As can be seen from Table 1, the indexes of the Buddha incense obtained in the examples 1-5 of the present invention are substantially better than those of the blank control group and the comparative examples 1-2, because the components of the examples of the present invention are combined and matched with each other to promote each other, thereby improving the quality of the Buddha incense.

Claims (9)

1. The fireproof Buddha incense is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of camphor essential oil processing residues, 15-20 parts of cinnamon essential oil processing residues, 30-50 parts of cajeput essential oil processing residues, 20-25 parts of baeckea frutescens essential oil processing residues, 10-15 parts of anise essential oil processing residues, 10-15 parts of citronella essential oil processing residues, 5-8 parts of binder, 0.3-0.6 part of nano essential oil microcapsule powder and 6-10 parts of auxiliary materials.
2. The fireproof Buddha incense of claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials are prepared by mixing wood chips, turmeric, bran coat, turpentine and aloe nano-micro powder according to a mass ratio of 20-30:5-10:10-15:3-5: 1-2.
3. The fire protection Buddha incense as claimed in claim 1, wherein the binder is any one of sesbania gum, lignin fiber, hydroxyethyl cellulose or their combination.
4. The fireproof Buddha incense of claim 1, wherein the production method of the nanometer essential oil microcapsule powder comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing sodium alginate and polycaprolactone, stirring at 40-45 deg.C, sequentially adding hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose phthalate and ethanol, and stirring at 8000-;
(2) adding plant essential oil into the wall material, stirring and emulsifying, mixing and stirring for 15-25min, and then homogenizing under high pressure for 25-30min to obtain an emulsion; wherein the mass ratio of the plant essential oil to the wall material is 1: 18-20;
(3) heating the emulsion at 48-55 ℃ for 3-5 hours under the protection of nitrogen to initiate polymerization reaction, and then drying to obtain the nano essential oil microcapsule powder.
5. The fireproof Buddha incense of claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the mass ratio of the sodium alginate to the polycaprolactone is 1: 15-18.
6. The fireproof Buddha incense of claim 4, wherein in step (1), the amount of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate is 1.2-1.8% of the mass of polycaprolactone; the dosage of the ethanol is 2-3% of the mass of the polycaprolactone.
7. The fireproof Buddha incense of claim 4, wherein in step (2), the plant essential oil is any one of radix Angelicae Dahuricae essential oil, vetiver essential oil, lignum Santali albi essential oil, and fir essential oil.
8. The processing technology of the fireproof Buddha incense as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing the camphor essential oil processing residues, the cinnamon essential oil processing residues, the cajeput essential oil processing residues, the baeckea essential oil processing residues, the aniseed essential oil processing residues and the citronella essential oil processing residues, crushing and sieving the mixture to obtain a base material, and uniformly mixing the base material and water according to a mass ratio of 1:0.85-0.95 to obtain a mixed material;
2) adding auxiliary materials into the mixed material, uniformly mixing, drying in an environment of 50-60 ℃ for 5-8 hours, taking out, and crushing in a crusher until the mixture passes through a standard sieve of 100-160 meshes to obtain basic spice;
3) and mixing the nano essential oil microcapsule powder and the binder into the basic spice, uniformly mixing, pressing and molding the mixture, and drying to obtain the fireproof Buddha incense.
9. The process of claim 8, wherein in step 3), the adhesive is passed through a 160-mesh standard sieve of 100-.
