Abstract

本发明提供了一种自离型单面自粘防水胶带,包括基面层和防水胶层,所述防水胶层设于所述基面层的第一面,所述基面层的第二面复合有离型层,所述离型层的表面经过离型剂处理。本发明提供的自离型单面自粘防水胶带无须单独的离型膜以隔离防水胶层与基面层,同时减少了生产环节,降低了原材料使用成本,而且便利了用户的使用,杜绝了废弃的离型膜对环境的污染,具有较高的推广价值和较好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及单面自粘防水胶带领域,特别是涉及一种自离型单面自粘防水胶带。
背景技术
单面自粘防水胶带主要用于建筑防水行业,对建筑物的外墙或屋顶表面裂缝,门窗洞口,装饰装修板的接缝进行拼接盖缝,达到防水防潮的目的,具有操作简便,效果直接,耐高低温和环保无污染的特点,是目前市场上常见的建筑堵漏修补防水必备材料之一。
市场上现有的用于建筑防水行业的单面自粘防水胶带,其基面是铝箔或者合成塑料膜或者无纺布,或者是这几种材料的复合,在基面上涂布胶层,为了保护胶层表面,同时在收卷时把胶面和基面隔离开来,必须用一层离型膜覆在胶面上,在使用胶带的时候,要揭去这层薄膜,把胶面贴合在物体表面。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明技术方案所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用时无需撕除离型膜的单面自粘防水胶带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种自离型单面自粘防水胶带,包括基面层和防水胶层,所述防水胶层设于所述基面层的第一面,所述基面层的第二面复合有离型层,所述离型层的表面经过离型剂处理。
可选的,所述基面层的材质为铝箔、塑料膜、无纺布中的至少一种。
可选的,所述离型层的材质包括聚酯、聚氨酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯中的至少一种。
可选的,所述离型层的配方如下:聚酯100份;聚氨酯3-5份;聚乙烯1-3份。
可选的,所述离型剂为有机硅或氟素。
可选的,所述基面层和离型层之间具有胶粘层。
可选的,所述胶粘层的配方为:聚氨酯胶水100份;丙烯酸1-3份。
可选的,所述防水胶层为丁基橡胶、合成橡胶、沥青胶、丙烯酸胶、热熔胶、三元乙丙胶中的至少一层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明技术方案还提供了自离型单面自粘防水胶带制备工艺,包括如下步骤:将离型膜与基面膜复合,使其成为一体;采用离型剂处理具有离型膜的一面。
可选的,所述基面膜的材质为铝箔、塑料膜、无纺布中的至少一种。
可选的,所述离型膜的材质包括聚酯、聚氨酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯中的至少一种。
可选的,所述离型膜与所述基面膜采用干式复合工艺或湿式复合工艺。
与现有技术相比,本发明技术方案的自离型单面自粘防水胶带具有以下有益效果:将所述基面层的第二面复合离型层,使基面层与离型层成为一层结构,离型层表面再进行离型处理,使胶带基面的一面成为离型面,有效地保护了胶层表面,无需再粘接一层单独的隔离膜,即可在收卷时把胶面和基面隔离开来。同时,减少粘贴隔离膜的生产环节,降低了原材料的使用成本,便利了用户的使用,杜绝了废弃的离型膜对环境的污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明进行详细的说明。
如图1所示,目前应用于建筑防水行业的防水胶带均是以铝箔或者合成塑料膜或者无纺布作为基面层1,在基面层1上涂布胶类物质,以形成防水胶层2,为了保护防水胶层2的表面,同时在收卷时把防水胶层2的胶面和基面层1隔离开来,必须用一层离型膜3覆在防水胶层2的表面上,其防水胶层2和离型膜3依次覆盖于基面层1的同一侧,在使用胶带的时候,要揭去这层离型膜3,把胶面贴合在物体表面。
采用上述结构的问题在于,在生产胶带时,要额外增加粘贴离型膜3的工艺环节,且离型膜3的存在,也会大大增加原材料的成本,用户在使用时,还需将离型膜3揭去,操作麻烦,揭去的离型膜3还会造成环境污染。
为解决上述问题,本发明技术方案对胶带基面进行离型处理,使得自粘胶面可以直接卷贴在基面上,不必使用离型膜或离型纸。
如图2所示,本发明实施例的自离型单面自粘防水胶带包括基面层11和防水胶层12,所述防水胶层12设于所述基面层11的第一面111,所述基面层11的第二面112复合有离型层13,所述离型层13的表面经过离型剂131处理,其防水胶层12和离型层13分别位于基面层11的上、下两个表面,在收卷时可以有效防止防水胶层12与基面层11粘连。
其中基面层11的材质可以为铝箔、塑料膜、无纺布中的至少一种,离型层13的材质可以为聚酯、聚氨酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯中的至少一种,离型剂131可以为市面的各类离型材料,例如有机硅或氟素等,防水胶层12可以为市面上的各类胶水材料,例如丁基橡胶、合成橡胶、沥青胶、丙烯酸胶、热熔胶、三元乙丙胶等。
在本发明实施例中,基面层11为铝箔,离型层13采用如下配方:聚酯100份;聚氨酯3-5份;聚乙烯1-3份。
进一步地,基面层11与离型层13之间具有胶粘层14,该胶粘层14的配方不作要求,可以为市售的各类胶粘剂,例如聚氨酯胶水。但是为了在低温条件下实现基面层11与离型层13之间的复合,在聚氨酯胶水中加入丙烯酸进行改性,其比例可以为:聚氨酯胶水100份;丙烯酸1-3份。
本发明实施例还提供了自离型单面自粘防水胶带的制备工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:将离型膜与基面膜复合,使其成为一体;采用离型剂处理具有离型膜一面。
在本发明实施例中,基面层膜选用铝箔,离型膜的配方如下:聚酯100份;聚氨酯5份;聚乙烯1份,离型剂为有机硅。
离型膜与基面膜可以采用干式复合工艺或湿式复合工艺,下面以干式复合工艺为例进行说明。
在基面膜表面涂布上述采用丙烯酸改性后的聚氨酯胶水,使基面膜和离型膜穿过导向辊、张力辊,需要注意的是,穿过导向辊和张力辊时,保持基面膜上具有聚氨酯胶水的一面对着离型膜,在上胶胶辊处两膜进行复合,复合温度为70~80℃,复合后再经过导辊和烘箱进行处理,再通过张力辊和导辊释放材料应力,最后在收卷机上收卷,上述提及的设备型号不作要求,现有设备即可实现复合操作。
复合后,在具有离型膜的表面采用有机硅进行表面处理,处理方式为常规操作,在此不赘述。
综上所述,本发明提供的自离型单面自粘防水胶带,不需要设置单独的离型膜以隔离防水胶层与基面层,减少了生产环节,降低了原材料使用成本,而且便利了用户的使用,杜绝了废弃的离型膜对环境的污染,具有较高的推广价值和较好的应用前景。

1.一种自离型单面自粘防水胶带,包括基面层和防水胶层,所述防水胶层设于所述基面层的第一面,其特征在于,所述基面层的第二面复合有离型层,所述离型层的表面经过离型剂处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的自离型单面自粘防水胶带,其特征在于,所述基面层的材质为铝箔、塑料膜、无纺布中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的自离型单面自粘防水胶带,其特征在于,所述离型层的材质包括聚酯、聚氨酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的自离型单面自粘防水胶带,其特征在于,所述离型剂为有机硅或氟素。
5.如权利要求1所述的自离型单面自粘防水胶带,其特征在于,所述基面层和离型层之间具有胶粘层。
6.如权利要求5所述的自离型单面自粘防水胶带,其特征在于,所述胶粘层的配方为:聚氨酯胶水100份;丙烯酸1-3份。
7.一种自离型单面自粘防水胶带制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将离型膜与基面膜复合,使其成为一体;
采用离型剂处理具有离型膜的一面。
8.如权利要求7所述的自离型单面自粘防水胶带制备工艺,其特征在于,所述基面膜的材质为铝箔、塑料膜、无纺布中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求7所述的自离型单面自粘防水胶带制备工艺,其特征在于,所述离型膜的材质包括聚酯、聚氨酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯中的至少一种。
10.如权利要求7所述的自离型单面自粘防水胶带制备工艺,其特征在于,所述离型膜与所述基面膜采用干式复合工艺或湿式复合工艺。
