本发明涉及一种耐磨铝箔胶带,尤其涉及一种耐磨铝箔胶带的制造方法。
背景技术
铝箔胶带是冰箱、冰柜生产厂使用的主要原辅材料,也是保温材料经销部门必购原料,被广泛应用于冰箱、空凋、汽车、石化、桥梁、宾馆、电子等行业。现有技术中的铝箔胶带耐磨损性能差,使用寿命短,不能够满足客户的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐磨铝箔胶带,耐磨损,抗拉伸,使用寿命长,大大降低使用成本,能够满足客户的使用需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种耐磨铝箔胶带,由外向内依次包括保护膜、中间黏胶层、铝箔带和底胶层;
所述保护膜包括由塑料薄膜构成的膜体;
中间黏胶层包括由水性塑塑复合胶构成的层体;
底胶层包括由压敏胶、亚克力胶、热熔胶或阻燃胶构成的层体。
作为优选的技术方案,所述塑料薄膜按照质量份数包括以下原料,64~75份的聚乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯,10~15份的阻隔紫外光透明聚酯,1~5份的成膜助剂1-5份,15~20份的环保增塑剂和1~2份的环保稳定剂。

步骤三,升温至80~120烘干,使中间黏胶层固化,并压合保护膜和铝箔带;
步骤四,在保护膜铝箔带的背面涂布底层胶,得底胶层;
步骤五,收卷制得耐磨铝箔胶带。
作为优选的技术方案,所述保护膜包括由塑料薄膜构成的膜体;所述塑料薄膜按照质量份数包括以下原料,64~75份的聚乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯,10~15份的阻隔紫外光透明聚酯,1~5份的成膜助剂1-5份,15~20份的环保增塑剂和1~2份的环保稳定剂。

2.如权利要求1所述的耐磨铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜按照质量份数包括以下原料,64~75份的聚乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯,10~15份的阻隔紫外光透明聚酯,1~5份的成膜助剂1-5份,15~20份的环保增塑剂和1~2份的环保稳定剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐磨铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述铝箔带的厚度为30~100μm;所述保护膜的厚度为5~10μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐磨铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述底胶层的厚度为25~50μm。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的耐磨铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述保护膜的外层设有由溶剂硅油或无溶剂硅油制得的离型膜层。
6.一种耐磨铝箔胶带的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,在保护膜的背面涂布黏胶,得中间黏胶层;
步骤二,将铝箔带复合在所述中间黏胶层上;
步骤三,升温至80~120烘干,使中间黏胶层固化,并压合保护膜和铝箔带;
步骤四,在保护膜铝箔带的背面涂布底层胶,得底胶层;
步骤五,收卷制得耐磨铝箔胶带。
7.如权利要求6所述的耐磨铝箔胶带的制造方法,其特征在于,所述保护膜包括由塑料薄膜构成的膜体;所述塑料薄膜按照质量份数包括以下原料,64~75份的聚乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯,10~15份的阻隔紫外光透明聚酯,1~5份的成膜助剂1-5份,15~20份的环保增塑剂和1~2份的环保稳定剂。
8.如权利要求6所述的耐磨铝箔胶带的制造方法,其特征在于,
中间黏胶层包括由水性塑塑复合胶构成的层体;
底胶层包括由压敏胶、亚克力胶、热熔胶或阻燃胶构成的层体。
9.如权利要求6所述的耐磨铝箔胶带的制造方法,其特征在于,所述铝箔带的厚度为30~100μm;所述保护膜的厚度为5~10μm;所述底胶层的厚度为25~50μm。
10.如权利要求6、7、8或9所述的耐磨铝箔胶带的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,压合保护膜和铝箔带后,在保护膜的正面涂布溶剂硅油或无溶剂硅油,得离型膜层。
