背景技术
目前可获得的混合动力模块可以通过内燃机与汽车动力总成系统的连接将电机运行与内燃机运行进行组合,其大多有一个电机、一个分离离合器及其操纵系统、轴承和壳体部件,该部件将三个主要组件连接起来成为一个功能可靠的单元。电机可以实现电动驾驶,提高内燃机运行和余热利用的效率。分离离合器及其操纵系统负责内燃机的连接或断开。如果将混合动力模块与双离合器进行组合,使混合动力模块沿扭矩传递方向位于内燃机和变速器之间,在汽车中内燃机、混合动力模块、带有操纵系统的双离合器和变速器必须前后一个接一个或并排布置。
已知的是,过高的温度对于混合动力模块电机的效率有不利影响。

本发明涉及一种适用于机动车的、用于耦合内燃机以及变速器的混合动力模块。混合动力模块包含电机、离合装置和冷却装置。混合动力模块是一个用来将电能转换成扭矩然后传递到驱动轴上的模块,其中,驱动轴还可以被内燃机施加扭矩。混合动力模块具有一个带有转子、优选内部转子和定子的电机。
离合装置优选为摩擦离合装置。
冷却装置布置用于通过让冷却剂吸收热量来进行冷却。冷却装置在这时包含一个冷却剂导管,其中输送冷却剂。
冷却装置另外还包含通过至少一个通过延伸元件径向延伸的叶片元件,其至少间接以抗扭转的方式与转子支架机械相连,或者通过所述转子支架被设计成集成式组件。另外,冷却装置还包含冷却剂导管的出口,其按如下方式定位,即:从出口中流出的冷却剂可被输送到叶片元件。在此按如下方式将冷却剂输送到叶片元件,即:转动的叶片元件可以改变流出的冷却剂的方向、速度和/或体积流量大小,使至少一部分流出的冷却剂到达电机的定子。也就是说,叶片元件在转动时可以让流出的冷却剂径向朝外和/或以轴向分量转向或喷射。转动时的转速等于其上面布置有叶片元件的构件所具备的转速。叶片元件在这时具有等同于脉冲喷洒器射流粉碎器的功能。由此可以生成冷却剂喷雾,其液体微粒可以沉淀在定子上,使其冷却。
以此方式可以有效确保冷却剂的分配,进而确保周围高温构件的冷却。
使用的冷却剂优选为流体。
根据本发明,叶片元件用于冷却剂的转向和分配。通过碰撞到叶片元件上的冷却剂的反射,让冷却剂的体积流量以径向分量转向。以出口的流出方向为准,叶片元件所导致的体积流量的偏转优选处于一个介于30°与120°之间的角度范围内。所述角度尤其介于70°与110°之间,但最为优选介于85°与95°之间。
各个叶片元件基本在一个不平行于旋转轴的层面中延伸。更确切地说,各个叶片元件的延伸层面与旋转轴之间具有一个角度。各个叶片元件的延伸层面优选与旋转轴之间具有一个角度,其中,所述角度不等于0°和90°并且优选介于30°与60°之间。
在本发明所述混合动力模块另一种设计方案中,冷却装置包含一个圆环。叶片元件与该圆环机械相连或通过该圆环被设计成集成式组件。圆环与转子支架机械相连。
作为补充,还按如下方式设计本发明所述的对象,即:圆环与转子支架之间的机械连接通过一个轴-轮毂连接来实现。作为替代方案,在圆环与转子支架之间设置一个力配合连接。
在本发明另一种设计方案中,冷却剂导管设计在混合动力模块壳体的内部,尤其是至少局部地设计在壳体的间壁中。冷却剂导管布置用于输送冷却流体。另外,冷却剂导管还可以具有一个从外部引到混合动力模块中的流体输入口和/或一个从混合动力模块中朝外引出的流体输出口。
混合动力模块另外还优选具有一个出口,它由壳体中、尤其是间壁中的一个开口构成。
除了出口外,混合动力模块还可以具有一个旁路。旁路是混合动力模块冷却装置导管系统的一个旁路。旁路的末端构成出口。
在本发明所述混合动力模块另一种实施方案中,冷却装置轴向布置在电机的、与用于连接内燃机的侧面相对的侧面上。作为替代或附加方案,也可以将冷却装置布置在面对变速器接口的侧面上。
在本发明所述混合动力模块简单并且稳定的实施方式中,冷却装置优选具有至少五十个叶片元件。所有叶片元件优选以分布方式布置在一个圆周上。叶片元件优选以间隔距离相同的方式布置。布置有叶片元件的圆周可以由转子支架的径向外侧构成,并且径向处于电机的内部。通过布置至少五十个叶片元件以简单方式确保精细喷雾的生成。
另外,本发明还通过一种适用于机动车的动力总成系统解决所述任务。动力总成系统包含内燃机、本发明所述的混合动力模块以及变速器。混合动力模块可以或已经通过混合动力模块的离合器与内燃机和变速器机械相连。
下文将在相关技术背景下参考相关图纸详细解释上述发明,其中,相关图纸用来展示有利的设计方案。纯示意性图纸不会对本发明产生任何限制,在此须注意:图纸中示出的实施例不限于示出的尺寸。

具体实施方式
接下来将凭借图纸根据所示发明的结构以及在必要时还会根据其工作原理对本发明进行说明。
首先,凭借图1描述了本发明所述混合动力模块1的一般结构。
所示混合动力模块1具有一个电机,其包含定子15和转子16,所述转子被固定在可转动的转子支架17上。在转子支架17内部的径向方向上,集成着分离离合器21以及含有两个分离合器22和23的双离合装置。分离离合器21的输入端与混合动力模块输入轴24耦合,在所述混合动力模块输入轴上机械连接着一个用于减小(在此没有示出的)相连内燃机所引入振动的减振器20。另外,分离离合器21的输出端以抗扭转的方式与转子支架17耦合。
两个分离合器22和23布置用于通过各自的异型轮齿分别与一个(在此没有示出的)变速器输入轴耦合。
叶片元件31布置在转子支架17的轴向侧,此处在接口侧布置有内燃机M。也可以
选择替代方案,其中,叶片元件31布置在转子支架17的变速器G的接口侧上。混合动力模块1具有壳体5。壳体5至少局部地在间壁6中设计有冷却剂导管11。冷却剂导管11按如下方式布置在壳体5中,即:它在冷却剂路径10中实现了从外部到混合动力模块1中的冷却剂输送。冷却剂导管11另外还将冷却剂引导经过壳体5,引到间壁6中。电机内腔中的冷却剂输送通过设计在冷却剂导管11中的旁路12进行。旁路12的末端在这时是出口13,冷却剂从该出口沿基本固定的方向流出到由转子支架17径向限定的空间中。间壁6在这时设计在电机与减振器20之间的轴向方向上,其中,减振器20设计在混合动力模块1的内燃机M的接口侧。
在图2中示出了圆环30,其上面设计有叶片元件31。圆环30具有一个内部半径,它基本等于转子支架17径向外侧的半径,因此,圆环30可以按如下方式以形状配合和/或力配合的形式机械布置在转子支架17,即:可以将扭矩从转子支架17传递到圆环30上。在圆环30的径向外侧上设计有叶片元件31。叶片元件31以抗扭转的方式与圆环30相连,或通过圆环被设计成集成式组件。各个叶片元件31基本在一个层面中延伸,其中,所述层面不平行于圆环30的旋转轴。更确切地说,各个叶片元件31的延伸层面与混合动力模块的旋转轴之间具有一个角度。所述角度尤其介于0°与90°之间,优选介于30°与60°之间。
在图3中示出了图1所示混合动力模块的横截面,另外还示出了冷却剂路径10。冷却剂路径10在这时表示冷却剂通过混合动力模块1时的移动路线。根据本发明,冷却剂路径10的一部分以旁路12的形式延伸至出口13,到达叶片元件31,在此处通过叶片元件31将冷却剂偏转到定子15上。
也就是说,在本发明工作时,会在冷却剂导管11中输送冷却剂,让其沿冷却剂路径10移动。冷却剂流过壳体5或其间壁6,冷却剂的体积流量在此处被分割。一定比例的冷却剂继续流过间壁6,然后流到分离离合器21,对其进行冷却。冷却剂的第二分量流过旁路12及其出口13,流到电机的内腔中,即流到叶片元件31上。凭借叶片元件31与转子支架17之间至少间接的、也会传递扭矩的机械连接,叶片元件31会在电机工作时围绕转子支架17的旋转轴转动。碰撞到转动的叶片元件31上的冷却剂会被径向朝外偏转到定子15上。
利用此处提出的混合动力模块提供一种能够以最小化的体积需求有效冷却电机定子的装置。

Claims (10)
1.一种适用于机动车的、用于耦合内燃机以及变速器的混合动力模块(1),包含电机,其带有定子(15)以及以可围绕旋转轴转动的方式支承在转子支架(17)上的转子(16);以及离合装置,尤其是摩擦离合装置;并且包含冷却装置,其用于冷却所述包含至少一根冷却剂导管(11)的电机的定子(15),
其特征在于,
所述冷却装置具有通过至少一个延伸元件径向延伸的叶片元件(31),其以抗扭转的方式与所述转子支架(17)机械相连,或者通过所述转子支架被设计成集成式组件,并且所述冷却剂导管(11)的出口(13)按如下方式定位,即:从所述出口(13)中流出的冷却剂可被输送到所述叶片元件(31)上,进而转动的叶片元件(31)就可以改变流出的冷却剂的方向、速度和/或体积流量大小,使至少一部分流出的冷却剂到达所述电机的定子(15)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述各个叶片元件(31)基本在一个与旋转轴成一定角度的层面中延伸,进而就可以通过碰撞到所述叶片元件(31)上的冷却剂的反射让冷却剂的体积流量以径向分量转向。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述冷却装置另外还包含圆环(30),所述叶片元件(31)与该圆环机械相连或通过该圆环被设计成集成式组件,其中,所述圆环(30)与所述转子支架(17)机械相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述圆环(30)与所述转子支架(17)之间的机械连接通过一个轴-轮毂连接来实现。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述冷却剂导管(11)设计在所述混合动力模块(1)壳体(5)的内部,尤其是至少局部地设计在所述壳体(5)的间壁(6)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述出口(13)由所述壳体(5)中、尤其是所述间壁(6)中的一个开口构成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,
所述冷却剂导管(11)包含所述混合动力模块(1)冷却装置导管系统的一个旁路(12)。
8.根据权利要求6和7所述的混合动力模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述冷却装置轴向布置在电机的、与用于连接内燃机的侧面(M)相对的侧面上。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),
其特征在于,
在一个圆周上以分布方式布置着至少50个所述叶片元件(31)。
10.一种适用于机动车的动力总成系统,包含内燃机、根据权利要求1至9所述的混合动力模块以及变速器,
其中,所述混合动力模块(1)可以或已经通过所述混合动力模块(1)的离合器(21、22、23)与所述内燃机和变速器机械相连。
