Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种机床及其使用方法,这种机床有一个夹持工件的夹具以及一个刀架,该刀架带有一个可绕一加工轴绕旋转的铣刀头并可绕一回转轴线回转,该回转轴线与该加工轴绕成一确定的倾斜角并相交于铣刀头附近。这种类型的机床已见于波士顿数字公司的小册子“波士顿五轴精密成形系统”。在这类机床中,刀架可绕其回转的回转轴线在加工区与加工轴线相交,其优点在于,在使刀架回转以更好地适应工件表面的方位的过程中,只需要对各轴线作很小的补偿运动。
然而,上述小册也中的机床其回转轴线是垂直于加工轴线的,这就带来各种缺点。由于其刀架做成U形,结构相当复杂,特别是很长,因而作在刀架上的反作用力使刀架达致相当高程度的变形。由于这一原因,这种结构并不十分坚固,如果要求加工精确度很高,就会很困难或使工作十分吃重。
此外,刀架只能在一个平面内回转,夹具和工件的安排亦必然被约束在该平面内。这样就限制了回转范围,因为即使回转角明显小于90度也会产生碰撞。
本发明试图对此给予补救。本发明提出一种这类的机床,其特征在于倾斜角为锐角,其结构简单而坚固因而精密度高但费用少。此外,它允许作大角度的回转,从而使刀具的位置能更大程度地适应工件表面的方位,因而能够以简单的结构取得高的工件成形表面质量。
本发明的机床特别适用于铣削涡轮机和发电机的叶片以及压缩机的叶轮,这些零件形状复杂而表面质量要求高。
以下参考附图对仅作示例的实施例作更加详细的描述。附图中:
图1表示本发明机床第一实施例在基本位置时的侧视图;
图2表示图1机床在刀架摆开时的正视图;
图3表示按图2中箭头Ⅲ所指方向的机床侧视图;
图4示意地表示加工轴线运动的空间;
图5表示本发明机床第二实施例在基本位置时的侧视图。
本发明的机床在上述附图中很大程度上是示意地表示,因为本发明涉及结构的原理,将其付诸实践对于本领域的技术人员并无困难。
在平行管形立柱1的顶端,沿着一个垂直于图1图面的第一水平平移轴线,可位移地安装着一个第一溜板2,该第一溜板2携有一个第二溜板3,该第二溜板3同样可沿一个垂直于该第一平移轴线的第二水平平移轴线位移。第二溜板3携有一个刀架4,刀架4上一固定位置安装有一刀具,该刀具可绕一加工轴线5旋转,为一铣刀头6。刀架4以可绕回转轴7回转的形式安装在第二滑板3上。在立柱1的前侧,沿一个垂直的平移轴线安装了又一个溜板8,它可以向着或离开刀架4位移。该溜板8携有一个有夹具10可旋转地安装于其上的旋转工作台9(其零件在图1和3中予以省略)。夹具10的旋转轴线平行于第一平移轴线。
一个涡轮机叶片作为工件11可绕其纵轴线旋转地装夹在夹具10上。回转轴线7通过铣刀头6的尖,并在该处以倾斜角α=45°与加工轴线5相交。所有五个轴都可被驱动。其运动以程序控制的方式进行。
当然最重要的是铣刀头6和工件11之间的相对运动的可能性。机床的结构细节可以和上面描述的很不相同。在图5中表示了一个实施例,其第二溜板3可沿一垂直平移轴线移动,刀架4则悬伸于其下端,而第一溜板2以水平可位移的方式安装在立柱1的前侧。旋转工作台(未示出)安装在一个溜板上,该溜板可沿一水平平移轴线向着或离开立柱1移动。
回转轴线7与加工轴线5成锐角的结果使铣刀6的切刃与回转轴承的距离缩短,刀架4可以做成直的从而短的结构。铣刀头6的悬伸因而特别坚固,影响加工精度的刀架4的变形可以降低到最小。
此外,在两侧回转范围大至90°或更多成为可能,而且回转时铣刀头6并不位移或位移很小从而达致高的工作速度,因为刀架4不仅向下回转而且离开夹具10和工件11所在的垂直面而趋向立柱1,从而碰撞的危险显著减小。在这种回转中,加工轴线5画出一个锥形包络体的一个扇形区,该锥形包络体的轴线就是回转轴线7(见图4)。
本发明的优点在加工涡轮机或发动机叶片时特别有价值,加工这类叶片要达到很高的表面质量,因而要求铣刀头6的切刃位置精确适应工件11表面的方位。这就要求当铣刀头6被导引过工件11的曲面时刀架4能够回转过一个大的范围,否则这种回转就易产生碰撞问题。
加工如此进行,即夹具10和工件11由旋转工件台带动旋转,而铣刀头6的位置则通过绕回转轴线7回转和沿平移轴线位移而持续地予以适应。当一个铣削行程完成,溜板2平行于工件11的纵轴线移动一个进给宽度,然后夹具10按相反方向旋转。因而加工工作在纵向上按工作外形一个行程接一个行程地进行。旋转方向的改变最好在工件11的边上进行。
当加工压缩机叶轮时,同样可以从大的回转范围得到相当大的好处,特别是好的表面质量。
为了达到本发明的效果,并不需要将倾斜角做成恰好45°。即使一个稍微小于直角的锐角,配以适当的结构,也能产生所述的好处。当然,最好将倾斜角α定为30°至60°之间。
回转轴线7同样并非必须相交加工轴线5于正好通过铣刀头6的尖上。即使回轴线7只通过铣刀头6的靠近处,回转时亦只需作很小的补偿运动。

Claims (10)

1、一种机床,它具有一个夹持工件的夹具(10)以及一个刀架(4),该刀架(4)带有一个可绕一加工轴线(5)旋转的铣刀头(6)并可绕一回转轴线(7)回转,该回转轴线(7)与该加工轴线(5)成一确定的倾斜角(α)并相交于铣刀头(6)附近,其特征在于,该倾斜角(α)为一锐角。
2、如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,该倾斜角(α)在30°至60°之间。
3、如权利要求2所述的机床,其特征在于,该倾斜角(α)为45°。
4、如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,装夹工件的夹具(10)装在一个旋转工作台(9)上,其旋转轴线用加工轴线(5)包围住一个确定的角,刀架(4)可向着或离开夹具(10)而运动。
5、如权利要求4所述的机床,其特征在于,刀架(4)可在三个平移轴线上相对于夹具(10)移动。
6、如权利要求5所述的机床,其特征在于,刀架(4)可绕回转轴线(7)回转地连接于一个溜板(3)上,该溜板(3)可沿一平移轴线移动地装在另一溜板(2)上,该另一溜板(2)可沿一垂直于上述平移轴线的另一平移轴线移动,上述两平移轴线之一平行于旋转工作台(9)的旋转轴线。
7、如权利要求6所述的机床,其特征在于,上述另一平移轴线平行于旋转工作台(9)的旋转轴线。
8、如权利要求4至7中任一项所述的机床的使用方法,其特征在于,该机床用于加工涡轮机或发动机的叶片。
9、如权利要求8所述的使用方法,其特征在于,上述涡轮机或发动机的叶片绕其纵轴线旋转并按照在纵向上一个工件外形行程接一个工件外形行程地进行加工。
10、权利要求4至7所述机床的使用方法,其特征在于,该机床用于加工压缩机叶轮。
