Description

具有液压冷却的摩擦离合器的混合动力模块以及混合动力驱 动系
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车、例如轿车、货车、公共汽车或其他商用车的驱动系的混合动力模块,混合动力模块具有壳体、容纳/布置在壳体中的具有定子和沿径向布置在定子内侧的转子的电机和至少一个沿径向布置在转子内侧的液压冷却/液体冷却的摩擦离合器。本发明还涉及用于机动车的具有混合动力模块的混合动力驱动系。
背景技术
这种现有技术例如从DE 10 2009 059 944 A1得知。其中公开了用于车辆的驱动系的具有第一分离离合器、电动机和第二分离离合器的混合动力模块。第一分离离合器布置在驱动系中的内燃机和电动机之间的力矩流中,且第二分离离合器布置在驱动系中的电动机和变速器之间的力矩流中。第一分离离合器和第二分离离合器布置在共同的湿室中。在有利的实施例中流过湿室的压力介质冷却两个湿式离合器的多个摩擦片并且沿径向向外、从此处通过借助引导销与变速器壳体固定连接的接收管接收且经由排出管路输送给变速器油槽。
其他的现有技术通过DE 10 2006 008 205 A1公开。
但是在已知实施方式中的缺点是,对沿径向布置在电机内侧的组件、例如摩擦离合器的冷却相对困难。这尤其因为用于冷却的液压介质积聚在转子的间隙区域中且也部分地积聚在定子的间隙区域中,从此处开始排走会相对困难。
发明内容
因此本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的缺点并且尤其提供结构空间尽可能紧凑的混合动力模块,该混合动力模块的摩擦离合器尽可能有效地得到冷却。
这通过以下方式解决:设有用于冷却至少一个摩擦离合器的多个摩擦面的冷却装置,冷却装置具有在运行中带动液压介质的、抗旋转地与转子耦合的、环形的收集区域以及相对壳体固定的且伸入到收集区域中的接收区段,在运行中经由接收区段将液压介质输送给(布置在壳体之外的)储存空间。
由此在电动机内侧设有将先前用于冷却摩擦面的液压介质直接从壳体中导出的几何结构。由此避免在转子以及定子的区域中的热积聚。由此也使混合动力模块更有效率。
借助从属权利要求保护其他的有利的实施方式并且在下面详细阐述。
收集区域沿径向布置在至少一个摩擦离合器的摩擦面/摩擦元件外侧。收集区域优选成型为沿周向完全环绕的、沿径向向内敞开的槽。槽的横截面成型为U形或L形。由此进一步简化了收集区域的结构以及制造成本。
此外适宜的是,收集区域抗旋转地安装在容纳转子的转子支架上。因此收集区域的结构又特别简单地实施。
关于收集区域在转子支架上的安装,有利的是,使收集区域与转子支架材料一体地构造。
此外适宜的是,将收集区域与转子支架分开构造,且将收集区域固定在转子支架上。在本文中优选的是,将收集区域材料锁合地安装、例如焊接在转子支架上。代替材料锁合的安装,更为优选的是,将收集区域通过力锁合和/或材料锁合的连接安装在转子支架上。在本文中卡合/夹持连接是优选的。此外,将收集区域压入或压紧在转子支架中或转子支架上也是优选的。
若设有第一接收区段,该第一接收区段构造成通入到收集区域中的接收管,则可特别简单地制造接收区段。接收区段由此可以任意方式预先成型并且在结构上匹配收集区域。
若接收管穿过相对壳体固定的侧壁中的通孔,则将液压介质从壳体中直接导出。对此接收管特别优选地具有穿过相对壳体固定的侧壁(沿轴向延伸)的排放管路。
此外有利的是,(相对第一接收区段附加地或备选地)设有第二接收区段接收区段,该第二接收区段构造成直接安装在相对壳体固定的侧壁上的、优选和相对壳体固定的侧壁材料一体成型的接收凸耳。由此接收区段在构造侧壁时直接一起成型。
也适宜的是,至少一个接收区段具有至少一个、更为优选至少两个沿转子的周向指向的进入口,进入口沿径向伸入到收集区域中。
若至少一个接收区段由塑料/塑料材料制成/构成,则接收区段可成本有利地成型。对此也有利的是,备选地,至少一个接收区段由金属、例如金属板/钢板形成。由此接收区段可通过变形技术特别简单地制成。
在本文中还适宜的是,收集区域也由金属制成。特别适用于构造收集区域的是以变形技术加工的金属板。
此外有利的是,多个接收区段沿周向分布地布置。
若至少一个接收区段借助固持元件直接或间接地固定在壳体上,则接收区段足够牢固地固持/支撑在混合动力模块中。
至少一个接收区段又优选地形状锁合地、力锁合地和/或材料锁合地安装在固持元件上。在此,尤其焊接连接优选作为材料锁合式连接、卡合/夹持连接优选作为形状锁合式连接,或压配合连接优选作为力锁合式连接。
此外本发明涉及用于机动车的混合动力驱动系,混合动力驱动系具有根据前述实施方式中至少一项的根据本发明的混合动力模块。
换句话说,根据本发明借助接收管实现了油冷却的混合动力离合器(混合动力模块的摩擦离合器)。冷却液体/用于冷却的液压介质(例如在至少一个摩擦离合器中用于冷却的冷却油)在使用冷却液体收集环(收集区域)的情况下被收集。冷却液体收集环又与转子抗旋转地连接。冷却液体在相邻区域中或在例如变速器的相邻的腔室(储存空间)中在使用冷却液体换向管路(接收管)或冷却液体收集凸耳(接收凸耳)的情况下被排走。

具体实施方式
结合图1可清楚看出根据本发明的混合动力模块1的结构。混合动力模块1实施成同轴类型或轴平行类型的混合动力模块。因此,混合动力模块1具有壳体2,电机/电动机3布置在壳体中。电动机3以其转子5与混合动力模块1(即,其摩擦离合器6、7)的旋转轴线26同轴地布置。壳体2在运行中还与相对车辆固定的组件、在此变速器、即变速器的变速器壳体连接。尤其在该实施方式中,壳体2直接由变速器/变速器壳体的侧壁12一起构成。
电机3的定子4牢固地容纳在壳体2中。转子5可相对于定子4旋转地被支承以及沿径向布置在定子4内侧。转子5又可旋转地容纳在转子支架11上。转子5可旋转地容纳在沿轴向(关于旋转轴线26)延伸的、构造在转子支架11上的套筒区域21的径向外侧上。转子支架11沿径向且沿轴向支撑/支承在壳体2上。转子支架11在运行中以典型的方式与此处为了清楚而未详细示出的内燃机、例如汽油机或柴油机的输出轴旋转耦合。在图1中转子支架11已经与实施成双质量飞轮的扭转振动减振器17旋转连接。在运行时扭转振动减振器17在其沿轴向背离转子支架的一侧上直接与曲轴抗旋转地进一步连接。
转子支架11通常用作两个摩擦离合器6和7的输入旋转件。两个摩擦离合器6和7分别实施成多片离合器并因此分别具有离合器片组。两个摩擦离合器6和7实施成子离合器并且一起形成双离合器。相应摩擦离合器6或7的相应多个在轴向上彼此间隔开以及可相对彼此在轴向上移动的第一摩擦元件18a、18b抗旋转地与转子支架11连接。第一摩擦离合器6的第一摩擦元件18a在轴向上间隔开地布置且在轴向上与第一摩擦离合器6的第二摩擦元件19a交替。第一摩擦离合器6的第一摩擦元件18a和第二摩擦元件19a分别成型为片状/成型为摩擦片。第一摩擦离合器6的第一摩擦元件18a和第二摩擦元件19a一起形成第一离合器片组。第二摩擦离合器7的第一摩擦元件18b在轴向上间隔开地布置且在轴向上与第二摩擦离合器7的第二摩擦元件19b交替。第二摩擦离合器7的第一摩擦元件18b和第二摩擦元件19a也分别成型为片状/成型为摩擦片。第二摩擦离合器7的第一摩擦元件18b和第二摩擦元件19a一起形成第二离合器片组。摩擦离合器6、7在运行中可按已知方式地借助不同的操作装置20a和20b在其断开和接合的位置之间变化。
摩擦离合器6和7二者沿径向布置在转子5内侧、即沿径向布置在转子支架11的容纳转子5的套筒区域21内侧。此外,摩擦离合器6、7二者在轴向上布置在定子4的两个彼此背离的侧面之内。尤其两个离合器片组以其摩擦元件18a、18b以及19a和19b沿轴向完全地布置在两个彼此背离的侧面之内。
摩擦离合器6、7实施成液压冷却/液体冷却、即湿式运行的。冷却装置8在运行中用于借助流过壳体2的内部空间的液压介质冷却摩擦元件18a、18b、19a、19b。液压介质的示例性的流动路径在图2中用方向箭头28示出。
为了将基于作用的离心力而流经摩擦元件18a、18b、19a、19b的液压介质从壳体2中导走,冷却装置8沿径向在摩擦元件18a、18b、19a、19b外侧具有环形的收集区域9,环形的收集区域与接收区段10共同作用。收集区域9构造成在径向上向内敞开的槽并且抗旋转地与转子5耦合。收集区域9沿周向完全环绕地延伸。收集区域9原则上布置成,收集区域在运行中获取/收集向外输送的液压介质中的大部分。收集区域9布置在套筒区域21的轴向端部上。收集区域9布置在套筒区域21上,使得收集区域9的在径向上向内指向的通入口/开口29(图1)没有被套筒区域21遮挡。
接收区段10从径向内侧伸入到收集区域9中。在根据图1的实施例中,接收区段10构造成接收管形式的第一接收区段10a。第一接收区段10a具有进入口14;14a、14b,进入口在径向上伸入到收集区域9中。接收区段10用于使液压介质朝位于混合动力模块1的壳体2外侧的在该实施例中为了清楚起见未示出的储存空间排出和引导。
结合图12至图14示出了第一接收区段10a的另一构造方式。其中可看出,第一接收区段10a具有/形成两个进入口14a和14b,进入口14a和14b沿周向彼此间隔开。每个进入口14a、14b由接收杯形部16/接收杯形的斗状结构形成。相应的接收杯形部16使液压介质在径向上向内转向。在图13中,流过第一接收区段10a的液压介质根据方向箭头28示出。由接收杯形部16形成的通道在旋转轴线26的径向上向内通入排放管路22中。排放管路沿着轴向/旋转轴线26延伸。在转子5旋转时,排放管路22使通过接收杯形部16从收集区域9接收的液压介质从壳体2中导出。排放管路22主要通过管状的接口部23实现。排放管路22贯穿一起形成壳体2的侧壁12。
在该实施例中,第一接收区段10a构造成塑料构件。但是原则上也可想到作为金属件、例如由金属板构成的实施方式。
在接口部23上设有呈止动凸耳24形式的止动钩,止动钩在根据图1的固定状态下形状锁合地卡入固持元件15中。因此第一接收区段10a在运行中形状锁合。固持元件15构造成固定板的形式/板状/盘片状。此外,固持元件15位置不变地固定在壳体2上。在本文中也需要指出的是,原则上第一接收区段10a的其他安装类型也是可能的。因此,在其他的实施方式中第一接收区段10a材料锁合地、例如借助焊接安装在固持元件15上。也可想到纯粹的力锁合式连接,例如在固持元件15中的排放管路22的压配合。
在图2中可清楚看出,接收区段10;10a以及收集区域9如何在混合动力模块1运行时共同作用。从中再次清楚看出,液压介质在运行中在沿径向布置于摩擦元件18a、18b、19a、19b内侧的中央入口25处进入由壳体2包围的内部空间中。液压介质在混合动力模块1的轴向和径向上分布,使得第一部分的液压介质在径向上流过第一摩擦离合器6的摩擦元件18a、19a并且另外的第二部分的液压介质在径向上流过第二摩擦离合器7的摩擦元件18b、19b。转子支架11如此构造,使得转子支架将液压介质沿径向拦截在摩擦元件18b、19b外侧且优选经由为了清楚起见未详细示出的轴向延伸的收集槽/收集腔有针对性地输送给沿轴向连接在其上的收集区域9。因此,沿径向在摩擦元件18a、18b、19a、19b外侧,液压介质在运行中自动地进入收集区域9中。液压介质从收集区域9经由接收区段10;10a排走且输送给此处为了清楚而未详细示出的储存空间。接收区段10;10a的排放管路22在轴向上穿过相对壳体固定的侧壁12的、在此为变速器壳体的壁部的通孔13。
在图3的示意图中可在立体图中清楚看出呈固定板形式的固持元件15,其中示出,接收区段10;10a在空间上相对壳体固定地安装。接口部23在轴向上在通孔的区域中穿过固持元件15。
收集区域9材料锁合地经由焊接连接与转子支架11连接。但是原则上其他的材料锁合和/或力锁合和/或形状锁合的连接也是可能的。
关于下面的实施例仅简短地阐述与第一实施例的区别。因此如果没有另外说明,下面的实施例根据第一实施例来构造和工作。
结合图4和图5示出了混合动力模块1的第二实施例。收集区域9由两个在成型技术方面彼此相关的金属板节段构成。此外,收集区域9不再如在第一实施例中那样沿径向布置在定子4内侧,而是在轴向上布置在定子4的旁边。因此,在形状上匹配固持元件11并且形成拱曲/弯曲。收集区域9的径向内侧具有用附图标记31表示的直径,由此限定了在运行中容纳在收集区域9中的液压介质的量。
在图5中,示出了储存空间27以及接收区段10;10a的在周向上的位置。
在图6和图7的实施例中可看出,侧壁12也可构造成实心的。在侧壁12的径向内侧上也取消了杯形区域30。
在图8和图9的实施例中可看出,接收区段10也可构造成第二接收区段10b。在该实施例中第二接收区段10b实现为与侧壁12材料一体地构造的接收凸耳。因此第二接收区段10b形成接收凸耳形式的导向叶片。接收凸耳又沿轴向以及沿径向伸入到收集区域9中并且接收走积聚在收集区域9中的液压介质。排放管路22直接在侧壁12中引入通孔13。
在图10和图11的实施例中,收集区域9不是如先前那样成型为U形,而是基本成型为L形的横截面。在此收集区域9又在径向上向内敞开。
换句话说,根据本发明在电机3的转子5内侧实现了具有油冷却的单/双或三重离合器6、7的P1或P2混合动力(混合动力模块1)。离合器6、7的冷却油收集在相对转子固定的集油环(收集区域9)中并且还经由一个或多个接收管10;10a运输到例如变速器的相邻的油室27中。接收管10;10a可实施成塑料件。接收管10;10a也可实施成钣金管。也可想到其他的材料。接收管10;10a被预安装在混合动力模块1上且在安装时伸入到变速器开口(通孔13)中。接收管10;10a实施成单程或多程的(具有一个或多个进入口14;14a、14b)。离合器6、7的冷却油也可被收集在相对转子固定的集油环9中并且经由一个或多个集油凸耳10;10b进一步运输。
在图1中示出了在内燃机和变速器之间的混合动力模块1。扭转振动减振器17旋拧在曲轴上并且经由花键齿将发动机力矩传递到混合动力模块1的转子单元(转子支架11)上。混合动力模块1具有壳体2,电机3的定子4安装在壳体中。电机1的转子5抗旋转地固紧在转子单元11上。由两个分离离合器6、7构成的油冷却的双离合器集成在转子单元11内侧。单离合器和三重离合器也是可能的。U形的集油环9抗旋转地固定在转子5上。经由固持元件15抗旋转地与模块1或定子4固定的接收管10a沿径向接合到集油环中。接收管10a局部地进入到变速器壳体孔(通孔13)中。图2示出了油流过与转子一体的离合器6、7。油在部位25处从变速器中主动地输送到离合器6、7,并流经离合器6、7且实现对离合器6、7的冷却。油沿径向从离合器罩到达若干部位且被导入集油环9中,油与集油环相切地一起旋转。在一个或多个部位处相切地伸入的接收管10a收集油并且将油沿轴向引回变速器孔13中且因此引回到变速器中。
在图8和图9中,经由壳体2;12中的集油凸耳10b收集由转子5带动的油并且继续引导到变速器中。
图4和图5示出了根据本发明的、集油环9位于定子4旁边的解决方案。油槽(在储存空间27中的液压介质)的液面经由集油环9的直径(收集区域的径向内侧的直径)确定。该解决方案的优点是在停止之后油槽27的液面相对较低。完全防止了在运行中涌进电机3的气隙。
图6和图7示出了根据本发明的、集油环9沿径向位于定子4内侧的解决方案。该解决方案是前面描述的两个解决方案的折中。油槽27的液面在此也通过集油环9的直径确定。在运行中经过气隙的油量相对于根据图8和图9的方案更低,对此该方案没有根据图4和图5的方案的轴向空间需求。
图3示出了根据本发明的详细的结构。可看出固持元件11、接收管10a和集油环9。接收管10a与固持元件11的连接可以不同方式进行,根据所选择的材料:-塑料:压入、焊接、卡入等;-金属:压入、焊接等。这同样适用于集油环9与转子5的连接。
图12至图13示出了根据本发明的由塑料制成的接收管10a的示例性实施方式。在示出的情况下实施成双程的,从而提高了可能的输送体积。可想到单程和多程的实施方式。塑料管10a在此卡夹到固定板11上并且经由凸耳24固持住。可想到其他的材料和连接。
图10和图11示出了根据本发明的、集油环9沿径向位于定子4内侧的解决方案。一个或多个集油凸耳10b沿周向接合到集油环9中并且经由一个或多个壳体孔13将油运回变速器中。

Claims (10)

1.用于机动车的驱动系的混合动力模块(1),所述混合动力模块具有壳体(2)、容纳在所述壳体(2)中的具有定子(4)和沿径向布置在所述定子(4)内侧的转子(5)的电机(3)、以及至少一个沿径向布置在所述转子(5)内侧的液压冷却的摩擦离合器(6、7),其特征在于,设有用于冷却所述至少一个摩擦离合器(6、7)的多个摩擦面的冷却装置(8),所述冷却装置具有在运行中带动液压介质的、抗旋转地与所述转子(5)耦合的、环形的收集区域(9)以及相对所述壳体固定的且伸入到所述收集区域(9)中的接收区段(10;10a、10b),在运行中经由所述接收区段将所述液压介质输送给储存空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述收集区域(9)抗旋转地安装在容纳所述转子(5)的转子支架(11)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,设有第一接收区段(10a),所述第一接收区段构造成通入到所述收集区域(9)中的接收管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述接收管穿过相对所述壳体固定的侧壁(12)中的通孔(13)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,设有第二接收区段(10b),所述第二接收区段构造成直接安装在相对所述壳体固定的侧壁(12)上的接收凸耳。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述接收区段(10;10a、10b)具有至少一个沿所述转子(5)的周向指向的进入口(14;14a、14b),所述进入口沿径向伸入到所述收集区域(9)中。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述接收区段(10;10a、10b)由塑料或金属构成。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述接收区段(10;10a、10b)借助固持元件(15)直接或间接地固定在所述壳体(2)上。
9.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,多个接收区段(10;10a、10b)沿周向分布地布置。
10.用于机动车的混合动力驱动系,所述混合动力驱动系具有根据权利要求1至9中至少一项所述的混合动力模块(1)。
