Abstract
The invention discloses a microcapsule natural deodorant. The microcapsule natural deodorant comprises an odor-removing emulsion consisting of the following raw materials: soyabean ethyl sulfate morpholine, linalool, a peony root bark extract, a rhizoma atractylodis root extract and a peony root extract. The deodorant of the invention is prepared from natural materials, and is mild and harmless.

Background
The odor removal is an important requirement in social life of people, and the prior odor removal technology has the problems of poor odor removal effect, short time effect, limited application scene and the like.

In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide a microcapsule natural deodorant prepared from natural materials.
In order to achieve the above object, the microcapsule natural deodorant of the present invention comprises an odor-removing emulsion composed of the following raw materials: soyabean ethyl sulfate morpholine, linalool, a peony root bark extract, a rhizoma atractylodis root extract and a peony root extract.

uniformly mixing 20-30 parts by mass of soybean ethyl sulfate morpholine, 15-18 parts by mass of peony root bark extract, 12-22 parts by mass of rhizoma atractylodis root extract and 5-13 parts by mass of peony root extract;
dissolving 1.5-3 parts by mass of cetyl polyethylene glycol, 1-2 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol-10 and 1-2 parts by mass of soybean lecithin in the uniformly mixed solution;
after uniformly stirring, slowly (dropwise) adding 12-22 parts by mass of linalool;
continuously stirring for 1h to prepare a primary emulsion;
and transferring the primary emulsion into a high-pressure homogenizer, and repeatedly homogenizing for 10 times to obtain transparent and uniform nano emulsion with the particle size of 68-85 nm.
Further, the preparation method of the microcapsule natural deodorant comprises the following steps:
selecting chitosan, alginate and/or Arabic gum as wall materials;
dissolving wall materials in glacial acetic acid with the mass fraction of 1%;
after being stirred uniformly, 3 to 5 times of smell removing agent emulsion is added and stirred uniformly;
adding 0.5-1.0g of dimethyl silica alkanol, stirring for 1h in water bath at 60 ℃ to obtain the deodorant of the nanocapsule with the particle size of 150-180 nm.
The invention selects natural materials as wall materials, has the advantages of no toxicity, good film-forming property, degradability, no toxicity of products and the like, and makes up for the deficiency of the strength of the natural materials by compounding the wall materials. The characteristics of different components of the deodorant are utilized to generate material body self-emulsification, and the nano emulsion is prepared, so that compared with the traditional microemulsion, the nano emulsion has small particle size, strong Brownian motion and higher dynamic stability. The odor removing emulsion is prepared from natural plants, is mild and harmless, has an inhibiting effect on common viruses such as golden grape, white idea, large intestine and the like by linalool and the like, does not need to be added with a preservative, and has natural fragrance without essence by using linalool, the rhizoma atractylodis root extract, the peony root extract and the peony root bark extract.

The microcapsule natural deodorant comprises an odor removing emulsion consisting of the following raw materials: soyabean ethyl sulfate morpholine, linalool, a peony root bark extract, a rhizoma atractylodis root extract and a peony root extract.
The soybean ethyl sulfate morpholine and linalool are used as main odor removal functional components, and have good effects of removing sulfur-containing and nitrogen-containing odor micromolecules such as amine, hydrogen sulfide and the like.
The peony root bark extract contains paeonol, paeonol glycoside, paeonol glucoside, paeonol neo-glycoside, etc., and has good antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects;
the peony root extract contains paeoniflorin, paeonol, paeoniflorin and the like, and has wider antibacterial spectrum;
the rhizoma atractylodis root extract contains volatile oil, atractylodin, atractylone and other components, and has remarkable antibacterial effect on tubercle bacillus, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like.
By way of example, the odour-combating emulsion is prepared by:
uniformly mixing 20-30 parts by mass of soybean ethyl sulfate morpholine, 15-18 parts by mass of peony root bark extract, 12-22 parts by mass of rhizoma atractylodis root extract and 5-13 parts by mass of peony root extract;
dissolving 1.5-3 parts by mass of cetyl polyethylene glycol, 1-2 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol-10 and 1-2 parts by mass of soybean lecithin in the uniformly mixed solution;
after uniformly stirring, slowly (dropwise) adding 12-22 parts by mass of linalool;
continuously stirring for 1h to prepare a primary emulsion;
transferring the primary emulsion into a high-pressure homogenizer at the set pressure of 120MPa and the rotation speed of 5500-6500rpm for 10min, and repeatedly homogenizing for 10 times to obtain transparent and uniform nano emulsion with the particle size of 68-85 nm.
The preparation method of the microcapsule natural deodorant comprises the following steps:
selecting chitosan, alginate and/or Arabic gum as wall materials;
dissolving wall materials in glacial acetic acid with the mass fraction of 1%;
after being stirred uniformly, 3 to 5 times of smell removing agent emulsion is added and stirred uniformly;
adding 0.5-1.0g of dimethyl silica alkanol, stirring for 1h in water bath at 60 ℃ to obtain the deodorant of the nanocapsule with the particle size of 150-180 nm.
The microcapsule deodorant emulsion has good deodorizing effect on common kitchen and bathroom peculiar smells such as smoke smell, hot pot barbecue, urine smell and the like, and house pet peculiar smells, can be configured into deodorizing spray, deodorizing gel and the like for spraying clothes or placing in kitchens, bathrooms and the like, and can also be added into blend fiber for preparing products such as deodorizing clothes and the like.
In conclusion, the deodorizing agent uses the deodorizing raw materials with natural sources, reduces stimulation to skin, has natural fragrance, and has longer deodorizing time-effect by wrapping the deodorizing components.
Claims (3)

A microcapsule natural deodorant, characterized in that said microcapsule natural deodorant comprises an odor-removing emulsion composed of the following raw materials: soyabean ethyl sulfate morpholine, linalool, a peony root bark extract, a rhizoma atractylodis root extract and a peony root extract.
2. The microcapsule natural deodorant of claim 1 wherein said odor-removing emulsion is prepared by:
uniformly mixing 20-30 parts by mass of soybean ethyl sulfate morpholine, 15-18 parts by mass of peony root bark extract, 12-22 parts by mass of rhizoma atractylodis root extract and 5-13 parts by mass of peony root extract;
dissolving 1.5-3 parts by mass of cetyl polyethylene glycol, 1-2 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol-10 and 1-2 parts by mass of soybean lecithin in the uniformly mixed solution;
after uniformly stirring, slowly (dropwise) adding 12-22 parts by mass of linalool;
continuously stirring for 1h to prepare a primary emulsion;
and transferring the primary emulsion into a high-pressure homogenizer, and repeatedly homogenizing for 10 times to obtain transparent and uniform nano emulsion with the particle size of 68-85 nm.
3. The microcapsule natural deodorant according to claim 2, wherein said microcapsule natural deodorant is produced by a method comprising:
selecting chitosan, alginate and/or Arabic gum as wall materials;
dissolving wall materials in glacial acetic acid with the mass fraction of 1%;
after being stirred uniformly, 3 to 5 times of smell removing agent emulsion is added and stirred uniformly;
adding 0.5-1.0g of dimethyl silica alkanol, stirring for 1h in water bath at 60 ℃ to obtain the deodorant of the nanocapsule with the particle size of 150-180 nm.
