Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
The features and properties of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
The embodiment of the invention provides a seed soaking liquid, a seed soaking method, a seedling raising method and a planting method of snakegourd fruit.
The embodiment of the invention provides a seed soaking liquid, wherein the effective components of the seed soaking liquid comprise gibberellin and carbendazim, the concentration of the gibberellin in the seed soaking liquid is 600-800mg/L, and the concentration of the carbendazim in the seed soaking liquid is 0.125-0.25 mg/L. Preferably, the concentration of gibberellin in the seed soaking solution is 650-750mg/L, and the concentration of carbendazim in the seed soaking solution is 0.15-0.2 mg/L.
The effective components of the seed soaking liquid only comprise gibberellin and carbendazim, and the gibberellin and the carbendazim are combined to quickly break the dormancy stage of seeds, improve the disease resistance of the seeds, further improve the emergence rate of the seeds and shorten the emergence time. And the seed soaking liquid only contains two active ingredients, so that the influence of excessive active ingredients of the seed soaking liquid on the seeds is reduced, and the emergence rate of the seeds is further ensured. The content of the seed soaking liquid and the seed soaking liquid is further controlled, and the seed soaking effect of the seed soaking liquid on the seeds can be further ensured. Particularly, for the seeds such as snakegourd fruit which are thick in seed coats and extremely difficult to absorb seed soaking liquid, the emergence time is long, and the emergence rate is low.
Further, the embodiment of the invention also provides a seed soaking method, which comprises the following steps: the seed soaking liquid and the seeds described in the previous embodiment are mixed for seed soaking.
Further, the mass ratio of the seeds to the seed soaking liquid is 1: 1.2-1.7; the seed soaking time is 24-48 hours, and the seed soaking temperature is 25-30 ℃. By adopting the seed soaking conditions, the emergence rate of the seeds can be further improved.
Further, the seed soaking method further comprises the following steps: pre-treating the seeds prior to seed soaking; preferably, the pretreatment comprises subjecting healthy and intact seeds to a dehulling treatment; preferably, the dehulling treatment comprises shearing or ripping the seed coat, but not scratching the kernel; by adopting the method to pretreat the seeds, the effect of the seed soaking liquid on the seeds can be further improved, the absorption of the seeds on the seed soaking liquid can be further promoted, the breaking of the dormancy stage of the seeds is accelerated, the disease resistance of the seeds is improved, and the emergence rate of the seeds is improved.
The seeds are snakegourd fruit seeds. The seed soaking method has a better effect on the snakegourd seeds, and is more beneficial to the recovery of the snakegourd seeds.
Further, the embodiment of the invention also provides a seedling raising method, which comprises the step of sowing the seeds obtained by the seed soaking method in a soil matrix for germination.
Specifically, before sowing, the seeds soaked in the solution are naturally dried at 20-25 ℃. Because at the seed soaking in-process, the seed coat of seed has been lacerated, consequently, inside and the surface of seed contain a large amount of moisture, dries the moisture that can get rid of the seed surface naturally, avoids after the seeding because the too high and seed quilt of leading to of seed surface moisture corrodes, guarantees the survival rate of seed, promotes its emergence rate.
Then, the seeds are sown in the soil matrix, and the sowing density is 2cm by 2 cm. By adopting the density, the seedling emergence effect of the seeds can be ensured, and the growth of the adjacent seedlings can not be influenced mutually after the seedlings emerge.
Further, the soil matrix is a matrix containing turfy soil and river sand; preferably, the soil matrix is formed by mixing turfy soil and river sand according to the volume ratio of 1: 0.8-1.2; most preferably, the soil matrix is turfy soil, perlite and river sand according to a volume ratio of 1: 0.8-1.2: mixing the obtained matrix at a ratio of 0.8-1.2. The adopted turfy soil is rich in humus and is a good seeding and cultivation substrate and a good soil conditioner; the perlite can improve the soil structure, reduce hardening and improve the soil permeability, and the river sand has the functions of loosening the soil and retaining water, and is beneficial to seed germination and crop growth. The mixture of the three soil matrixes can promote seed germination and improve the germination rate and the survival rate.
Further, after the seeds are sown in the soil matrix, covering a layer of the soil matrix on the seeds; preferably, the thickness of the covered soil substrate is 1-2 cm. Covering the soil matrix after sowing can not only preserve heat of the seeds, but also enable the seeds to absorb nutrient components in the soil matrix from all directions, thereby promoting the emergence of seedlings. The thickness of the soil matrix is further controlled, so that the heat preservation and nutrition supply of the soil matrix to the seeds can be ensured, and the problems that the seedlings burn or cannot germinate and the like due to the fact that the covered soil matrix is too thick can be prevented.
After covering a soil matrix, culturing the seeds; preferably, the temperature for culturing is 25-30 ℃, and the illumination for culturing is 500-; and after 6-8 days of culture, the seeds emerge to form seedling plants. By adopting the culture conditions, the seedling emergence effect of the seeds can be further ensured.
Further, watering every 2-3 days during the culture period; preferably, the watering is spray watering. And in the culture period, watering is carried out regularly, so that the humidity of the soil matrix is ensured, and the germination of seeds is facilitated.
Particularly, the seedling raising method is particularly suitable for snakegourd fruit seeds, shortens the emergence time of the snakegourd fruit seeds, and improves the survival rate and survival time of the snakegourd fruit seeds.
Further, the embodiment of the invention also provides a planting method of snakegourd fruit, which comprises the steps of transplanting the seedling plant formed by the seedling raising method to a field; specifically, the seedling plant is cultured until 2 true leaves grow out, and then the seedling plant is transplanted to a field. The culture conditions are the same as those in the seedling raising method.

The seedlings were grown according to the method provided in example 4, except that the soil substrate used was only river sand, the seedlings emerged 10 days after seedling culture, and the rate of emergence was 80% 15 days after seedling culture.
According to the comparison, the active ingredients of the seed soaking liquid are only gibberellin and carbendazim, so that the seed soaking effect of the seed soaking liquid can be improved, the seedling emergence effect of the snakegourd seeds is further improved, and the emergence time is shortened. While increasing the active ingredients of other commonly used seed-soaking solutions may result in a substantial decrease in the time and rate of emergence.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
