本发明的再一技术解决方案是所述通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料的制备方法,其特殊之处在于,包括以下步骤:
⑴配料的制备;包括坯料、釉料和色料的制备;
⑵坯料干压,粉体水份≤6%;
⑶烘干;坯体进干燥窑烘干,烘干至坯体水份≤0.5%;
⑷素烧:素烧温度980℃~1030℃;
⑸施釉;施釉采用喷釉或淋釉方式,喷釉比重1.5±0.2,淋釉也采用低比重:1.6±0.2 要控制流速24秒~34秒,并通过羟甲基纤维素溶胶现场调整;
⑹垫烧;产品下垫高温布,再放置在高温耐火板上进窑烧成;
⑺磨边;用磨边机对产品进行磨边,统一规格和磨边倒角;
⑻耐热性检测,20℃~500℃,干烧≥8分钟不裂;
⑼烤饰;对合格成瓷,贴图案和商标花纸,在750℃~800℃温度下烤烧;
⑽成品:烤饰后检验外观,合格品进行包装即为成品。
作为优选:其特征在于,步骤⑴所述坯料的制备,进一步包括以下工序:
(1.11)在坯料中加色料,粘接剂,所述粘接剂选用多糖淀粉类和/或类似聚醋酸乙醇的高分子材料;

⑴本发明提供的通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料配方(或釉料和色料配方),可生产良好电磁波穿透性能,适应电磁炉不同功率,耐常温-800℃急冷急热不裂要求,常温-500℃使用经久耐用的电磁炉加热面板。
⑵本发明提供的通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料同步使用面板配料,其面板釉料和面板色料,可生产通体,图案坯,斑点坯,及各种坯的抛光,色釉装饰,釉上装饰,抛釉装饰等,与电磁炉外壳组合成各具特色的商品。
⑶本发明提供的通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料抗折强度≥30MPa,表面莫氏硬度≥4级,耐污5级,耐酸碱GLA级。
⑷本发明提供的通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料的施釉量工艺要求范围:100g/㎡~150g/㎡(干重),在其范围,确保釉面质量,外观及产品的热稳性。
⑸本发明提供的通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料的烧成最高温度范围1240℃~1270℃,高火保温1.5小时以上,从最高温冷却在1100℃时间不少于45分钟,确保面板成瓷微观结构中低热膨胀固熔体析出足够数量和瓷化吸水率≤0.5%。
⑹本发明提供的高分子粘结剂用于增强坯体的成型能力,有别于普通墙砖砖以粘土和水的结合来保证坯体的成型能力。

该通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料,所述面板坯料按重量份由以下组分组成:
锂辉石30份、堇青石15份、煅烧高岭土6份、高岭土30份、熔融石英15份、透锂长石5份、色料4份;
所述面板坯料的化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
Li2O 2.43份、K2O+Na2O<0.54份、CaO<0.11份、MgO 2.05份、Al2O327.5份、SiO263.23份、Fe2O30.45、TiO20.27份、外加黑色料4%份;
所述面板釉料按重量份由以下组分组成:
锂辉石47份、透锂长石5份、碳酸钡3份、方解石7份、熔融石英28份、高岭土4份、黑色料6份;
所述面板釉料的化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
Li2O 4.04份、K2O+Na2O<0.1份、CaO+MgO 4份、BaCO32.2份、Al2O316.2份、SiO270.4份、外加黑色料6份;
所述面板黑色料的化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
Si0212.8份、Co3O418份、Cr2O330份、Li201.4份、Al2O325.3份、NiO 2份、CuO2份、Fe2O330.3份。
在另一实施例中,所述面板黑色料化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
LiAl[Si2O6]20份、Co3O430份、Cr2O330份、Li201.4份、Al2O320份、NiO 2份、CuO 2份、Fe2O330份。
面板黑色料按配方比例要求分别加入面板坯料和面板釉料,面板釉料施于面板坯料,形成层状结构。
本实施例中,所述面板坯料、面板色料和面板釉料煅烧成瓷后,线性热膨胀系数≤2.5×10-6/℃,面板瓷化,吸水率≤0.5%。
本实施例中,施釉量:18g~20g/块,喷釉比重1.5g/ml。
本实施例中,烧成温度1260℃~1270℃,高火保温1.5小时以上。
通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴配料的制备;包括坯料、釉料和色料的制备;
⑵坯料干压,粉体水份≤6%;
⑶烘干:坯体在烘干窑内烘干,坯烘干后水份≤0.5%;
⑷素烧:坯体烘干后素烧,素烧温度1020±5℃;
⑸施釉;采用喷釉方式施釉;
⑹垫烧:产品下垫高温布(主要成分是氧化铝的耐火材料),再放置在高温耐火板上进窑烧成;
⑺磨边;用磨边机对产品进行磨边,统一规格和磨边倒角;
⑻耐热性检测,20℃~500℃,干烧≥8分钟不裂;
⑼烤饰:对合格成瓷,贴图案和商标花纸,在750℃~800℃温度下烤烧;
⑽成品:烤饰后检验外观,合格品进行包装即为成品。
其中:步骤⑴所述坯料的制备,进一步包括以下工序:

所述面板坯料按重量份由以下组分组成:
锂辉石30~60份、堇青石0~20份、焦宝石0~20份、煅烧高岭土0~20份、高岭土10~30份、熔融石英0~20份、碱土金属矿物0~4份、色料0.5~6份;
所述面板坯料的化学成分:
⑴所述面板坯料的化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
Li2O 2~4份、K2O+Na2O<1份、CaO<1份、MgO 0.3~3份、Al2O3 22~28份、SiO2 65~70份、色料0.5~6份;
所述面板黑色料按重量份由以下组分组成:
锂辉石15~30份、氧化铝或二氧化硅载体20~30份、矿化剂0~5份、过渡金属的氧化物或碳酸盐30~60份;
所述面板黑色料化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
LiAl[Si2O6]20份、Co3O430份、Cr2O330份、Li2O1.4份、Al2O320份、NiO2份、CuO2份、Fe2O330份;
所述面板釉料按重量份由以下组分组成:
锂辉石0~60份、透锂长石0~70份、煅烧氧化锌0~10份、碳酸钡0~10份、方解石或石灰石0~10份、熔融石英15~35份、高岭土4~10份、熔块0~25份、色料0.5~6份;
所述面板釉料的化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
Li2O2.5~4.2份、K2O+Na2O<3份、CaO+MgO0.5~7份、ZnO 0~10份、BaCO3 0~10份、Al2O312~20份、SiO260~72份、色料0.5~6份;
面板色料按呈色要求分别加入面板坯料和面板釉料,加入量0.5~6%,面板釉料施于面板坯料,形成层状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料,其特征在于,所述面板坯料、面板色料和面板釉料煅烧成瓷后,线性热膨胀系数≤2.5×10-6/℃,面板瓷化,吸水率≤0.5%;施釉量:100g/㎡~150g/㎡(干重);烧成温度1240℃~1270℃,保温1.5小时以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料,其特征在于,
所述面板黑色料的化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
SiO212.8份、Co3O418份、Cr2O330份、Li2O1.4份、Al2O325.3份、NiO2份、CuO2份、Fe2O330.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料,其特征在于,所述面板黑色料的化学成分按重量份由以下组分组成:
Al2O320~30、RO+RO2+R2O3+R3O4=30~60;R:Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cr、Mn、Li2O1~2、SiO29.5~17。
5.根据权利要求1所述通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料,其特征在于,所述面板釉料按重量份由以下组分组成:
锂辉石47份、透锂长石5份、碳酸钡3份、方解石7份、熔融石英28份、高岭土4份、黑色料6份;
所述黑色料按重量份由以下组分组成:
锂辉石20份、氧化铝20份、矿化剂2份、过渡金属的氧化物或碳酸盐2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料,其特征在于,所述面板釉料按重量份由以下组分组成:
Li2O4.04份、K2O+Na2O<0.1份、CaO+MgO4份、BaCO32.2份、Al2O316.2份、SiO270.4份、外加黑色料6份;
所述黑色料按重量份由以下组分组成:
锂辉石20份、氧化铝20份、矿化剂2份、过渡金属的氧化物或碳酸盐2份。
7.一种根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的通体干压瓷质电磁炉加热面板材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
⑴配料的制备;包括坯料、釉料和色料的制备;
⑵坯料干压, 粉体水份≤6%;
⑶烘干;坯体进干燥窑烘干,烘干至坯体水份≤0.5%;
⑷素烧:素烧温度980℃~1030℃;
⑸施釉;施釉采用喷釉或淋釉方式,喷釉比重1.5±0.2g/ml,淋釉也采用低比重:1.6±0.2g/ml,要控制流速24秒~34秒,并通过羟甲基纤维素溶胶现场调整;
