以一种用于机动车的混合驱动系统为出发点,其所具有的输入轴设置用于将该混合驱动系统与内燃发动机曲轴抗转动地相互联接。该混合驱动系统还具有与输入轴同轴布置的输出轴,该输出轴适于与变速器的驱动轴相联接或者替代地由其本身形成变速器的驱动轴。
该混合驱动系统还具有带有定子和转子的电机、抗转动地联接至转子的毂套和具有第一作动活塞的湿式离合器。
在此,该毂套被设计成一体式锻造件,其具有用于第一作动活塞的第一工作面。
而且在这里,该湿式离合器设置用于将毂套抗转动地联接至该输出轴。
进一步提出,混合驱动系统具有分离离合器,其本身具有第二作动活塞和所属的第二作动腔,并且设置用于将毂套抗转动地联接至输入轴,其中,该毂套形成用于第二作动活塞的第二工作面。
“作动活塞的工作面”是指如下表面,作动活塞被径向支承在其上并且作动活塞能够贴沿着该表面被轴向移动。
术语“径向”和“轴向”在此涉及输入轴的转动轴线或输出轴的转动轴线。即使在提到“径向方向”和“轴向方向”时,也参照输入轴的转动轴线。
“两个可转动安装的元件之间的抗转动联接”是指这两个元件相互同轴布置且如此相互联接,即,它们以相同的角速度转动。
“作动活塞”应理解为液压作动系统的本身已知的作动活塞。
“作动腔”应理解为在所属作动活塞与另一个构件尤其是毂套之间的空间,在这里,在作动腔内可通入液压流体以作动所属的离合器。
还提出,该毂套形成用于第二作动腔的第二边界,其中,该第二边界与转动轴线相关地具有径向靠内的第二筒形外表面。
根据本发明,第二边界具有垂直于转动轴线设置的第二壁。
本发明提出一种结构很紧凑的混合驱动系统,因为该毂套可以在第一制造步骤中作为一体锻造件制成,随后能够通过简单方式在进一步步骤中被切削加工并且具有多个孔。
在第一改进方案中,该毂套具有用于作动湿式离合器的第一作动油道和用于作动分离离合器的第二作动油道。这两个作动油道有利地通过若干孔被开设到毂套中。
还有利的是,这两个作动油道在轴向上看彼此紧邻布置,并且两个所属的作动腔也在轴向上彼此紧邻地且可以说“背靠背”地布置,从而第一作动活塞的第一作动方向与第二作动活塞的第二作动方向相反地取向。两个作动方向在此都在轴向上取向,但彼此相反。
有利地,毂套形成第一密封容槽,其设置用于容纳用于密封第一作动腔的第一密封件。
还有利地,毂套形成第二密封容槽和还有第三密封容槽,它们设置用于容纳用于密封第二作动腔的第二密封件和第三密封件。
有利地,毂套形成用于第一作动腔的第一边界,其中,关于转动轴线而言,第一边界具有径向靠内的第一圆筒形外表面和垂直于转动轴线设置的第一壁。
有利地,第一壁和第二壁在径向上至少部分重叠布置,由此得到结构很紧凑的混合驱动系统。
有利地,湿式离合器和分离离合器都设计成多盘式离合器。在此尤其有利的是,该分离离合器被设计成干式多盘离合器。
有利地,毂套抗转动地联接至分离离合器的第二外盘座和湿式离合器的第一内盘座。尤其有利的是,湿式离合器的第一内盘座的第一内盘与毂套通过螺栓联接,其中,该毂套为此具有在轴向上布置的螺纹孔。
该毂套有利地具有冷却油道,其设计用于将冷却油输送至湿式离合器的第一盘组。第一内盘此时是第一盘组的一部分。
本发明的另一个改进方案提出一种轴承,借此相对于输出轴沿径向支承该毂套,其中,该轴承在轴向上看布置在第一作动油道与冷却油道之间。除了支承功能外,该轴承也用作密封,用于相对于作动油道所属的作动油区域来密封冷却油道所属的冷却润滑油区域。
其它有利的改进方案在从属权利要求中有所说明或来自附图。
以下将结合附图来举例说明本发明。
图1在此示出本发明的混合驱动系统的轴向截面图。
图2示出图1的轴向视图的略微放大的局部。
图1示出混合驱动系统10,其具有电机13作为中心构件,电机带有定子14和与毂套17抗转动地联接的转子16。
图2示出图1的局部,其中,该毂套17在图1中用阴影线表示,而在图2未用阴影线表示。
此外,混合驱动系统10具有输入轴11和输出轴12,输入轴能够有利地接合至未示出的内燃发动机,输出轴能够有利地接合至位于下游的变速器。输入轴11和输出轴12彼此同轴布置,并且可绕共同的转动轴线38旋转地安装。
为了将毂套17接合至输出轴12,设有湿式离合器18,其所具有的第一内盘座26抗转动地联接至毂套17。在图中未被详细示出的第一内盘借助螺钉被抗转动地联接至毂套17。在图中未被详细示出的第一外盘抗转动地联接至输出轴12。
湿式离合器具有第一作动活塞19,其可轴向移动地支承在第一工作面20上。第一工作面20在此基本呈圆筒形。
第一工作面20在此通过毂套17形成,有利地作为毂套的筒形外表面来形成。
毂套17在此作为锻造件构成,它在第一制造步骤中通过锻造工艺制成并且能够在进一步的制造步骤中通过钻孔和表面加工而被修整。
为了作动该湿式离合器18,毂套17具有第一作动油道44。第一作动油道44通入第一作动腔32,第一作动腔的一部分由第一边界58界定且另一部分由第一作动活塞19界定。第一边界58被设计成毂套17的一部分并且具有径向靠内的第一圆筒形外表面62。第一圆筒形外表面62相对于转动轴线38同轴布置。第一圆筒形外表面62至少在局部与第一工作面20是等同的。第一边界58还具有垂直于转动轴线38来布置的第一壁64。第一壁具有沿径向34延伸的环段形状。
为了密封第一作动腔32以防作动油损失,该毂套具有第一密封容槽52,第一密封件安置在其内。第一密封容槽52布置在第一工作面20的区域内。
此外,毂套具有冷却油道72,其通入湿式离合器18的盘组74区域,并且借助于冷却油道可给盘组74供应冷却油。冷却油道72和第一作动油道44二者都在毂套17的径向靠内区域内通入毂套17的孔76。在孔76内设有输出轴12,输出轴本身具有未被详细示出的第一作动油孔。第一作动油孔通过已知方式与第一作动油道44相连。在孔76内,在轴向36上在第一作动油道44的孔侧开口区域与冷却油道72的孔侧开口区域之间设有轴承78,通过该轴承,毂套17相对于输出轴12被径向支承,并且该轴承与输出轴12一起用于相对于第一作动油道44来密封冷却油道72。
轴向36在此平行于转动轴线38来布置。
湿式离合器18的第一外盘座25通过在轴向上设置在湿式离合器18与液力变矩器30之间的扭转减震器80而优选抗转动地联接至输出轴12。
毂套17抗转动地联接至离合器盖42,离合器盖将湿式离合器18周围的油腔封闭并且本身抗转动地联接至液力变矩器30的泵轮40。通过离合器盖42,扭矩可以从毂套17起被转送至液力变矩器30的泵轮40。湿式离合器18在实施例中被设计成液力变矩器锁止离合器。
为了将输入轴11接合至毂套17,还设有分离离合器21,其具有第二作动活塞22和所属的第二作动腔23。该毂套在此形成用于第二作动腔23的第二边界60,其本身具有径向靠内的第二圆筒形外表面66和垂直于转动轴线来布置的第二壁68。在第二圆筒形外表面66的区域内设有第二密封容槽54,其由毂套17形成并且设置用于容纳用于密封第二作动腔23的第二密封件。
第二圆筒形外表面66在此至少局部与用于第二作动活塞22的第二工作面24是等同的。
此外,毂套形成第三圆筒形外表面70,其中,在第三圆筒形外表面70的区域内设置有第三密封容槽56,其由毂套17形成并且设置用于容纳用于密封第二作动腔23的第三密封件。
为了给第二作动腔23供应第二作动油,毂套17具有第二作动油道46,它在其径向靠外的一端通入第二作动腔23并且在其径向靠内的一端通入毂套17的孔76。
分离离合器21具有抗转动地联接至转子16的第二外盘座27且具有抗转动地联接至输入轴11的第二内盘座28。
第一作动活塞19的第一作动方向48和第二作动活塞22的第二作动方向50在此在轴向36上取向、但彼此呈反向。
第一作动活塞19在轴向36上看布置在第二外盘座27与第一外盘座25之间。第二作动活塞22在轴向36上看也布置在第二外盘座27与第一外盘座25之间。
有利地,分离离合器被设计成干式多盘离合器。在如此设计的混合驱动系总成中,高度集成式毂套17以及彼此紧邻布置的油道(即第一作动油道44、第二作动油道46和冷却油道72)带来了巨大优点。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车的混合驱动系统(10),包括:
-输入轴(11),其设置用于将能够由内燃发动机提供的扭矩传入该混合驱动系统(10)并且能够绕转动轴线(38)转动地安装,其中,轴向(36)平行于该转动轴线(38)来布置,
-相对于该输入轴(11)同轴布置的输出轴(12),
-电机(13),它具有定子(14)和转子(16),
-毂套(17),其抗转动地联接至该转子(16),
-湿式离合器(18),其具有第一外盘座(25)、第一作动活塞(19)和所属的第一作动腔(32),
其中,该毂套(17)被设计成一体式锻造件并且具有用于该第一作动活塞(19)的第一工作面(20),
其中,该湿式离合器(18)设置用于将该毂套(17)抗转动地联接至该输出轴(12),
其中,设有分离离合器(21),它具有第二外盘座(27)、第二作动活塞(22)和所属的第二作动腔(23),并且设置用于将该毂套(17)抗转动地联接至该输入轴(11),其中,该毂套(17)形成用于该第二作动活塞(22)的第二工作面(24),其中,该毂套(17)形成用于该第二作动腔(23)的第二边界(60),其中,关于该转动轴线(38)而言,该第二边界(60)具有径向靠内的第二圆筒形外表面(66),
其中,该第二边界(60)具有垂直于该转动轴线(38)来布置的第二壁(68),
其中,该毂套(17)形成用于该第一作动腔(32)的第一边界(58),其中,关于该转动轴线(38)而言,该第一边界(58)具有径向靠内的第一圆筒形外表面(62)和垂直于该转动轴线(38)来布置的第一壁(64),
其特征是,
该毂套(17)抗转动地联接至该分离离合器(21)的第二外盘座(27)以及该湿式离合器(18)的第一内盘座(26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,该毂套(17)具有用于作动该湿式离合器(18)的第一作动油道(44)和用于作动该分离离合器(21)的第二作动油道(46)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,该第一作动活塞(19)的第一作动方向(48)与该第二作动活塞(22)的第二作动方向(50)相反地取向。
4.根据权利要求2所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,该第一作动活塞(19)的第一作动方向(48)与该第二作动活塞(22)的第二作动方向(50)相反地取向。
5.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,该毂套(17)形成第二密封容槽(54),该第二密封容槽设置用于容纳用于密封该第二作动腔(23)的第二密封件。
6.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,该毂套(17)形成第三密封容槽(56),该第三密封容槽设置用于容纳用于密封该第二作动腔(23)的第三密封件。
7.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,该毂套(17)形成第一密封容槽(52),该第一密封容槽设置用于容纳用于密封该第一作动腔(32)的第一密封件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,该毂套(17)具有冷却油道(72),该冷却油道设计用于将冷却油输送至该湿式离合器(18)的第一盘组(74)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,设有轴承(78),借助该轴承相对于该输出轴(12)来径向支承该毂套(17),其中,该轴承(78)在该轴向(36)上看布置在该毂套(17)的用于作动该湿式离合器(18)的第一作动油道(44)与该冷却油道(72)之间。
10.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的混合驱动系统,其特征是,该第一作动活塞(19)和该第二作动活塞(22)二者在该轴向(36)上看都布置在该第二外盘座(27)与该第一外盘座(25)之间。
