本发明公开了一种叶片泵,包括泵壳,以及设置在泵壳开口处的端盖;所述端盖和泵壳之间转动连接有转轴,所述转轴位于端盖和泵壳的偏心位置;所述泵壳内固定安装有定子,所述定子与泵壳同轴设置;所述定子内设有叶片腔;所述叶片腔内转动连接有与转子,所述转子与定子同轴设置;所述转子的圆周侧面沿其径向滑动连接有叶片;所述转子内的中心位置设有齿轮腔;所述齿轮腔的内圆周侧壁上设有凸齿,所述转轴固定安装有与凸齿啮合的内齿轮,所述内齿轮位于转子的偏心位置处;所述端盖内以及泵壳内在定子的端部均设有配流盘;该叶片泵不仅结构简单,而且能提升叶片泵吸油腔内压力的,使吸油更加顺畅。

技术领域
本发明属于液压泵技术领域,尤其涉及一种叶片泵。
背景技术
叶片泵是液压系统中广泛应用的液压动力元件,但其自吸能力比较差,工作时如果入口供给油压低极易造成吸油不足导致吸空产生气穴现象,造成震动与噪音,泵内摩擦副的快速摩损,加速泵的失效,影响泵的工作寿命,因此叶片泵入口吸油不足问题对其稳定工作有着很大的影响。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种提升叶片泵吸油腔内压力的,使吸油更加顺畅的叶片泵。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种叶片泵,包括泵壳,以及设置在泵壳开口处的端盖;所述端盖和泵壳之间转动连接有转轴,所述转轴位于端盖和泵壳的偏心位置,所述转轴的一端伸出泵壳;所述泵壳内固定安装有定子,所述定子与泵壳同轴设置;所述定子内设有叶片腔;所述叶片腔内转动连接有与转子,所述转子与定子同轴设置;所述转子的圆周侧面沿其径向设有插接槽,所述插接槽内滑动连接有叶片;所述转子内的中心位置设有齿轮腔;所述齿轮腔的内圆周侧壁上设有凸齿,所述转轴固定安装有与凸齿啮合的内齿轮,所述内齿轮位于转子的偏心位置处;所述端盖内以及泵壳内在定子的端部均设有配流盘,所述配流盘上均设有与齿轮腔的吸油区连通的第一配流孔、与齿轮腔的排油区连通的第二配流孔、与叶片腔的吸油区连通的第三配流孔、与叶片腔排油区连通的第四配流孔;所述端盖内设有与第一配流孔连通的第一配流槽、与第一配流槽连通的进油口、与第四配流孔连通的第二配流槽、与第二配流槽连通的出油口、以及用于连通第二配流孔和第三配流孔的第三配流槽。
进一步的技术方案中,所述端盖上插接有溢流阀,所述端盖内设有用于连通第三配流槽和溢流阀的进口的第一通孔、以及用于连通进油口和溢流阀的出口的第二通孔。
进一步的技术方案中,所述端盖朝向泵壳的端面上设有安装槽,配流盘位于安装槽内。
进一步的技术方案中,所述安装槽的内圆周侧壁上以及泵壳的内圆周侧壁上均对称设有卡槽,所述配流盘的圆周侧面对称设有卡接到所述卡槽内的凸块。
进一步的技术方案中,所述第一配流孔和第二配流孔均为腰型孔。
进一步的技术方案中,所述泵壳内在与转轴连接有设有轴承,所述轴承的内圈与转轴之间以及轴承的外圈和泵壳之间均为过盈配合。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
在转子内部设置的内齿轮和凸齿的啮合组组合形成齿轮泵装置,该叶片泵工作时通过齿轮泵装置将液压油进行预升压,排入到叶片腔的吸油区,使叶片在旋转、吸油腔增大的过程中更容易的吸油,解决了叶片泵本身自吸能力不足的问题,从而避免了叶片泵的气穴现象,延长了叶片泵的使用寿命,该叶片泵通过集成的方式将齿轮泵装置设置在叶片泵内,节省空间,结构紧凑。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-12所示,一种叶片泵,包括泵壳7,以及设置在泵壳7开口处的端盖1;所述端盖1和泵壳7之间转动连接有转轴8,所述转轴8位于端盖1和泵壳7的偏心位置,所述转轴8的一端伸出泵壳7;所述泵壳7内固定安装有定子3,所述定子3与泵壳7同轴设置;所述定子3内设有叶片腔301;所述叶片腔301内转动连接有与转子4,所述转子4与定子3同轴设置;所述转子4的圆周侧面沿其径向设有插接槽401,所述插接槽401内滑动连接有叶片5;所述转子4内的中心位置设有齿轮腔403;所述齿轮腔403的内圆周侧壁上设有凸齿402,所述转轴8固定安装有与凸齿402啮合的内齿轮6,所述内齿轮6位于转子4的偏心位置处;所述端盖1内以及泵壳7内在定子3的端部均设有配流盘2,所述配流盘2上均设有与齿轮腔403的吸油区连通的第一配流孔2a、与齿轮腔403的排油区连通的第二配流孔2b、与叶片腔301的吸油区连通的两个对称设置的第三配流孔2c、与叶片腔301排油区连通的两个对称设置的第四配流孔2e;这里所述第一配流孔2a和第二配流孔2b均为腰型孔。所述端盖1内设有与第一配流孔2a连通的第一配流槽1a、与第一配流槽1a连通的进油口101、与第四配流孔2e连通的第二配流槽1c、与第二配流槽1c连通的出油口102、以及用于连通第二配流孔2b和第三配流孔2c的第三配流槽1b。所述端盖1上插接有溢流阀9,所述端盖1内设有用于连通第三配流槽1b和溢流阀9的进口的第一通孔1h、以及用于连通进油口101和溢流阀9的出口的第二通孔1g。
所述端盖1朝向泵壳7的端面上设有安装槽103,配流盘2位于安装槽103内。所述安装槽103的内圆周侧壁上以及泵壳7的内圆周侧壁上均对称设有卡槽104,所述配流盘2的圆周侧面对称设有卡接到所述卡槽104内的凸块201。所述泵壳7内在与转轴8连接有设有轴承66,所述轴承66的内圈与转轴8之间以及轴承66的外圈和泵壳7之间均为过盈配合。
当叶片泵需要工作时,需要将电机和叶片泵的转轴8相连,打开电机带动转轴8旋转,由于转轴8与内齿轮6平键相连,又因为内齿轮6与转子4内部凸齿402的啮合关系,使得内齿轮6转动时带动转子4一起转动,此时在转子4内部形成一个内啮合的齿轮泵装置,转子4外部插入叶片5并与定子3的叶片腔301之间形成叶片泵结构,当叶片泵开始工作时,液压油从进油口101被吸入,经过第一配流槽1a、第一配流孔2a、进入齿轮腔403的吸油区通过内啮合的齿轮泵装置进行预增压,在经过第二配流孔2b、第三配流槽1b,第三配流孔2c进入叶片腔301的吸油区。由于内啮合的齿轮泵装置提供的油液总是大于叶片泵所需要的油液,多余油液经过第三配流槽1b、第一通孔1h、溢流阀9的进口、溢流阀9的出口、第二通孔1g流回到进油口101处,而进入叶片腔301吸油区的油液通过转子4旋转,使液压油经过第四配流孔2e和第二配流槽1c进入到出油口102,并排除泵外,本发明通过转子4内部内啮合的齿轮泵装置将液压油进行预升压,排入到叶片腔301吸油区中,使叶片5在旋转,吸油腔增大的过程中更容易的吸油,而且通过溢流阀9的调节,可以更加准确地控制传送至叶片腔301吸油区内油液的压力,解决了叶片泵本身自吸能力不足的问题,从而避免了叶片泵的气穴现象,延长了叶片泵的使用寿命,本发明通过集成的方式将齿轮泵装置设置在叶片泵内,节省空间,结构紧凑。

1.一种叶片泵,包括泵壳,以及设置在泵壳开口处的端盖;其特征在于,所述端盖和泵壳之间转动连接有转轴,所述转轴位于端盖和泵壳的偏心位置,所述转轴的一端伸出泵壳;所述泵壳内固定安装有定子,所述定子与泵壳同轴设置;所述定子内设有叶片腔;所述叶片腔内转动连接有与转子,所述转子与定子同轴设置;所述转子的圆周侧面沿其径向设有插接槽,所述插接槽内滑动连接有叶片;所述转子内的中心位置设有齿轮腔;所述齿轮腔的内圆周侧壁上设有凸齿,所述转轴固定安装有与凸齿啮合的内齿轮,所述内齿轮位于转子的偏心位置处;所述端盖内以及泵壳内在定子的端部均设有配流盘,所述配流盘上均设有与齿轮腔的吸油区连通的第一配流孔、与齿轮腔的排油区连通的第二配流孔、与叶片腔的吸油区连通的第三配流孔、与叶片腔排油区连通的第四配流孔;所述端盖内设有与第一配流孔连通的第一配流槽、与第一配流槽连通的进油口、与第四配流孔连通的第二配流槽、与第二配流槽连通的出油口、以及用于连通第二配流孔和第三配流孔的第三配流槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述端盖上插接有溢流阀,所述端盖内设有用于连通第三配流槽和溢流阀的进口的第一通孔、以及用于连通进油口和溢流阀的出口的第二通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述端盖朝向泵壳的端面上设有安装槽,配流盘位于安装槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述安装槽的内圆周侧壁上以及泵壳的内圆周侧壁上均对称设有卡槽,所述配流盘的圆周侧面对称设有卡接到所述卡槽内的凸块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述第一配流孔和第二配流孔均为腰型孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述泵壳内在与转轴连接有设有轴承,所述轴承的内圈与转轴之间以及轴承的外圈和泵壳之间均为过盈配合。
