Description

Composite plant liquid deodorant and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a plant liquid deodorant and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a composite plant liquid deodorant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the field of domestic garbage treatment, China still starts to be in the beginning, and due to the imperfection of a garbage classification system and the limitation of the technical level, the garbage treatment in China still takes landfill as the main step. At present, the accumulated quantity of domestic garbage in cities in China exceeds 65 hundred million tons, the domestic garbage occupies about 35 hundred million square meters of land, among 660 cities in the country, 2/3 large and medium cities are surrounded by garbage, and 1/4 cities are forced to extend a way for solving the garbage crisis to the countryside, so that the secondary pollution of the garbage is caused, and the ecological environment of a city and countryside combined area is rapidly deteriorated. Therefore, the method effectively treats the odor pollution generated by the garbage in the garbage landfill, reduces the damage to the surrounding ecological environment, protects the health of people, and becomes an important content for the comprehensive treatment of the garbage.
The existing garbage deodorizers in the current market mainly comprise microbial deodorizers, chemical deodorizers and plant deodorizers. The microbial fermentation technology is difficult, and the product is unstable and is easily influenced by factors such as weather temperature and the like: chemical agents are harmful to human bodies and easily cause secondary pollution; most of the existing plant deodorizers are blended with essence, and the odor is diluted mainly through the fragrance emitted by the deodorizers, so that the smell of people is covered, the illusion of no odor is achieved, the plant deodorizers cannot be used for fundamentally deodorizing, and the plant deodorizers also have the antibacterial and disinfecting effects; therefore, it is necessary to develop a simple preparation method of a composite plant deodorant, which has low production cost and can radically deodorize through the reaction with odor molecules, rather than deodorize through a covering method.

the plant deodorant obtained by the preparation methods of example 1, example 2 and example 3 was subjected to bacteriostatic performance test according to the test method of bacteriostatic effect in 2017 edition "disinfection specification" by using the existing plant deodorant as a set of comparative experiments, wherein the experimental strains are escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans, the action time is 1min, and the test results are as follows:
group of The antibacterial rate of escherichia coli is% Staphylococcus aureus bacteriostasis rate% Bacteriostasis rate of candida albicans%
Example 1 99.97 99.98 98.28
Example 2 99.67 99.77 98.99
Example 3 99.69 99.89 99.84
Comparative example 95.63 94.32 91.67
Through the experiments, the antibacterial effect of the composite plant deodorant disclosed by the invention can be obviously improved compared with that of the existing deodorant.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the obvious plants with the bacteriostatic function comprise ginger, platycodon grandiflorum, wintergreen, holly, green folium isatidis, lemon, mint, pine needle, anise, tea polyphenol and eucalyptus oil: lemon, mint, camphor wood, eucalyptus oil, ginkgo leaves, pepper and tea polyphenol have obvious bacteriostasis and deodorization effects: the nano silver solution has obvious sterilization and disinfection functions. The mixed use of the solutions enables the composite plant liquid deodorant to have higher antibacterial, disinfecting and deodorizing effects;
2. the product is prepared by soaking, filtering and distilling, and the process is simple: the efficiency is improved by using classification extraction in the preparation process: the product is extracted from plant liquid, has no side effect on human and animals, and has no secondary pollution;
3. the plant deodorant prepared by the preparation method has wider application space than a microbial deodorant, and has wide application prospect in aspects of garbage, sewage, plant and indoor deodorization;
4. the plant deodorant prepared by the preparation method has the deodorization mechanism that the plant extract capable of absorbing and decomposing odor molecules such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like is added to react with the odor molecules to convert the odor into odorless substances, so that the odor is fundamentally removed, and the environment is purified. For example, the camphor tree has extremely strong resistance and absorption and decomposition capacity to ammonia gas, and the concentration of the ammonia gas is obviously reduced; the ginkgo leaves can absorb and decompose hydrogen sulfide; the tea polyphenol can absorb and decompose ammonia, organic amine and the like;
5. the nano silver solution is added into the plant liquid deodorant prepared by the invention, the nano silver sterilization capability generates qualitative leap, few nano silver can generate strong sterilization effect, 650 kinds of bacteria can be killed within a few minutes, broad-spectrum sterilization is realized, no drug resistance exists, the healing of wounds, the growth of cells and the repair of damaged cells can be promoted, no toxic reaction exists, and no stimulation reaction is found on skin;
6. the plant extract elements are added into the plant liquid deodorant prepared by the invention, and magnesium and potassium are activators of a plurality of enzymes and used as activators of the enzymes to participate in enzymatic reaction, so that the activity of plant extract is enhanced, and the purification efficiency is improved: the zinc and the glycoside have the functions of antibiosis and sterilization: the saponin component can reduce the surface tension of the liquid to generate foam, so that the saponin component can be used as an emulsifier and has a bacteriostatic function;
7. the elements have extremely high chemical activity and excellent catalytic property, and have very good effects on deodorization and bacteriostasis.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
