(3) heating the emulsion at 52 ℃ for 4.5 hours under the protection of nitrogen to initiate polymerization reaction, and then drying to obtain the nano essential oil microcapsule powder.
The processing technology of the woody fragrant type Buddha incense specifically comprises the following steps:
1) removing dust particles and impurities contained in the plant powder by using an electrostatic dust removal device to obtain dust-free plant powder; mixing the dust-free plant powder with camphor essential oil processing residues, cinnamon essential oil processing residues, cajeput essential oil processing residues, baeckea essential oil processing residues, star anise essential oil processing residues and citronella essential oil processing residues, crushing and sieving the mixture to obtain a base material, and uniformly mixing the base material and water according to a mass ratio of 1:0.93 to obtain a mixed material;
2) drying the mixed material in an environment of 52 ℃ for 6 hours, taking out, and crushing the mixed material in a crusher until the mixed material passes through a standard sieve of 140 meshes to obtain a basic spice;
3) mixing the nano essential oil microcapsule powder and the binder into the basic spice, uniformly mixing, pressing and molding the mixture, and drying to obtain the woody fragrant type Buddha incense; the adhesive should pass through a 140 mesh standard screen.
Comparative example 1
The difference compared to example 5 is that: in comparative example 1, the nano essential oil microcapsule powder was not contained, and the same amount of plant essential oil was used instead.
Comparative example 2
The difference compared to example 5 is that: the binder of comparative example 2 was replaced with an equivalent amount of a single commercially available adhesive and contained no plant powder.
Blank control group: selecting the linear Buddha incense sold in the market.
Comparative experiment:
1. in the experiment, the performance of the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-2 is tested, and a blank control group is added; the volatile oil content detection (after standing for 90 days at room temperature) and the ash shape test after combustion are respectively carried out on each Buddha incense, and the experimental results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the indexes of the Buddha incense obtained in the examples 1-5 of the present invention are substantially better than those of the blank control group and the comparative examples 1-2, because the components of the examples of the present invention are combined and matched with each other to promote each other, thereby improving the quality of the Buddha incense.

The woody fragrant Buddha incense is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of camphor essential oil processing residues, 20-40 parts of cinnamon essential oil processing residues, 15-30 parts of cajeput essential oil processing residues, 10-18 parts of baeckea frutescens essential oil processing residues, 15-25 parts of anise essential oil processing residues, 5-10 parts of citronella essential oil processing residues, 1.5-1.8 parts of nano essential oil microcapsule powder, 1.6-2.2 parts of plant powder and 5-8 parts of binder; wherein the plant powder is prepared by mixing and crushing white paeony root, silktree albizzia bark, tuber fleeceflower stem, sappan wood and spina date seed according to any proportion.
2. The woody fragrant incense according to claim 1, wherein the content of volatile oil in the camphor essential oil processing residues, cinnamon essential oil processing residues, cajeput essential oil processing residues, baeckea essential oil processing residues, anise essential oil processing residues and citronella essential oil processing residues is 2-3%.
3. The woody flavor Buddha incense of claim 1, wherein the binder is propylene glycol alginate, methylcellulose, flax gum, or a combination thereof.
4. The woody flavor type Buddha incense of claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the nano essential oil microcapsule powder comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing polycyanoacrylate and β -cyclodextrin at 35-40 deg.C, stirring, sequentially adding isobutyl and methanol, and stirring at 8000-;
(2) adding plant essential oil into the wall material, stirring and emulsifying, mixing and stirring for 15-20min, and then homogenizing under high pressure for 20-25min to obtain an emulsion; wherein the mass ratio of the plant essential oil to the wall material is 1: 18-20;
(3) heating the emulsion at 45-55 ℃ for 3-5 hours under the protection of nitrogen to initiate polymerization reaction, and then drying to obtain the nano essential oil microcapsule powder.
5. The woody flavor Buddha incense of claim 4, wherein in step (1), the mass ratio of the polycyanoacrylate to the β -cyclodextrin is 1: 8-12.
6. The woody flavor type Buddha incense of claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the isobutyl group is used in an amount of 0.8 to 1.2% by mass based on the mass of the polycyanoacrylate; the amount of the methanol is 1.5-2.5% of the mass of the polycyanoacrylate.
7. The woody-type Buddha incense of claim 4, wherein in the step (2), the plant essential oil is any one of laurel essential oil, chamomile essential oil, jasmine essential oil and eaglewood essential oil.
8. The process for processing woody flavor type Buddha incense according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the following steps:
1) removing dust particles and impurities contained in the plant powder by using an electrostatic dust removal device to obtain dust-free plant powder; mixing the dust-free plant powder with camphor essential oil processing residues, cinnamon essential oil processing residues, cajeput essential oil processing residues, baeckea essential oil processing residues, star anise essential oil processing residues and citronella essential oil processing residues, crushing and sieving the mixture to obtain a base material, and uniformly mixing the base material and water according to a mass ratio of 1:0.85-0.95 to obtain a mixed material;
2) drying the mixed material in an environment of 50-60 ℃ for 5-8 hours, taking out, and crushing the mixed material in a crusher until the mixed material passes through a standard sieve of 100-160 meshes to obtain a basic spice;
3) and mixing the nano essential oil microcapsule powder and the binder into the basic spice, uniformly mixing, pressing and molding the mixture, and drying to obtain the woody fragrant type Buddha incense.
9. The process for processing woody flavor type Buddha incense as claimed in claim 8, wherein in step 3), the adhesive should pass through a standard sieve of 100-.
