图1a﹣图1d中所示的上外部模块1设置有:中心盲孔2,其与其他模块中的相同孔2同轴;和两个安装通孔3,其平行于上外部模块1的中心轴线。在两个相对的侧壁4上,两个插口5设有在图中未示出的永久性嵌入的连接器元件,在上外部模块1的下壁6中,两个凹部7沿着每个具有插口5的侧壁4的边缘形成,且配备有三个方形通孔8。上外部模块1由添加30%的玻璃纤维的聚酰胺制成。
图2a﹣图2d所示的下外部模块9设置有:中心盲孔2,其与其他模块中的相同孔同轴;和两个安装通孔3,其平行于下外部模块9的中心轴线。在两个相对的侧壁4中设置有三个插口5,其中两个带有在附图中未示出的永久性嵌入的连接器元件,一个带有图中未示出的插头,在下外部模块的上壁10中,两个凹部7沿每个具有插口5的侧壁4的边缘制成,且配备有三个方形通孔8。下外部模块9由添加30%的玻璃纤维的聚酰胺制成。
图3a﹣图3e所示的内部模块11设置有:中心通孔2,其与其他模块中的相同孔2同轴;和两个安装通孔3,其平行于中心轴线。在一个侧壁4中,两个插口5设有附图中未示出的永久性固定的连接器元件,在相对的侧壁4中有两个插口5:一个插口具有在附图中未示出的永久性嵌入的连接器元件,第二个插口具有插头。在内部模块11的上壁10和下壁6中,具有三个方形通孔8的两个凹部7沿着每个具有插口5的侧壁4的边缘设置。内部模块11由添加30%的玻璃纤维的聚酰胺制成。
通过图4a和图5a中所示的O形环密封件12确保块的各个模块1、9、11之间的紧密性,所述O形环密封件12安置于在下外部模块9的上壁10、上外部模块1的下壁6和每个内部模块11的上壁10和下壁6上形成的槽13中。
在图4a和图4b中,示出了分配器块的分解视图和组装视图,分配器块包括上外部模块1和下外部模块9。固定模块1、9的两个安装螺栓14穿过每个模块1、9的平行于模块1、9的中心轴线的两个安装通孔3。螺栓14突出到外部模块1、9上方并且在每一侧以用于连接到车架的螺纹尖端15终止。块模块1、9通过螺母16和弹簧垫圈17固定。
在图5a和图5b中,示出了分配器块的分解视图和组装视图,分配器块包括上外部模块1、一个内部模块11和下外部模块9。固定模块1、9、11的两个安装螺栓14穿过每个模块1、9、11的平行于模块1、9和11的中心轴线的两个安装通孔3。螺栓14突出到外部模块1、9上方并且在每一侧以用于连接车架的螺纹尖端15终止。块模块1、9和11由螺母16和弹簧垫圈17固定。
在图6中,示出了分配器块的组装视图,分配器块包括上外部模块1、两个内部模块11和下外部模块9。固定模块1、9、11的两个安装螺栓14穿过每个模块1、9、11的平行于模块1、9和11的中心轴线的两个安装通孔3。螺栓14突出到外部模块1、9上方并且在每一侧以用于连接车架的螺纹尖端15终止。导管18固定在模块1、9、11的插口5中。块模块1、9和11由螺母16和弹簧垫圈17固定。整个分配器块通过以螺纹尖端15终止的螺栓14固定在车辆底盘框架19,安装螺母16与弹簧垫圈17一起拧在所述螺纹尖端15上。
已知的技术方案具有插口,大多数是带螺纹的插口,用于连接气动导管的连接器拧入插口中。如图7a和图7b所示,根据本发明的块不具有嵌入插口5中的连接器,该连接器可以是独立的元件。在每个块模块1、9和11中,制造插口5,在所述插口5中永久性固定有连接器元件:套筒20、锁定套筒21和O形环22。
嵌入各个插口5中的元件被固定以防止脱落。锁定套筒21由于其结构(锁定套筒是当被压入套筒20中时具有纵向凹口的锥体)在被嵌入套筒20中之后自动地固定以防止脱落。借助于套筒20将O形环21夹在插口5中。借助于图4a、图5a、图8a和图8b中所示的锁定元件23防止套筒20从插口5中脱落,所述锁定元件23设置有横梁24以及嵌入的三个竖直下突出销25和三个竖直上突出销25。锁定元件23的下突出销25与下外部模块9或内部模块11中的图7b所示的套筒20接合,并且锁定元件23的上突出销25与顶部安装的上外部模块1或内部模块11中的孔8接合。如图7a和图7b所示,套筒20具有特殊的圆周槽26。在将套筒20安置在插口5中之后,锁定元件23的突出销25被压入方孔8。突出销25与套筒20中的槽26接合,从而可靠地防止套筒20从插口5中脱落。
Claims (6)
1.用于多用途车辆的气动系统的空气分配器块,其包括:主体连接在一起的至少两个模块;至少一个安装孔;至少一个通孔;至少一个紧固元件和设置在所述模块之间的密封件,其特征在于:所述空气分配器包括两个外部模块:上外部模块(1)和下外部模块(9),所述上外部模块和所述下外部模块配备有与其他模块(1,9,11)中的中心同轴盲孔(2)同轴的中心同轴盲孔(2),并且每个外部模块(1,9)具有平行于模块中心轴线的至少两个安装通孔(3),螺栓(14)安装在所述至少两个安装通孔中,所述螺栓突出到所述外部模块(1,9)上方并且在每一侧以用于连接到车架(19)的螺纹尖端(15)终止,其中在每个上外部模块和下外部模块(1,9)的两个相对的侧壁(4)中,形成具有嵌入的连接器元件(20,21,22)的插口(5)或配备有盲插头的插口(5),在所述下外部模块(9)的上壁(10)中和所述上外部模块(1)的下壁(6)中,存在沿着每个形成有所述插口(5)的侧壁(4)的边缘形成的两个凹部(7),所述两个凹部配备有与锁定元件(23)接合的三个通孔(8),所述锁定元件(23)配备有横梁(24)、嵌入的三个竖直下突出销(25)和三个竖直上突出销(25),并且上外部模块和下外部模块(1,9)由包含至少30%的玻璃纤维的塑料材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配器块,所述分配器块还包括嵌入所述上外部模块和下外部模块(1,9)之间的至少一个内部模块(11),所述内部模块(11)配备有与所述其他模块(1,9,11)中的中心通孔(2)同轴的中心通孔(2),所述内部模块配备有平行于所述内部模块(11)的中心轴线的至少两个安装通孔(3),螺栓(14)固定在所述至少两个安装通孔中,并且在所述内部模块(11)的面对的两个相对的侧壁(4)中设置有带有嵌入的连接器元件(20,21,22)的插口(5)或者配备有盲插头的插口(5),其中在每个内部模块(11)的上壁(10)和下壁(6)中设置有沿每个形成有插口(5)的侧壁(4)的边缘形成的两个凹部(7),这两个凹部配备有与锁定元件(23)接合的三个通孔(8),内部模块的所述锁定元件配备有横梁(24)、嵌入的三个竖直下突出销(25)和三个竖直上突出销(25),并且内部模块(11)由包含至少30%的玻璃纤维的塑料材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分配器块,其特征在于,O形环密封件(12)安置于在所述下外部模块(9)的上壁(10)、所述上外部模块(1)的下壁(6)和每个内部模块(11)的上壁(10)和下壁(6)上形成的槽(13)中。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的分配器块,其特征在于,在所述插口(5)中永久性地嵌入连接器元件:套管(20)、锁定套管(21)和O形环(22)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的分配器块,其特征在于,所述锁定元件(23)的下突出销(25)与所述下外部模块(9)或所述内部模块(11)中的套筒(20)接合,所述锁定元件(23)的上突出销(25)与顶部安装的上外部模块(1)或内部模块(11)中的通孔(8)接合。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的分配器块,其特征在于,每个模块(1,9,11)配备有至少三个插口(5)。
