Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant deodorizers, and particularly relates to a plant extract deodorizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The annual production capacity of domestic garbage in cities in China is about 1.4 hundred million tons, and more than 80 percent of domestic garbage is transported to a garbage landfill for landfill treatment except for small part of incineration, composting or recycling. In a refuse landfill, organic domestic garbage is decomposed by microorganisms to generate a large amount of malodorous gases such as NH3, H2S and the like, which causes great pollution to the refuse landfill and the surrounding environment, affects the health of sanitation workers and surrounding residents, and causes malodorous pollution generated by the refuse to become a large social public nuisance. Therefore, the method effectively treats the odor pollution generated by the garbage in the garbage landfill, reduces the damage to the surrounding ecological environment, protects the health of people, and becomes an important content for the comprehensive treatment of the garbage.
The existing garbage deodorant in the market at present mainly comprises a chemical deodorant, a microbial deodorant and a plant deodorant. The chemical deodorant has higher cost and is easy to cause secondary pollution; although the microbial deodorant is low in cost, the microbial deodorant is difficult to mix and ferment, the product is unstable, and has certain adaptability and growth cycle, so that the rapid and efficient deodorization effect is difficult to achieve; the plant deodorant is prepared by mixing oil, juice or extract extracted from natural trees, flowers and plants after micro-emulsification with water, can be completely biodegraded, and has no toxicity and secondary pollution. The mechanism of action is based on chemical reaction and biophysical process to eliminate foul smell, so that the foul smell is converted into odorless substance, and the odorless substance has effects on acidic, alkaline and neutral gases.
However, most of the existing plant deodorizers are prepared by adding essence and pigment into oil or juice extracted from plants with special fragrance, and the odor is diluted by the fragrance emitted from the deodorizers, so that the sense of smell of people is covered, the illusion of no odor is achieved, and the plant deodorizers cannot be used for fundamentally deodorizing.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation and overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the plant extract deodorant and the preparation method thereof, the plant extract deodorant contains natural plant bioactive components, can effectively decompose odor gas, generates nontoxic and harmless substances, and particularly has very obvious removal effect on ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide and volatile organic compounds; meanwhile, the product also has the effects of bacteriostasis and sterilization; some surfactants are added into the deodorant, so that the solubility of organic matters in water is improved, the surface tension of organic molecules in water is reduced, and the absorption efficiency is improved; the natural plant deodorant has some light fragrance originally in the plant, and can increase the sensory comfort of people.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a plant extract deodorant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of lavender extract, 8-12 parts of green tea extract, 4-6 parts of asparagus extract, 3-5 parts of aloe extract, 4-6 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 3-6 parts of surfactant and 120 parts of 100-fold water;
the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution is prepared by mixing and crushing clove, mint, costustoot and green tangerine orange peel according to the proportion of 1-2:2-3:1-2:1-2 to serve as extracting solution of extracting raw materials; the extraction agent used by the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution is 40-60% ethanol solution, and the obtained extracting solution does not contain ethanol.
The invention relates to a plant extract deodorant, which preferably comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 11-14 parts of lavender extract, 9-11 parts of green tea extract, 4.5-5.5 parts of asparagus extract, 3.5-4.5 parts of aloe extract, 4.5-5.5 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 4-5 parts of surfactant and 115 parts of water 105 and water 105;
the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution is prepared by mixing and crushing clove, mint, costustoot and green tangerine peel according to the proportion of 1.2-1.8:2.2-2.8:1.2-1.8:1.2-1.8 to serve as extracting raw materials; the extraction agent used by the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution is 40-60% ethanol solution, and the obtained extracting solution does not contain ethanol.
The invention relates to a plant extract deodorant, which comprises the following optimal raw materials in parts by weight: the material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13 parts of lavender extract, 10 parts of green tea extract, 5 parts of asparagus extract, 4 parts of aloe extract, 5 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 4.5 parts of surfactant and 110 parts of water;
the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution is prepared by mixing and crushing clove, mint, elecampane and green tangerine peel according to the proportion of 1.5:2.5:1.5:1.5 to serve as extracting solution of extracting raw materials; the extracting agent used by the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution is 40-60% ethanol solution, and the obtained extracting solution does not contain ethanol.
The preparation method of the plant extract deodorant comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution: firstly weighing clove, mint, costustoot and green tangerine peel according to the weight parts; mixing and crushing the weighed clove, mint, costustoot and green tangerine peel, soaking the crushed raw materials in 40-60% ethanol solution with the volume 20-40 times that of the crushed raw materials for 25-30 hours, filtering, repeatedly soaking and filtering the filter residue for 2 times, mixing the filtered filtrate with the filtrate obtained after primary soaking and filtering, and recovering the ethanol in the filtrate in a distillation mode to obtain Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution;
2) preparation of green tea extract, asparagus extract and asparagus extract: weighing the green tea, the asparagus and the asparagus according to the weight parts; soaking green tea in 200 parts of 45 deg.C warm water for 30-35 min, and filtering; mixing and crushing the weighed asparagus and asparagus, soaking the crushed asparagus and asparagus in water with the volume 20-60 times that of the raw materials for 25-30h at 40-60 ℃, filtering, repeatedly soaking and filtering filter residues for 2 times, and mixing the filtered filtrate with the filtrate obtained after primary soaking and filtering to obtain a mixed solution of asparagus extract and asparagus extract;
3) taking materials: weighing the lavender extract, the green tea extract, the asparagus extract, the Chinese herbal medicine extract, the surfactant and water in parts by weight;
4) mixing: mixing the raw materials weighed in the step 3) to obtain the plant extract deodorant.
After adopting the structure, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the plant extract deodorant can degrade odor into products harmless to human bodies, animals and plants, and the technical method and the principle can be simply described as follows: the natural plant deodorant is atomized in the space by special deodorization equipment to form mist particles with small particles. The fog drops have large specific surface area, can efficiently absorb the odor molecules in the air, and the adsorbed odor molecules can react with the biological acid buffer solution in the deodorant to finally generate the odorless and nontoxic organic salt. Such as hydrogen sulfide, under the action of a deodorant, sulfate ions and water are generated; the ammonia generates nitrogen and water under the action of the deodorant.
