本发明公开了一种具有防水功能的包装用纸,包含以下组分含量:木质原浆82‑93份,改性淀粉4‑7份,纳米级玻璃纤维3‑5份,增强剂2‑3.5份,纸板抗水剂1.2‑2.8份,银离子抑菌剂0.8‑1.5份,聚氯乙烯2‑4份,可食性魔芋葡苷聚糖0.9‑2.1份,壳聚糖1‑2份。其加工工艺包括:将木质原浆放入高频振筛框内去除杂质,将改性淀粉、纳米级玻璃纤维、增强剂、纸板抗水剂和银离子抑菌剂,依次加入高速搅拌机内的木质原浆中,将后的配制浆料送入制纸机内得到原纸;将聚氯乙烯原浆制备成聚氯乙烯薄膜,利用真空镀膜机在原纸一端面进行镀膜;将可食性魔芋葡苷聚糖和壳聚糖制备可食性抑菌膜液,通过喷涂机在原纸上均匀喷涂,到所述的具有防水功能的包装用纸。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装用纸加工技术领域,具体为一种具有防水功能的包装用纸及其加工工艺。
背景技术
纸就是从悬浮液中将植物等纤维、矿物纤维、动物纤维、化学纤维或这些前卫的混合五沉积到适当的(专门)成型的设备上,经过干燥制成的平整、均匀的薄叶片状物。包装纸,指用于包装的纸;强度高、含水率低、透气性小、无腐蚀作用、具有一定的抗水性使用起来还很美观;用于食品包装的纸还要求卫生、无菌、无污染杂质等。包装用纸有牛皮纸、鸡皮纸、纸袋纸、羊皮纸、玻璃纸、柏油纸、防潮纸、火药包装纸、中性包装纸、半透明纸、防锈纸、防油纸、食品包装纸、石蜡纸、茶叶袋纸、红电光炮纸、真空镀铝纸、复合纸等。
其中冷冻食品包装纸在冷冻食品包装中用作内衬的一类高度耐潮湿、耐水蒸气的包装纸。纸质柔软。较高的抗张强度,具有在低温下快速冷冻和储存食品时防止破裂的性能、抗液体和蒸汽渗透性能。目前市面上的冷冻食品包装纸可用由漂白化学木浆抄造的、经特殊处理的半透明纸,也可用蜡纸、涂布纸或上蜡植物羊皮纸;但是此类包装用纸防水性能有限,冷冻食品解冻后容易渗水,无法达到高效的防水性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防水功能的包装用纸及其加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有防水功能的包装用纸,包含以下组分含量:木质原浆82-93份,改性淀粉4-7份,纳米级玻璃纤维3-5份,增强剂2-3.5份,纸板抗水剂1.2-2.8份,银离子抑菌剂0.8-1.5份,聚氯乙烯2-4份,可食性魔芋葡苷聚糖0.9-2.1份,壳聚糖1-2份。
优选的,包含以下组分含量:木质原浆84份,改性淀粉4份,纳米级玻璃纤维3份,增强剂2份,纸板抗水剂1.5份,银离子抑菌剂1份,聚氯乙烯2份,可食性魔芋葡苷聚糖1.5份,壳聚糖1份。

本发明还提供一种具有防水功能的包装用纸加工工艺,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:原浆处理:按量秤取适量的木质原浆,将木质原浆放入高频振筛框内去除杂质,经过离心筛选后调整原浆的pH至6.5-6.91,然后将处理后的木质原浆放入高速搅拌机内;
S2:原纸加工:按量秤取适量的改性淀粉、纳米级玻璃纤维和增强剂,依次加入高速搅拌机内的木质原浆中,混合搅拌15-20min后,将木质原浆升温至45-55℃,然后依次加入纸板抗水剂和银离子抑菌剂,继续搅拌15-20min后冷却,将冷却后的配制浆料送入制纸机内进行抄纸,最后脱色、压榨、干燥后得到原纸;
S3:聚氯乙烯镀膜:将适量的聚氯乙烯原浆放入密炼机中塑化,然后放入造粒机中进行造粒,得到聚氯乙烯母粒;将聚氯乙烯母粒放入压延机中挤压成膜,得到聚氯乙烯薄膜;将聚氯乙烯薄膜放入真空镀膜机中,利用真空镀膜机在原纸一端面进行镀膜;
S4:可食性抑菌镀膜:按量秤取适量的可食性魔芋葡苷聚糖和壳聚糖,加入浓度为0.2-0.4%的酸水溶液中,在50-65℃下水浴加热20-25min,加热过程中充分搅拌,得到可食性抑菌膜液,将可食性抑菌膜液放入喷涂机内,在原纸的另一端面进行均匀喷涂,形成可食性抑菌镀膜,晾干后即可得到所述的具有防水功能的包装用纸。
优选的,S3)中所述聚氯乙烯镀膜的厚度为0.06-0.08mm。
优选的,S3)中在聚氯乙烯原浆中加入阻燃剂后再放入密炼机中塑化。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用天然的木质原浆作为原材料,保证了食品包装用纸的安全性能,同时加入适量的纸板抗水剂提高其抗水性能;还加入了改性淀粉和纳米级玻璃纤维提高包装用纸的强度;通过在包装用纸外层镀上聚氯乙烯镀膜,提高包装用纸的整体防水性能;同时增加了银离子抑菌剂和可食性抑菌镀层,使得包装用纸具有更好的抗菌性能,适合长期保持冷冻食品。

S3:聚氯乙烯镀膜:将适量的聚氯乙烯原浆放入密炼机中塑化,然后放入造粒机中进行造粒,得到聚氯乙烯母粒;将聚氯乙烯母粒放入压延机中挤压成膜,得到聚氯乙烯薄膜;将聚氯乙烯薄膜放入真空镀膜机中,利用真空镀膜机在原纸一端面进行镀膜;
S4:可食性抑菌镀膜:按量秤取适量的可食性魔芋葡苷聚糖和壳聚糖,加入浓度为0.2-0.4%的酸水溶液中,在50-65℃下水浴加热20-25min,加热过程中充分搅拌,得到可食性抑菌膜液,将可食性抑菌膜液放入喷涂机内,在原纸的另一端面进行均匀喷涂,形成可食性抑菌镀膜,晾干后即可得到所述的具有防水功能的包装用纸。

由表中可以看出,按照实施例1中所述配比与制备方法所制得的具有防水功能的包装用纸,在其防水性和抑菌性方面效果较好;按照实施例2中所述配比与制备方法所制得的具有防水功能的包装用纸,在其防水性、强度和抑菌性方面效果较好;按照实施例3中所述配比与制备方法所制得的具有防水功能的包装用纸,在其抑菌性方面效果较好。
本发明采用天然的木质原浆作为原材料,保证了食品包装用纸的安全性能,同时加入适量的纸板抗水剂提高其抗水性能;还加入了改性淀粉和纳米级玻璃纤维提高包装用纸的强度;通过在包装用纸外层镀上聚氯乙烯镀膜,提高包装用纸的整体防水性能;同时增加了银离子抑菌剂和可食性抑菌镀层,使得包装用纸具有更好的抗菌性能,适合长期保持冷冻食品

S2:原纸加工:按量秤取适量的改性淀粉、纳米级玻璃纤维和增强剂,依次加入高速搅拌机内的木质原浆中,混合搅拌15-20min后,将木质原浆升温至45-55℃,然后依次加入纸板抗水剂和银离子抑菌剂,继续搅拌15-20min后冷却,将冷却后的配制浆料送入制纸机内进行抄纸,最后脱色、压榨、干燥后得到原纸;
S3:聚氯乙烯镀膜:将适量的聚氯乙烯原浆放入密炼机中塑化,然后放入造粒机中进行造粒,得到聚氯乙烯母粒;将聚氯乙烯母粒放入压延机中挤压成膜,得到聚氯乙烯薄膜;将聚氯乙烯薄膜放入真空镀膜机中,利用真空镀膜机在原纸一端面进行镀膜;
S4:可食性抑菌镀膜:按量秤取适量的可食性魔芋葡苷聚糖和壳聚糖,加入浓度为0.2-0.4%的酸水溶液中,在50-65℃下水浴加热20-25min,加热过程中充分搅拌,得到可食性抑菌膜液,将可食性抑菌膜液放入喷涂机内,在原纸的另一端面进行均匀喷涂,形成可食性抑菌镀膜,晾干后即可得到所述的具有防水功能的包装用纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防水功能的包装用纸加工工艺,其特征在于:S3)中所述聚氯乙烯镀膜的厚度为0.06-0.08mm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防水功能的包装用纸加工工艺,其特征在于:S3)中在聚氯乙烯原浆中加入阻燃剂后再放入密炼机中塑化。
