Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌保鲜包装纸制备方法。其特征在于:(1)将油茶果壳粉碎、筛分,选取30‑60目数的油茶果壳粉末,于抗菌性溶液中浸泡后,再加水浸泡,得到油茶果壳粉末混合物;(2)将混合物与废纸混合、制浆,在浆料中加入造纸助剂,75℃下加热搅拌10‑20min得到纸浆;(3)采用抄纸机将纸浆抄造包装纸箱纸板;(4)在包装纸箱纸板表面依次喷洒适量戊二醛、抗菌剂溶液和戊二醛,烘干制成保鲜抗菌纸板。本发明用油茶果壳替代昂贵的纸浆原料,节约了生产成本;利用果壳本身的抗菌性能与有机抗菌剂的结合,提高了保鲜纸箱的抗菌保鲜性能;使用的纸浆为废纸再生利用的纸浆,不仅降低了生产成本,而且绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及制浆造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌保鲜包装纸制备方法。
背景技术
油茶树是我国主要的木本油料树,被誉为"东方树",属山茶科山茶属常绿小乔木,是我国特有的木本类植物油资源。油茶籽是油茶树的果实,经榨油后,油茶果壳即成为固体残余物,利用价值有待提高。由于油茶果壳大多数组分(纤维素、半纤维素、木质素)与纸料相近,且其所含有的茶皂素、茶多酚等具有抗菌作用,用于果蔬包装中,可以抑制微生物的生长,起到抗菌保鲜的作用。
另一方面,果蔬在不同地域之间的运送量很大,然而途中碰撞、微生物腐烂等保鲜抗菌问题较为严重,导致损失,许多规模不大的运输承担不起高额的温控系统,低价且效果好的保鲜纸箱就显得尤为重要。
油茶果壳基抗菌剂主要作为助剂应用于造纸、纸塑等保鲜包装材料中,不仅赋予纸质包装材料抗菌保鲜的功能,而且可以替代昂贵的纸浆原料,降低生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要针对以上现状,通过油茶果壳基本身的抗菌性能与微量抗菌剂的结合,提供一种抗菌保鲜包装纸及其制备方法。利用本发明方法制备的抗菌保鲜包装纸,不仅赋予纸质包装材料抗菌保鲜的功能,而且可以替代昂贵的纸浆原料,使油茶果壳纤维得到利用,降低生产成本。
为实现本发明的目的采用的技术方案包括以下步骤:
(1)油茶果壳的预处理:将油茶果壳粉碎、筛分,选取30-60目数的油茶果壳粉末,于抗菌性溶液中浸泡1.5-2h后,再加水浸泡0.5-2h,得到自身带有抗菌性能的油茶果壳粉末混合物,其中油茶果壳粉末:抗菌剂:水=1g:30-35mL: 100-120 mL。
(2)纸浆的制备:将所取油茶果壳粉末混合物与废纸以油茶果壳粉末:废纸为2:8-10的绝干重量份比例混合、制浆,打浆度为57,然后在浆料中加入造纸助剂,75℃下加热搅拌10-20min得到纸浆;造纸助剂加入量为废纸重量的0.5-0.8%;
(3)抄造包装纸箱纸板:采用多园网纸机、或长网纸机、或叠网纸机将步骤(2)得到的纸浆,在80℃下加热搅拌15min后进行抄纸,抄造包装纸箱纸板;
(4)在包装纸箱纸板干度为65%-80%时,于纸板表面喷洒适量戊二醛;所述的适量是指戊二醛在纸表面形成不流动的均匀水膜状即可;
(5)在喷洒的戊二醛的表面喷洒适量抗菌剂溶液;所述的适量是指戊二醛在纸板表面形成不流动的均匀水膜状即可;
(6)最后,在喷洒的抗菌剂溶液表面喷上适量戊二醛,继续烘干,在烘干的同时进行交联反应,制成保鲜抗菌纸板;所述的适量是指戊二醛在纸板表面形成不流动的均匀水膜状即可。
所述的造纸助剂,是指聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或者二种任意比例的混合物。
所述的抗菌剂,是指尼泊金酯类、酮康唑、氟康唑、葡萄糖酸洗必泰抗菌剂的一种或两种任意比例的混合物,其浓度为0.1-1%。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)将油茶果壳用于造纸,使得油茶果壳纤维原料得到利用,提高了其价值。
(2)用油茶果壳替代昂贵的纸浆原料,节约了生产成本。
(3)利用果壳本身的抗菌性能与有机抗菌剂的结合,提高了保鲜纸箱的抗菌保鲜性能。
(4)本发明所使用的纸浆为废纸再生利用的纸浆,不仅降低了生产成本,而且绿色环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图照片,以实施例方式,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的阐述。
实施例1
将8g粉碎至粒径为30-60目的油茶果壳颗粒于260mL0.5%的葡萄糖酸洗必泰溶液中浸泡1.5h,加入40g废纸,再加入900mL水,打浆度为57进行打浆,加入0.2g的PAM在80度下加热搅拌15min,进行抄纸。在纸上均匀喷涂上少量戊二醛,再涂布25mL含0.5%羟乙基纤维素的0.25%葡萄糖酸洗必泰溶液 ,再在表面上喷上一层戊二醛,进行烘干,即得葡萄糖酸洗必泰抗菌纸。抗菌纸为200g/m2,厚度为1.1mm,
用所得的葡萄糖酸洗必泰抗菌纸对不同菌类进行抑菌圈直径大小比较实验,结果显示:金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈为10mm,如图1所示;大肠杆菌的抑菌圈为10mm,如图2所示。
实施例2
将8g粉碎至粒径为30-60目的油茶果壳颗粒于100mL水中浸泡1.5h,加入32g废纸,再加入900mL水,打浆度为57进行打浆,加入0.2g的羟乙基纤维素在80度下加热搅拌15min,进行抄纸。80度下烘干10min后,在纸上均匀喷涂上少量戊二醛,再涂布25mL含0.5%羟乙基纤维素的0.25%葡萄糖酸洗必泰溶液,再在表面上喷上一层戊二醛,进行烘干,即得抗菌纸。抗菌纸为200g/m2,厚度为1.1mm,用所得的抗菌纸对不同菌类进行抑菌圈直径大小比较实验,结果显示:金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈为12mm,如图3所示;大肠杆菌的抑菌圈为12mm,如图4所示。
实施例3
将10g粉碎至粒径为30-60目的油茶果壳颗粒于100mL水中浸泡1h,加入45g废纸,再加入900mL水,打浆度为57进行打浆,加入0.2g的羟乙基纤维素在80度下加热搅拌15min,进行抄纸。80度下烘干10min后,在纸上均匀喷涂上少量戊二醛,再涂布氟康唑抗菌剂溶液(26mL 0.1g/L氟康唑水溶液,加到26mL 2% 羟乙基纤维素溶液中,混合均匀),再在表面上喷上一层戊二醛,进行烘干,即得氟康唑抗菌纸。抗菌纸为200g/m2,厚度为1.1mm,用所得的抗菌纸对不同菌类进行抑菌圈直径大小比较实验,结果显示:金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈为7mm,如图5所示,大肠杆菌的抑菌圈为11mm,如图6所示。
实施例4
将10g粉碎至粒径为30-60目的油茶果壳颗粒于100mL水中浸泡2h,加入40g废纸,再加入900mL水,打浆度为57进行打浆,加入0.2g的羟丙基甲基纤维素在80度下加热搅拌15min,进行抄纸。80度下烘干10min后,在纸上均匀喷涂上少量戊二醛,再涂布酮康唑抗菌剂溶液(26mL 0.5g/L酮康唑水溶液,加到26mL 2% 羟乙基纤维素溶液中,混合均匀),再在表面上喷上一层戊二醛,进行烘干,即得抗菌纸。抗菌纸为200g/m2,厚度为1.1mm。用所得的抗菌纸对不同菌类进行抑菌圈直径大小比较实验,结果显示:金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈为11mm,如图7所示,大肠杆菌的抑菌圈为0mm。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种抗菌保鲜包装纸制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)油茶果壳的预处理:将油茶果壳粉碎、筛分,选取30-60目数的油茶果壳粉末,于抗菌性溶液中浸泡1.5-2h后,再加水浸泡0.5-2h,得到油茶果壳粉末混合物;
(2)纸浆的制备:将所取油茶果壳粉末混合物与废纸混合、制浆,打浆度为57,然后在浆料中加入造纸助剂,75℃下加热搅拌10-20min得到纸浆;
(3)抄造包装纸箱纸板:采用多园网纸机、或长网纸机、或叠网纸机将步骤(2)得到的纸浆,在80℃下加热搅拌15min后进行抄纸,抄造包装纸箱纸板;
(4)在包装纸箱纸板干度为65%-80%时,于纸板表面喷洒适量戊二醛;
(5)在喷洒的戊二醛的表面喷洒适量抗菌剂溶液;
(6)最后,在喷洒的抗菌剂溶液表面喷上适量戊二醛,继续烘干,制成保鲜抗菌纸板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保鲜包装纸制备方法,其特征在于所述的油茶果壳粉末于抗菌性溶液、水中浸泡,油茶果壳粉末:抗菌剂:水=1g:30-35mL:100-120 mL。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保鲜包装纸制备方法,其特征在于所述的纸浆的制备时,油茶果壳粉末:废纸为2:8-10的绝干重量份比例混合的,造纸助剂加入量为废纸重量的0.5-0.8%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保鲜包装纸制备方法,其特征在于所述的于纸板表面喷洒适量戊二醛,是指喷洒的戊二醛在纸板表面形成不流动的均匀水膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保鲜包装纸制备方法,其特征在于所述的戊二醛的表面喷洒适量抗菌剂溶液是指抗菌剂溶液在纸板表面形成不流动的均匀水膜。
