技术领域
本发明涉及一种不锈钢带,特别涉及一种改良型耐磨精密钢带及生产工艺。
背景技术
表面保护胶粘带主要用于保护材料表面的一类压敏胶粘带,防止材料表面在加工、运输、储存及使用过程中被划伤、污染及腐蚀等问题。据统计,国内表面保护膜年需求量已达到12亿m2,是压敏胶制品的一个重要品种;表面保护膜应用领域也涉及到建材、电子、汽车、家具、电器等行业,可广泛用于粘贴保护不锈钢板、铝合金装饰板、标牌、有机玻璃、高档建材等各种高光洁度材料表面。表面保护胶粘带的最大特点是将其从被保护表面揭下时,被保护的表面上不能有任何残胶或被保护胶粘带所污染而留下痕迹。此外,长时间的保护过程中,粘贴在材料表面上的胶粘带须具有较好的耐候性,不能因气候环境的变化而使胶粘带发生卷曲等现象,从而失去对材料的保护功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改良型耐磨精密钢带及生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的存在易老化留下痕迹,且耐磨性差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种改良型耐磨精密钢带,包括不锈钢带和PE膜,所述不锈钢带的顶端和底端均通过酚醛树脂粘连层粘接有耐磨镀镍层,所述不锈钢带的边侧均固定设有耐磨镍边条。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述耐磨镍边条的表面设有磨砂层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述耐磨镍边条与不锈钢带的边侧一体化焊接而成。
一种用于所述的改良型耐磨精密钢带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:选用厚度为1.0-6.0mm的不锈钢带胚料;
S2:对不锈钢胚料进行上卷;
S3:通过激光焊接机对不同卷的不锈钢带胚料进行激光焊接;
S4:将激光焊接后的不锈钢带胚料通过六台串联布置的冷轧机进行连续冷轧处理;
S5:将冷轧后的不锈钢带胚料进行清洗;
S6:将清洗后的不锈钢带胚料依次进行烘干、清洗、退火、电解、酸洗、拉矫平整,然后得到厚度为0.2-4mm的不锈钢带成品;
S7:通过切割机对不锈钢成品进行裁剪得到不锈钢带;
S8:通过酚醛树脂粘连层将耐磨镀镍层粘附在不锈钢带的表面,然后在不锈钢带的边侧通过激光焊接机焊接耐磨镍边条,使其与不锈钢带一体成型,且耐磨镀镍层的一侧通过打磨片打磨成磨砂层;
S9:在耐磨镀镍层的表面涂覆聚氨酯胶,聚氨酯胶按重量份数用下述原料制成:聚酯多元醇15-25份、二异氰酸酯10-20份、溶剂30-60份、粘度调节剂20-30份、催化剂0.01-0.03、扩链剂0.1-0.5份、终止剂0.2-0.5份、溶纤剂0.2-0.5份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份;控制反应温度为80℃,向反应釜中依次加入聚酯多元醇和溶剂,混合搅拌均匀;控制反应温度为82-85℃,向反应釜中依次加入二异氰酸酯和催化剂,混合搅拌均匀,反应1-3h;向反应釜中加入扩链剂,继续反应1-3h;控制反应温度为80-82℃,向反应釜中加入终止剂,继续反应0.5-1h;向反应釜中加入溶纤剂;降温至40-50℃,滴加硅烷偶联剂,反应1-2h;控制反应温度50℃以下,向反应釜中加入粘度调节剂后出料;
S10:通过覆膜设备在聚氨酯胶的表面覆压PE膜。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,溶剂按重量份数用下述原料制成:丁酮20-40、乙酸乙酯15-35、碳酸二甲酯15-35。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、乙二胺、新戊二醇、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种改良型耐磨精密钢带及生产工艺,通过设置的耐磨镀镍层和耐磨镍边条提高了不锈钢带的耐磨性能;通过设置的聚酯多元醇提高了所得聚氨酯胶的粘接性能;通过添加的二异氰酸酯能够提高所得改性聚氨酯胶的应用范围,强极性的二异氰酸酯具有优良的粘接性能,具有极好的抗弯、抗冲击等机械性能;通过添加的混合溶剂,使用低成本的丙酮、丁酮、碳酸二甲酯和乙酸乙酯,不使用有毒有害的“三苯”溶剂(苯、甲苯、二甲苯),降低污染,提高生产的可操控性,同时降低产品的综合成本;通过添加的扩链剂,提高分子链段中氨酯基的含量,增加其内聚强度、活性和极性,使聚氨酯胶的剥离强度得到显著提高;通过添加的硅烷偶联剂能够提高所得聚氨酯胶的强度。

S9:在耐磨镀镍层(5)的表面涂覆聚氨酯胶(2),聚氨酯胶(2)按重量份数用下述原料制成:聚酯多元醇15-25份、二异氰酸酯10-20份、溶剂30-60份、粘度调节剂20-30份、催化剂0.01-0.03、扩链剂0.1-0.5份、终止剂0.2-0.5份、溶纤剂0.2-0.5份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份;控制反应温度为80℃,向反应釜中依次加入聚酯多元醇和溶剂,混合搅拌均匀;控制反应温度为82-85℃,向反应釜中依次加入二异氰酸酯和催化剂,混合搅拌均匀,反应1-3h;向反应釜中加入扩链剂,继续反应1-3h;控制反应温度为80-82℃,向反应釜中加入终止剂,继续反应0.5-1h;向反应釜中加入溶纤剂;降温至40-50℃,滴加硅烷偶联剂,反应1-2h;控制反应温度50℃以下,向反应釜中加入粘度调节剂后出料;
S10:通过覆膜设备在聚氨酯胶(2)的表面覆压PE膜(3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种改良型耐磨精密钢带的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述溶剂按重量份数用下述原料制成:丁酮20-40、乙酸乙酯15-35、碳酸二甲酯15-35。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种改良型耐磨精密钢带的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、乙二胺、新戊二醇、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺中的一种。
