During the high temperature period, the growth speed of the sea cucumbers in the experimental group is obviously increased compared with that of the sea cucumbers in the control group, and the average weight of the sea cucumbers in the experimental group is finally increased by 29.5 percent compared with that of the sea cucumbers in the control group.
(II) the summer sleeping time of the sea cucumber is obviously shortened
In the high temperature period, the 'summer sleeping' time of the sea cucumber experimental group is averagely shortened by about 15 days compared with that of the comparative group. The average 'summer sleeping' time of the sea cucumbers in the control group is about 100 days, and the 'summer sleeping' time of the experimental group is about 85 days.
(III) the water quality is obviously improved
After the test pool is used with the heatstroke-relieving bacteria, the water quality is obviously improved, for example, harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and the like in the pool are obviously reduced in an experimental group compared with a comparison group in the later period of an observation period as shown in graphs shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the pH value is always stabilized at about 8.2; the ammonia nitrogen and the nitrite in the water body are relatively stable and can be controlled within a safe range. Meanwhile, the dissolved oxygen in the water body can be indirectly improved, so that the water quality is fresh.
In conclusion, the summer-heat relieving bacteria can promote the aquatic animals to absorb and utilize functional substances such as summer-heat relieving, heat reducing, stress resisting and the like in herbaceous plants put in water by adjusting the structure of the advantageous micro-ecological flora of the aquaculture pond, so that the high tolerance of the aquatic animals to the water temperature of the pond in summer in hot summer is enhanced, the definite value and invasion of pathogenic bacteria of high-temperature water are inhibited, the outbreak of high-temperature pathogenic factors is limited, the purposes of resisting summer heat, increasing weight and improving the survival rate are achieved, the 'summer sleeping' time can be obviously shortened aiming at sea cucumbers, the food intake is improved, and the immunity of the aquatic animals is enhanced.
In addition, the same results as described above were obtained with the products of examples 2 to 4.

Claims (10)

1, splash-type summer-heat relieving bacteria, which is characterized in that the summer-heat relieving bacteria is prepared by evenly mixing the following components , component two and component three, crushing and filtering with a screen mesh:
wherein the component is a composite strain synthetic material;
the second component is a mixture of leguminous plants and zingiberaceae plants;
the third component is a herbaceous plant mixture;
the herbal mixture is selected from more than of mint, houttuynia cordata, cortex lycii radicis, plantain and mulberry leaves, and the mass ratio of the component , the component two and the component three is 6-10:1-3: 1.
2. The species of the splashing summer-heat-removing fungus of claim 1, wherein:
the component is prepared by mixing composite strains, aerobic bacteria and zeolite powder;
the mass part ratio of the composite strain, the aerobic bacteria and the zeolite powder is 20-35: 1: 50-80 parts;
wherein the composite strain is a fermentation product of EM strain.
3. The species of the splashing summer-heat-removing fungus of claim 2, wherein:
the preparation method of the composite strain is as follows: taking EM strain and saline water according to the ratio of 8-20: 1, pouring into a fermentation tank for fermentation, keeping the temperature at 25-30 ℃, and carrying out anaerobic fermentation culture for 4-10 days to obtain the composite strain.

the saline water is a sodium chloride and/or potassium chloride solution with the mass concentration of 1-5%.

the plant of Leguminosae is selected from radix Sophorae Flavescentis.

the herbaceous plants in the herbaceous plant mixture are used in equal amount.
8. The use method of splash-type sunstroke-relieving bacteria as claimed in any one of claims 1-7 and , wherein the water is diluted by 10-20 times of the target amount and then uniformly sprinkled in the target water pool.
9. The use of species of sprinkled-type summer-heat removing bacteria, as claimed in any one of claims 1-7 and , wherein:
the additive is used in high-temperature seasons, helps the aquatic animals relieve summer heat and reduce fever, and improves the anti-stress capability;
and/or
The microbial agent is used for inhibiting the colonization and invasion of pathogenic bacteria in a high-temperature water body and limiting the outbreak of high-temperature pathogenic factors; and/or
The functions of regulating fat metabolism, resisting genetic material DNA variation and repairing cell damage;
and/or
The product has effects in resisting free radical injury, reducing lipid peroxide, inhibiting aquatic animal viscera necrosis, and protecting health;
and/or
Is used for promoting secretion of endogenous digestive enzyme, improving appetite of aquatic animals, and enhancing digestion and absorption of feed.
10. The use of kinds of sprinkling-type summer-heat removing bacteria, according to claim 9, wherein:
when the water quality improver is used for improving the anti-stress capability, 500 g/mu is used for the first time every 250-mu, and times are splashed every 5-7 days after 50-100 g/mu, and the water quality is splashed twice by 1-3 times when the water quality is deteriorated;
when used for raising seedlings, 1 to 5 grams of water is sprinkled on each cubic meter of water, and times of sprinkling are sprinkled every 2 to 3 days.
