Abstract

本发明公开了可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,该胶带包括基材层、粘合层A、粘合层B,所述粘合层A与粘合层B的上方均设置有基材层,且粘合层B的粘结力小于所述粘合层A粘结力;所述胶带的加工工艺包括以下几个步骤:制备粘合层A、制备粘合层B、涂布、二次涂布、压合、复卷以及包装等;本发明所述的可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,通过在加工工艺过程中增加压合技术,使得一号胶带层与二号胶带层可以形成一个整体,而且粘合剥离容易,制得的胶带可以进行重复使用4‑5次,有效的节省了资源的浪费,同时粘合层A、粘合层B均采用不同的原材料进行制作,使得制得粘合层具有不同的效果,操作工序简单。

技术领域
本发明属于胶带加工技术领域,特别涉及可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺。
背景技术
现实生活中,胶带的使用非常广泛,胶带主要用于封装各种包装箱和各种物,胶带是由基材和胶黏剂两部分组成,通过粘接使两个或多个不相连的物体连接在一起。其表面上涂有一层粘着剂。最早的粘着剂来自动物和植物,在十九世纪,橡胶是粘着剂的主要成份;而现代则广泛应用各种聚合物;
而现有的胶带存在一定的弊端,传统的胶带在使用时使用者在包装后想进对包装箱或者包装袋内的物品进行检查,从而需要将胶带拆除,而现有的胶带在撕除后便不能使用,使得使用成本大大增加,同时拆除的胶带过多,从而浪费资源,给使用带来不便,为此,提出可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,该胶带包括基材层、粘合层A、粘合层B,所述粘合层A与粘合层B的上方均设置有基材层,且粘合层B的粘结力小于所述粘合层A粘结力。
优选的,所述胶带的加工工艺包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一、制备粘合层A,首先进行备料,粘合层A的生产配方原材料由以下质量份数的各组份组成:甲基异丁基甲酮3-5份、氯醇橡胶10-15份、天然橡胶15-20份、乙烯酸酯8-10份、增粘剂聚异丁二烯25-30份、碳酸钙3-5份,而后按照相应的组份进行制备并搅拌均匀,得到粘合层A;
步骤二、制备粘合层B,先收集粘合层B所需要的原材料,粘合层A的生产配方原材料由以下质量份数的各组份组成:丁基橡胶10-25份、碳纤维5-8份、聚乙二醇3-4份、增粘剂1-2份、丙烯酸酯橡胶10-15份、碳酸钙1-4份、硅藻土10-20份、二氧化钛20-25份,而后按照相应的组份进行制备并搅拌均匀,得到粘合层B;
步骤三、涂布,先将步骤一中得到粘合层A加热备用,而后通过涂布机将加热的粘合层A均匀的涂覆在基材层下侧,其次将涂覆后的基材层放置在烘箱中进行一次烘干,再将烘干后的基材层取出冷却至常温,备用,得到一号胶带层;
步骤四、二次涂布,先将步骤二中得到粘合层B加热备用,而后通过涂布机将加热的粘合层B均匀的涂覆在基材层下侧,其次将涂覆后的基材层放置在烘箱中进行一次烘干,再将烘干后的基材层取出冷却至常温,备用,得到二号胶带层;
步骤五、压合,而后将步骤三中得到的一号胶带层与步骤四中得到二号胶带层通过压合机进行压合,得到双层胶带;
步骤六、复卷以及包装,将得到双层胶带通过复卷机复卷成胶带卷,而后在胶带卷的外侧包裹包装膜,即可完成可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,最终得到品质高的可重复使用的包装胶带。
优选的,步骤三和步骤四中基材层均选用塑料薄膜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤三和步骤四中涂覆后的基材层烘干的温度设置在30-50℃。
优选的,步骤五中一号胶带层与二号胶带层压合时中间隔断压合有不沾油纸,且不沾油纸的长款均为1cm,颜色与一号胶带层、二号胶带层不同。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,通过在胶带加工工艺过程中增加压合技术,使得一号胶带层与二号胶带层可以形成一个整体,而且粘合剥离容易,制得的胶带可以进行重复使用4-5次,有效的节省了资源的浪费,同时粘合层A、粘合层B均采用不同的原材料进行制作,使得制得粘合层具有不同的效果,也使得在工艺过程中能耗消耗降低,工艺简单,操作方便,具有良好的使用前景。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例
加工时,首先制备粘合层A,进行备料,粘合层A的生产配方原材料由以下质量份数的各组份组成:甲基异丁基甲酮3-5份、氯醇橡胶10-15份、天然橡胶15-20份、乙烯酸酯8-10份、增粘剂聚异丁二烯25-30份、碳酸钙3-5份,而后按照相应的组份进行制备并搅拌均匀,得到粘合层A;而后制备粘合层B,先收集粘合层B所需要的原材料,粘合层A的生产配方原材料由以下质量份数的各组份组成:丁基橡胶10-25份、碳纤维5-8份、聚乙二醇3-4份、增粘剂1-2份、丙烯酸酯橡胶10-15份、碳酸钙1-4份、硅藻土10-20份、二氧化钛20-25份,而后按照相应的组份进行制备并搅拌均匀,得到粘合层B;其次涂布,先将步骤一中得到粘合层A加热备用,而后通过涂布机将加热的粘合层A均匀的涂覆在基材层下侧,基材层均选用塑料薄膜,其次将涂覆后的基材层放置在烘箱中进行一次烘干,涂覆后的基材层烘干的温度设置在35℃,再将烘干后的基材层取出冷却至常温,备用,得到一号胶带层;然后二次涂布,先将步骤二中得到粘合层B加热备用,而后通过涂布机将加热的粘合层B均匀的涂覆在基材层下侧,基材层均选用塑料薄膜,其次将涂覆后的基材层放置在烘箱中进行一次烘干,再将烘干后的基材层取出冷却至常温,备用,得到二号胶带层;再压合,而后将步骤三中得到的一号胶带层与步骤四中得到二号胶带层通过压合机进行压合,一号胶带层与二号胶带层压合时中间隔断压合有不沾油纸,且不沾油纸的长款均为1cm,颜色与一号胶带层、二号胶带层不同,得到双层胶带;最后复卷以及包装,将得到双层胶带通过复卷机复卷成胶带卷,而后在胶带卷的外侧包裹包装膜,即可完成可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺。

1.可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,其特征在于,该胶带包括基材层、粘合层A、粘合层B,所述粘合层A与粘合层B的上方均设置有基材层,且粘合层B的粘结力小于所述粘合层A粘结力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述胶带的加工工艺包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一、制备粘合层A,首先进行备料,粘合层A的生产配方原材料由以下质量份数的各组份组成:甲基异丁基甲酮3-5份、氯醇橡胶10-15份、天然橡胶15-20份、乙烯酸酯8-10份、增粘剂聚异丁二烯25-30份、碳酸钙3-5份,而后按照相应的组份进行制备并搅拌均匀,得到粘合层A;
步骤二、制备粘合层B,先收集粘合层B所需要的原材料,粘合层A的生产配方原材料由以下质量份数的各组份组成:丁基橡胶10-25份、碳纤维5-8份、聚乙二醇3-4份、增粘剂1-2份、丙烯酸酯橡胶10-15份、碳酸钙1-4份、硅藻土10-20份、二氧化钛20-25份,而后按照相应的组份进行制备并搅拌均匀,得到粘合层B;
步骤三、涂布,先将步骤一中得到粘合层A加热备用,而后通过涂布机将加热的粘合层A均匀的涂覆在基材层下侧,其次将涂覆后的基材层放置在烘箱中进行一次烘干,再将烘干后的基材层取出冷却至常温,备用,得到一号胶带层;
步骤四、二次涂布,先将步骤二中得到粘合层B加热备用,而后通过涂布机将加热的粘合层B均匀的涂覆在基材层下侧,其次将涂覆后的基材层放置在烘箱中进行一次烘干,再将烘干后的基材层取出冷却至常温,备用,得到二号胶带层;
步骤五、压合,而后将步骤三中得到的一号胶带层与步骤四中得到二号胶带层通过压合机进行压合,得到双层胶带;
步骤六、复卷以及包装,将得到双层胶带通过复卷机复卷成胶带卷,而后在胶带卷的外侧包裹包装膜,即可完成可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,最终得到品质高的可重复使用的包装胶带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤三和步骤四中基材层均选用塑料薄膜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤三和步骤四中涂覆后的基材层烘干的温度设置在30-50℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可重复使用重包装胶带的加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤五中一号胶带层与二号胶带层压合时中间隔断压合有不沾油纸,且不沾油纸的长款均为1cm,颜色与一号胶带层、二号胶带层不同。
