Description

Buddha incense with controllable combustion speed and processing technology thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of Buddha incense processing, and particularly relates to a Buddha incense with controllable combustion speed and a processing technology thereof.
Background
The Buddha incense is a general name of Buddhism incense, which is often used in religious activities or places related to health preservation, and the traditional Buddha incense is generally made of incense medicines, wood powder, a binder and an additive. With the continuous development of economy and social progress, the Buddha incense is not only used in religious activities, but also widely used in refreshing, deodorizing, home health preserving, ceramic temperament and other aspects.
With the development of microcapsule technology, the nano microcapsule technology is receiving more and more attention, the microcapsule technology means that a certain target object is continuously coated by various natural or synthetic high molecular compounds without any damage to the original chemical properties of the target object, then the function of the target object is gradually presented outside again through some external stimulation or slow release action, or the function of protecting a core material is played by depending on the shielding action of a capsule wall, the diameter of the microcapsule is generally 1-500 μm, the thickness of the wall is 0.5-150 μm, and the ultra-microcapsule with the particle size below 1 μm is developed. On the basis of microcapsule technology, the nano microcapsule particles have tiny particles, are easy to disperse, can further improve the stability of products, prevent mutual interference among various components, and have good slow release effect, so the nano microcapsule particles are widely researched in a plurality of fields.
At present, the majority of the Buddha incense in the market is chemical incense, a large amount of chemical adhesives, chemical flame retardants, stone powder and other additives are added, the weight is increased, the incense cannot be completely combusted, and the ash amount is large, in addition, the Buddha incense can generate various pollutants and toxic smoke in the combustion process, such as carbon monoxide, particles in the smoke and the like, especially, the burning amount of the Buddha incense in temple is large, the spice burns too fast, waste can be caused, a large amount of generated combustion smoke can greatly influence the human body, therefore, the research on the Buddha incense with controllable combustion speed, which has stable property, difficult loss of aroma and small ash amount, is urgent, and the application of the nano microcapsule technology to the field of the Buddha incense becomes one of the key points of the current research.

Further, the remainder of the woody flavor is: the camphor leaves, the cinnamon bark, the cajeput, the baeckea frutescens, the star anise and the lemon grass are respectively compounded according to any proportion of solid residues left after the essential oil is extracted. The content of volatile oil in the remainder of the woody spice is 2-3%.
Preferably, the camphor leaves, the cinnamon bark, the cajeput, the baeckea frutescens, the aniseed and the lemon grass residues are combined according to the mass ratio of 3-6:2-4:1-2:2-4:1:4-7 in sequence.
Further, the binding agent is a composition of Arabic gum, gelatin and ethyl cellulose in any proportion.
Further, the binder is a composition obtained by mixing gum arabic, gelatin and ethyl cellulose according to a mass ratio of 8-15:1: 1-3.
Further, the preparation method of the nanometer essential oil microcapsule powder comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing sodium starch octenylsuccinate and maltodextrin at 40-45 deg.C, stirring, adding ethanol, and stirring at 8000-;
(2) dropwise adding plant essential oil into the wall material, stirring and emulsifying, mixing and stirring for 10-15min, and then homogenizing under high pressure for 20-25min to obtain an emulsion;
(3) and (3) placing the emulsion at 4-7 ℃ for 20-22 hours, and then drying to obtain the nano essential oil microcapsule powder.
Further, in the step (1), the mass ratio of the sodium starch octenylsuccinate to the maltodextrin is 10-12: 1.
Further, in the step (1), the amount of the ethanol is 2-3% of the mass of the maltodextrin.
Further, in the step (2), the plant essential oil is any one of star anise essential oil, radix ophiopogonis essential oil, agilawood essential oil and salvia miltiorrhiza essential oil, and the mass ratio of the plant essential oil to the wall material is 1: 18-20.
The invention provides a processing technology of a Buddha incense with controllable combustion speed, which specifically comprises the following steps:
1) uniformly mixing the woody spice residues and auxiliary materials, crushing and sieving to obtain a base material, and uniformly mixing the base material and water according to a mass ratio of 1:0.85-0.95 to obtain a mixed material;
2) drying the mixed material in an environment of 50-60 ℃ for 5-8 hours, taking out, and crushing the mixed material in a crusher until the mixed material passes through a standard sieve of 100-160 meshes to obtain a basic spice;
3) and mixing the nano essential oil microcapsule powder and the binder into the basic spice, uniformly mixing, pressing and molding the mixture, and drying to obtain the Buddha incense with controllable combustion speed.
Further, in step 3), the adhesive should pass through a 160-mesh standard sieve of 100-.
The binder, the auxiliary materials, the sodium starch octenylsuccinate, the maltodextrin and the ethanol used in the invention are purchased from chemical reagent companies at home and abroad and are directly used without being continuously purified.
The invention adds nano essential oil microcapsule powder into Buddha incense, takes plant essential oil as a core material, takes octenyl succinic acid starch sodium and maltodextrin as a composite wall material, and prepares nano essential oil microcapsule emulsion through high-pressure homogenizing emulsification. Overcomes the problems of short retention time and poor durability of the natural essential oil in the prior Buddha incense, has the advantages of no toxicity, safety and environmental protection, and has wide application value.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the wood spice residues are effectively utilized, the wood spice residues are rich in various plant essential oils and cellulose components, the wood spice residues contain a small amount of essential oils, the small amount of essential oils are difficult to volatilize and not easy to lose after long-term storage, and the wood spice residues also have antibacterial and bactericidal effects, are recycled, can reduce the production cost and also have the efficacy of mite killing and sterilization.
2. The Buddha incense realizes the purpose of controlling the burning speed of the Buddha incense by combining and processing the raw materials and adjusting the adding proportion of the raw materials, improves the connectivity and stability of the Buddha incense product by adding the binder consisting of Arabic gum, gelatin and ethyl cellulose, reduces the ash amount after burning, ensures that the ash is not easy to disperse and falls in a segment shape, is safe to use and does not generate toxic smoke; through adding the auxiliary material that comprises lamellar graphite alkene, saw-dust, crop straw, further reduce the burning rate of Buddha incense, solved the problem that the burning rate of Buddha incense is difficult to control at present stage.
