Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the feeding device of the present invention mainly includes a feeding bottle 1, gauze 11, rubber band 12, inner ring 2 and a support, and the feeding device of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the feeding bottle 1 is a transparent glass bottle, and when in use, the mouth of the feeding bottle is wrapped with gauze 11, and then the gauze is tied by a rubber band 12. A placing surface 13 is arranged on the outer wall of the feeding bottle, an obtuse included angle is formed between the placing surface and the lower surface of the feeding bottle, and the feeding bottle is in an upright state after the lower surface of the feeding bottle is contacted with the ground; after the placing surface is contacted with the ground, the feeding bottle is in an inclined state, and parasitic bees can be conveniently put into the feeding bottle at the moment.
As shown in figure 4, an inner ring 2 is arranged in the mouth of the feeding bottle, the inner ring is a circular transparent piece, and a notch 21 is arranged on the inner wall of the inner ring and used for fixing the support.
As shown in figure 3, a support is placed on the inner side of the feeding bottle, the support comprises a bag support 3, a hanging rod 33, an insect receiving disc 35, a transition rod 351, a climbing rod 36, a pull wire 37 and a vertical rod 38, the bag support 3 is of a hemispherical hollow structure, the upper surface of the bag support is a plane, the top of the bag support is open, and the bag support is used for placing a culture bag. And placing the third-instar larvae of the drosophila into the culture bag and enabling the third-instar larvae to grow into drosophila pupae by virtue of the food in the culture bag. The outer wall of the bag support is fully provided with through holes 31, the top of the bag support is fixed with a pair of ear plates 32 arranged left and right, and the ear plates are fixed with hanging rods 33 which are bent rods as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the hanging rods comprise two sections arranged at an obtuse included angle, and the lower ends of the hanging rods are fixedly connected with the ear plates. When the bag support is used, the upper end of the hanging rod is placed in the notch, and the bag support can be fixed at the moment. The handle 34 is fixed on the top of the bag support, and the handle is convenient for taking the bag support. An insect receiving disc 35 is arranged below the bag support, the insect receiving disc is of a hollow structure with an open top, the open end of the insect receiving disc is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the bag support, and the fruit fly pupae in the bag support can penetrate through the through holes and then enter the insect receiving disc. Be fixed with a plurality of transition poles 351 in the insect receiving disc, the upper end of transition pole stretch into in the through-hole and with through-hole inner wall fixed connection, the lower extreme of transition pole and the inner wall fixed connection of insect receiving disc are equipped with the export on the lateral wall of insect receiving disc, are fixed with a plurality of climbing poles 36 on the outer wall of insect receiving disc, and the climbing pole is the plastics pole, and the upper end of climbing pole is arranged in the export and is fixed with export inner wall contact. The climbing rod has elasticity, when the bag holds in the palm arrange in raise the bottle and the upper end of peg arrange the breach in, the lower extreme and the contact of raising the bottle inner wall of climbing rod under the effect of self elasticity, and have certain extrusion force between raise the bottle inner wall and the climbing rod. A fixed seat 39 is fixed on the inner wall of the insect receiving disc, a vertical rod 38 is installed on the fixed seat in a threaded manner, and the upper end of the vertical rod extends into the bag support. The lower end of the vertical rod passes through the side wall of the insect receiving disc and then extends downwards. The pull wire 37 is arranged between the lower end of the vertical rod and the corresponding climbing rod, and when the vertical rod is rotated, the pull wire can be driven to be wound at the lower end of the vertical rod or detached from the vertical rod. When the pull wire is continuously wound on the vertical rod, the lower end of the climbing rod can be pulled to be away from the inner wall of the feeding bottle; when the stay wire is continuously detached from the vertical rod, the lower end of the climbing rod is gradually close to the inner wall of the feeding bottle under the action of the self elastic force until the climbing rod is contacted with the inner wall of the feeding bottle.
When the bracket is used, the bracket is placed in a feeding bottle, then the third-instar larvae and food are placed in a culture bag, the culture bag is placed in a bag support, gauze is wrapped at the mouth of the feeding bottle, and finally the mouth of the feeding bottle is fastened through a rubber band. When the third-instar larvae grow into the fruit fly pupae, the fruit fly pupae can enter the insect receiving disc from the bag support and then climb to the inner wall of the feeding bottle along the climbing rod. The lower extreme shrink of pole is climbed in rotatory montant messenger, and the horizontal size of support diminishes and is less than the bottle mouth size of raising the bottle this moment, and then can be convenient put into the bottle of raising the support. And when taking out the support, at first rotatory montant makes climbing rod and feeding bottle inner wall separation, can avoid climbing the pole to cause the injury to the adnexed parasitic bee of feeding bottle inner wall this moment.
The method for raising the fruit fly pupa parasitic wasps comprises the following steps:
(1) putting the fruit fly larva and food into culture bag;
(2) placing the bracket into the feeding bottle, ensuring the bracket to be fixed in the feeding bottle and ensuring the climbing rod on the bracket to be contacted with the inner wall of the feeding bottle;
