Description

Environment-friendly aromatherapy candle and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to an environment-friendly aromatherapy candle and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The earliest considerable history of human use of natural fragrances in the four ancient civilizations dates to 3000 to 5000 years ago. From the existing data, the utilization of the perfume plants has already been started in the spring, autumn and warring countries. The wide popularity of incense in the noble group was in the early West Han, roughly traced back to Han Wudi, and incense burners specifically for incense were available at that time. After a long time of development, aromatherapy has been widely accepted and used, and many different aromatherapy products are emerging, with aromatherapy candles being one of the most common aromatherapy products.
The prior aromatherapy candle has two problems: firstly, petroleum wax and resin are added, so that carcinogenic benzene and toluene, toxic gas carbon monoxide and carbon-containing smoke are easily generated due to thermal decomposition or insufficient combustion during combustion, and indoor air is polluted; and secondly, essence and aromatic essential oil are doped, the chemical components are complex to match, and irritant gas is easily generated during combustion, so that the aromatherapy effect is influenced.
The natural plant essential oil is applied to the candle, so that the effects of 'cleaning the heart, tasting and beautifying, exciting Han Wen and harmonizing the body and mind' can be achieved. When the candle is burnt and melted, the candle emits pleasant fragrance during burning, has the effects of relieving nerves, purifying air and eliminating peculiar smell, and has special significance for modern people with continuously increased living and working pressure.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide an environment-friendly candle which is free from petroleum source compounds and is not liable to generate harmful gases or fumes which are harmful to health.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the environment-friendly smoked candle.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an environment-friendly aromatherapy candle is prepared from 100 parts of main burning agent and 5-15 parts of aromatherapy microcapsule, wherein the main burning agent is hydrogenated high-methyl ethyl carbonate, and the aromatherapy microcapsule is prepared from a core material, a wall material, an emulsifier and deionized water.
The application provides the hydrogenated high-methyl ethyl carbonate as the main burning agent of the environment-friendly aromatherapy candle, which has the advantages of better environmental protection, no toxicity, good formability and full combustion; meanwhile, the aromatherapy microcapsule is a water-emulsified water bubble oil phase, so that the volatilization loss of precious essential oil components in the storage and transportation process is effectively reduced, and the aromatherapy fragrance is volatilized only during combustion in the candle.
Specifically, the environment-friendly fragrance candle main combustion agent is prepared by the following method: the hydrogenated vegetable oil reacts with a methylation or ethylation reagent to extract the product of the methylation or ethylation vegetable oil, namely the hydrogenated high methyl ethyl carbonate.
Specifically, the aromatherapy microcapsule is prepared from 5-15 parts of core materials, 15-45 parts of wall materials, 5-15 parts of emulsifiers and 20-50 parts of deionized water.
The wall material is more than two of maltodextrin, β -cyclodextrin, fiber ester, starch or modified starch, the core material can be coated by the gelatinization and adsorption molding effect of the wall material to form the microcapsule with better moldability, wherein the starch is one or more of wheat starch, corn starch, sweet potato starch and cassava starch.
Further, the emulsifier is one or more of sucrose ester, soybean phospholipid, sorbitol ester, rosin glyceride, lauric glyceride, caprylic/capric glyceride, sorbitan laurate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan palmitate, sorbitan stearate, sucrose fatty acid ester and xylitol stearate. The above emulsifier is plant essential oil particles for forming oil-in-water phase.
Further, the core material comprises plant essential oil and modified plant oil. The plant essential oil is used as an effective component of the aromatherapy, and the modified plant oil or the plant oil is used as a carrier and a dispersing agent of the aromatherapy component, so that the slow-release of the aromatherapy component can be effectively ensured. In the core material, the proportion of the plant essential oil is 25-35 wt%.
Further, the plant essential oil is flower fragrance including rose essential oil, jasmine essential oil, lavender essential oil and peony essential oil, the fruit fragrance includes orange peel essential oil, lemon essential oil, grapefruit essential oil and pomegranate essential oil, and the wood fragrance includes one or more than two of sandalwood essential oil, cedar essential oil, rosewood essential oil, agilawood essential oil and camphor essential oil.
Further, the modified vegetable oil is one or more of esterified vegetable oil, fatty acid ester, methyl ethyl vegetable oil fatty acid ester, epoxidized vegetable oil and epoxidized vegetable oil fatty acid ester.
Further, the vegetable oil in the modified vegetable oil is one or more of coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, soybean oil, corn oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, peanut oil and sunflower seed oil.
The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the preparation method of the environment-friendly aromatherapy candle comprises the following steps:
1) homogenizing the plant essential oil and the modified plant oil at the speed of 12000r/min of 8000-; homogenizing deionized water, emulsifier and wall material at 8000-;
2) slowly adding the oil phase into the water phase, and stirring to obtain an emulsion;
3) carrying out spray drying treatment on the emulsion, and carrying out curing, hardening and drying to obtain microcapsules;
4) and (3) uniformly mixing the main burning agent and the microcapsule, and forming to obtain the environment-friendly aromatherapy candle.
The preferred condition parameters for spray drying are: the feeding flow is 150-.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the environment-friendly aromatherapy candle provided by the invention takes the hydrogenated high methyl ethyl carbonate as a main fuel, has high melting point and easy plasticity, can customize different shapes according to requirements, is used as a natural plant source fuel, and is completely combusted, clean and environment-friendly; the plant essential oil is prepared into the aromatherapy microcapsule, so that the release of aromatherapy components in the storage and transportation process can be effectively reduced, and the aromatherapy microcapsule is resistant to oxygen and sunlight and high in storage stability; the fragrance efficiency of the fragrance candle is improved; fragrance, air purification, nerve relief, and tranquilizing;
the environment-friendly scented candle provided by the invention adopts pure natural raw materials, can be biodegraded, and has a wide application range; does not contain various harmful chemical components such as aromatic organic matters and the like, has no irritation and good safety, is beneficial to the health of human bodies, and meets the national requirements on environmental protection.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly scented candle provided by the invention can form the environment-friendly scented candle with high storage and transportation resistance.
