本发明涉及一种电池极片的传送机构。
背景技术
电池的正负两极片需要通过焊接进行连接,焊接的质量直接导致了电池的好坏,传统方式通常采用人工焊接,人工将电池极片进行传送,速度慢,效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有技术中人工传送电池极片的问题,提出了一种新的电池极片的传输装置,该装置具有传送电池极片的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种电池极片的传送机构,所述传送机构由输送装置和旋转送料机械手组成。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述输送装置包括振动盘,所述振动盘的出料口对应设有吸料块,安装在底板五上的气缸九推动吸料块移动,安装在底座四侧面的气缸十推动着底板五上下移动。
优选地,所述旋转送料机械手包括安装在机架上的底座三,电机安装在底座三底部并驱动着安装在底座三顶部的机械臂旋转,所述机械臂上设有极片吸模块。

如图1所示,一种电池极片的传送机构,所述传送机构由输送装置51和旋转送料机械手52组成,所述输送装置51包括振动盘511,所述振动盘511的出料口对应设有吸料块(512),安装在底板五513上的气缸九514推动吸料块(512)移动,安装在底座四515侧面的气缸十516推动着底板五513上下移动;所述旋转送料机械手52包括安装在机架上的底座三521,电机522安装在底座三521底部并驱动着安装在底座三521顶部的机械臂523旋转,所述机械臂523上设有极片吸模块524。
