from the culture perspective, the bullfrog culture technology has low requirement, the culture threshold is low, the feed coefficient of the bullfrog is low, the culture benefit is good, and the bullfrog is widely pursued by farmers. The existing bullfrog breeding industry develops rapidly, and breeding areas are mainly focused on Yuedong and Minnan.
However, the bullfrog breeding has some problems, and in the existing bullfrog breeding mode, the high-density breeding mode of deep water or semi-deep water is mainly used, so that the high-density breeding brings high income to farmers, and simultaneously brings the following problems:
1. the activity space of the bullfrog is compressed, and the growth speed of the bullfrog is reduced;
2. the high-density bred bullfrogs have poor living environment, low body resistance and low digestion level, are greedy to eat, and are infected by intestinal inflammation, so that other internal organs are affected to cause death;
3. the high-density culture causes the water quality to be poor, pathogens such as bacteria and the like are easy to breed, so that the bullfrogs are easy to catch diseases, and the dosage is very high.
The bullfrog feed appearing in the market at present mainly takes a bullfrog complete formula feed as a main material, and a functional feed is not reported. The common complete formula feed can meet the nutritional requirements of bullfrogs in all stages, but cannot solve the problems of low digestion level, slow growth speed and high dosage of the bullfrogs under high-density culture. This also restricts the further development of the bullfrog breeding industry.

Experimental example 1
Purpose of the experiment: the digestion of the feed in the stomach within 9 hours was compared by feeding the common complete bullfrog compound feed and the fermented feed prepared in example 1.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
26 bullfrogs of the same variety are taken and divided into two groups, and each group comprises 13 bullfrogs. One group was fed with the fermented feed prepared in example 1 as an experimental group; feeding the other group with common complete bullfrog compound feed as control group; the experimental group and the control group have the same feeding environment and feeding condition.
After feeding for 3h, 5 bullfrogs of the experimental group and the control group are respectively taken and dissected, as shown in figure 1, compared with the bullfrogs of the control group, most of the bullfrog gastric feed of the experimental group is minced, the granular feed accounts for a few, while most of the bullfrog gastric feed of the control group is obviously granular, the polymerization degree is higher, and only a few feeds are minced.
After feeding for 6h, 5 bullfrogs in the experimental group and the control group were each dissected, and as shown in fig. 2, the intragastric feed of the bullfrogs in the experimental group was all minced and no granular feed was present, while the intragastric feed of the bullfrogs in the control group was still granular and distinct, but had loose polymerization degree and few minced feeds.
After feeding for 9h, 3 bullfrogs in the experimental group and the control group were each dissected, and as shown in fig. 3, most of the bullfrog gastric feed in the experimental group was emptied and only a small amount of minced feed was present, while most of the bullfrog gastric feed in the control group was minced and a small amount of granulated feed was present, compared to the bullfrogs in the control group.
Therefore, the fermented feed prepared in example 1 can obviously promote digestion and absorption of bullfrog intestines and stomach.
Experimental example 2
Purpose of the experiment: the intestinal development of bullfrog was compared by feeding the general complete bullfrog formula feed and the fermented feed prepared in example 1.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
30 bullfrogs of the same variety are taken and divided into two groups, and each group comprises 15 bullfrogs. One group was fed with a common complete bullfrog mixed feed and added with 25% of the fermented feed prepared in example 1 as an experimental group; feeding the other group with common complete bullfrog compound feed as control group; the experimental group and the control group have the same feeding environment and feeding condition. After feeding for 30 days, the bullfrog in the experimental group and the bullfrog in the control group are respectively sampled and dissected to prepare intestinal slices.
Intestinal sections of bullfrog in the control group are shown in FIG. 4.
Intestinal sections of experimental bullfrogs are shown in FIG. 5.
The data statistics are as follows:
Figure BDA0002294790850000091
as can be seen from the slicing data, the intestinal wall thickness, the number of goblet cells, the number of villi and the ratio of villi area of the bullfrogs fed by using 25 percent of the fermented feed of the example 1 are all superior to those of bullfrogs fed by only using the full-price compound feed of common bullfrogs.

The fermented feed of example 1 was fed in a mixed manner at a concentration of 25%, and the bullfrog was bred as follows:
no. 4 culture pond: the average initial weight is 36.72g, the cultivation time is 34 days, the average final weight is 79.56g, the specific growth rate is 2.27 percent, and the feed coefficient is 0.52.
The No. 5 culture pond has average initial weight of 51.58g, culture time of 34 days, average final weight of 92.88g, specific growth rate of 1.73 percent and feed coefficient of 0.54.
The No. 6 culture pond has an average initial weight of 42.49g, a culture time of 34 days, an average final weight of 74.12g, a specific growth rate of 1.64 percent and a feed coefficient of 0.70.
The average specific growth rate of bullfrogs in the control group is 1.30%, and the average specific growth rate of bullfrogs in the experimental group is 1.88%.
The average feed factor for the control group was 0.65 and the average feed factor for the experimental group was 0.58.
From the 34-day growth data, it can be seen that the experimental group combined with the bullfrog fed with 25% of the fermented feed of example 1 has a specific growth rate and a feed coefficient superior to those of the bullfrog fed with the conventional full-value compound feed alone. Meanwhile, various medicines are required to be mixed in the complete formula feed, and the fermented feed in the example 1 is used without any medicine, so that the feed can be directly fed, and the dosage is reduced by about 25 percent in the whole process.
The fermented feed provided by the invention has the advantages of simple and convenient raw material acquisition and simple and feasible manufacturing method, and can effectively solve the problems of heavy intestinal tract burden, unhealthy intestinal tract, weak disease resistance and the like caused by slow growth rate and low digestion rate of bullfrogs in a high-density breeding mode. Experimental examples 1-3 show that the specific growth rate of bullfrogs can be obviously improved, the feed coefficient can be reduced, the dosage can be reduced, and the breeding benefit can be greatly improved by using the fermented feed of the invention.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and their concepts should be considered to be equivalent or modified within the technical scope of the present invention.
