Background

Further preferably, the tremella polysaccharide beverage also comprises 0.08 to 0.12 weight part of tremella polysaccharide.
By adopting the technical scheme, the tremella polysaccharide is an acidic heteropolysaccharide, is obtained from tremella sporophore, is a basidiomycete polysaccharide immunopotentiator, has the effects of improving the immune function of an organism and increasing leucocytes, has the effect of promoting non-specific immunity, improves the levels of immunoglobulin and serum total complement, can prevent and treat bone marrow suppression caused by radioactivity and antitumor drugs, and can also promote the synthesis of protein in the liver.
More preferably, the gel also comprises 20-30 parts of erythritol by weight.

In order to achieve the second purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an emulsifying tank and a stirring tank by using water: adding 2/5 pure water into an emulsification tank, and heating to 75-80 deg.C; adding 2/5 pure water into a stirring tank, and heating to 68-72 deg.C;
(2) pre-mixing and glue melting: premixing fructo-oligosaccharide and pectin for 5-10min to obtain premix, and adding the premix into an emulsification tank and stirring at high speed for 10-15 min;
(3) feeding: sequentially adding Cordyceps militaris, fructus Phyllanthi powder, food essence, anhydrous citric acid, and sucralose into a stirring tank while stirring, adding concentrated juice of Mori fructus and Mel, and stirring for 10-15 min;
(4) mixing and preserving heat: pumping the material liquid in the emulsifying tank into a stirring tank through a 100-mesh filter by using a pump, adding the residual 1/5 pure water into the emulsifying tank for washing, and pumping into the stirring tank for mixing; heating to 75-85 deg.C, stirring and reacting for 30-45 min;
(5) and (3) volume fixing: cooling to 60-65 deg.C, adding mixed fruit essence and refreshing alcohol liquid essence, and stirring;
(6) detection, filtration and sterilization: sampling and detecting to be qualified, filtering the feed liquid by a 100-mesh filter, pumping to UHT for sterilization, and cooling to 55-60 ℃;
(7) filling and filling, and secondary sterilization: after filling the feed liquid, sterilizing the packaging bag in water bath at 85-95 deg.C for 30-45 min;
(8) labeling and packaging: labeling and packaging according to requirements.
More preferably, the stirring speed in step (2) is 3000r/min and the stirring speed in step (3) is 1200r/min and 2000-.
By adopting the technical scheme, through controlling the proper stirring speed, the raw material components can be fully dissolved and dispersed uniformly and stably, and the fruity beverage prepared is uniform in color and luster, mellow in taste and more stable in storage.
More preferably, in the step (6), the sterilization temperature is controlled between 110 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the sterilization time is 20 s.
By adopting the technical scheme, UHT is a sterilization process for fresh milk or beverage treatment, ultrahigh temperature instantaneous sterilization can be realized, refrigeration storage at the temperature below 10 ℃ is not needed, the quality guarantee period can reach 1-6 months, and the quality guarantee period of the cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage prepared by sterilizing the fruit-flavored beverage at the temperature of 110-120 ℃ for 20s can reach 6 months.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the application, the cordyceps militaris, the fructo-oligosaccharide, the phyllanthus emblica powder and other nutritional ingredients are compounded for use, the raw materials have a synergistic interaction effect, and the prepared fruity beverage has high nutritional value and a health-care effect;
(2) according to the application, sweeteners such as mulberry concentrated juice, sucralose and honey are added, so that on one hand, the fruit-flavored beverage is endowed with good color and luster, and on the other hand, the full and mellow fruit taste of the fruit-flavored beverage is increased;
(3) the application also synergistically uses gamma-aminobutyric acid, sea cucumber oligopeptide powder and tea theanine, so that the human immunity is further improved, the human body can fully absorb nutrient substances, and in addition, tremella polysaccharide and erythritol are added, so that the taste of the fruity beverage is improved.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples. It is to be noted that those not indicated for specific conditions, carried out under the conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer, and those not indicated for the reagents or equipment, are conventional products which can be obtained by commercially purchasing them.
The food essence adopts guarana extract, and the mixed fruit essence is purchased from Jiangsu Caoswei Biotechnology limited company.
Example 1: a cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage is prepared from the following components in parts by weight as shown in table 1:
(1) preparing an emulsifying tank and a stirring tank by using water: adding 2/5 pure water into the emulsifying tank, and heating to 75 deg.C; adding 2/5 pure water into a stirring tank, and heating to 68 deg.C;
(2) pre-mixing and glue melting: premixing fructo-oligosaccharide and pectin for 5min to obtain premix, adding the premix into an emulsification tank, and stirring at 2000r/min for 15 min;
(3) feeding: sequentially adding Cordyceps militaris, fructus Phyllanthi powder, food essence, anhydrous citric acid and sucralose into a stirring tank while stirring according to a formula ratio, finally adding concentrated juice of Mori fructus and Mel, and stirring at a rotation speed of 800r/min for 15 min;
(4) mixing and preserving heat: pumping the material liquid in the emulsifying tank into a stirring tank through a 100-mesh filter by using a pump, adding the residual 1/5 pure water into the emulsifying tank for washing, and pumping into the stirring tank for mixing; heating to 75 ℃, and stirring for reaction for 45 min;
(5) and (3) volume fixing: cooling to 60 deg.C, adding mixed fruit essence and refreshing alcohol liquid essence, stirring, and diluting to desired volume with effluent;
(6) detection, filtration and sterilization: sampling and detecting to be qualified, filtering the feed liquid by a 100-mesh filter, pumping to UHT for sterilization, and cooling to 55 ℃;
(7) filling and filling, and secondary sterilization: after filling the feed liquid, sterilizing the packaging bag in water bath at 85 deg.C for 30 min;
(8) labeling and packaging: labeling and packaging according to requirements.
Examples 2 to 6: a cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage is different from the cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage in example 1 in that the components and the corresponding parts by weight are shown in table 1.

(1) preparing an emulsifying tank and a stirring tank by using water: adding 2/5 pure water into the emulsifying tank, and heating to 80 deg.C; adding 2/5 pure water into a stirring tank, and heating to 72 ℃;
(2) pre-mixing and glue melting: premixing fructo-oligosaccharide and pectin for 10min to obtain premix, adding the premix into an emulsification tank, and stirring at 3000r/min for 10 min;
(3) feeding: sequentially adding Cordyceps militaris, fructus Phyllanthi powder, food essence, anhydrous citric acid and sucralose into a stirring tank while stirring according to a formula ratio, finally adding concentrated juice of Mori fructus and Mel, and stirring at a rotation speed of 1200r/min for 10 min;
(4) mixing and preserving heat: pumping the material liquid in the emulsifying tank into a stirring tank through a 100-mesh filter by using a pump, adding the residual 1/5 pure water into the emulsifying tank for washing, and pumping into the stirring tank for mixing; heating to 85 deg.C, stirring and reacting for 30 min;
(5) and (3) volume fixing: cooling to 65 deg.C, adding mixed fruit essence and refreshing alcohol liquid essence, stirring, and diluting to desired volume with pure water;
(6) detection, filtration and sterilization: sampling and detecting to be qualified, filtering the feed liquid by a 100-mesh filter, pumping to UHT for sterilization, and cooling to 60 ℃;
(7) filling and filling, and secondary sterilization: after filling the feed liquid, sterilizing the packaging bag in water bath at 95 ℃ for 30 min;

Example 8: a cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage is different from the cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage in the embodiment 1 in that 20 parts by weight of gamma-aminobutyric acid is added in raw material components.
Example 9: a cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage is different from the cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage in the embodiment 1 in that 30 parts by weight of gamma-aminobutyric acid is added in raw material components.

Comparative example 1: the difference from example 1 is that a fruit-flavored beverage of a type commonly commercially available is used.
Comparative example 2: the difference from example 1 is that a fruit flavored beverage of a type generally commercially available and different from comparative example 1 was used.
Immunity test
The Cordyceps militaris drink fruity beverage prepared in examples 1-17 and the ordinary commercial fruity beverage obtained in comparative examples 1-2 were subjected to a test for enhancing human immunity.
The test method comprises the following steps: 1900 persons in the same area are randomly selected and averagely divided into 19 groups, wherein the 1900 persons are totally suffered from cold diseases about 5700 times in one year, namely, the average 300 times in each group. The 1 st to 17 th groups respectively drink the cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored drink prepared in the examples 1 to 17, the 18 th to 19 th groups respectively drink the common commercial fruit-flavored drink obtained in the comparative examples 1 to 2, and the cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored drink is taken for one year according to a method that each person takes one bottle (350mL) orally 2 times a week and each time. After one year, the cumulative number of cold attacks of each group is counted respectively, and the counting result is shown in the following table 2.
The test data in table 2 show that the frequency of catching cold of the user is obviously reduced after the cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored drink prepared by the invention is taken for a long time, which shows that the cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored drink prepared by the invention has better health care and immunity improving functions.

7. The method for preparing cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an emulsifying tank and a stirring tank by using water: adding 2/5 pure water into an emulsification tank, and heating to 75-80 deg.C; adding 2/5 pure water into a stirring tank, and heating to 68-72 deg.C;
(2) pre-mixing and glue melting: premixing fructo-oligosaccharide and pectin for 5-10min to obtain premix, and adding the premix into an emulsification tank and stirring at high speed for 10-15 min;
(3) feeding: sequentially adding Cordyceps militaris, fructus Phyllanthi powder, food essence, anhydrous citric acid, and sucralose into a stirring tank while stirring, adding concentrated juice of Mori fructus and Mel, and stirring for 10-15 min;
(4) mixing and preserving heat: pumping the material liquid in the emulsifying tank into a stirring tank through a 100-mesh filter by using a pump, adding the residual 1/5 pure water into the emulsifying tank for washing, and pumping into the stirring tank for mixing; heating to 75-85 deg.C, stirring and reacting for 30-45 min;
(5) and (3) volume fixing: cooling to 60-65 deg.C, adding mixed fruit essence and refreshing alcohol liquid essence, stirring, adding pure water to desired volume;

8. The method for preparing cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage as claimed in claim 7, wherein the stirring speed in step (2) is 3000r/min and the stirring speed in step (3) is 1200 r/min.
9. The method for preparing cordyceps militaris fruit-flavored beverage as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the step (6), the sterilization temperature is controlled to be between 110 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the sterilization time is 20 s.
