(1) mixing retinol and methyl propylene glycol, stirring for dissolving, adding polyhydroxy fullerene, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first pre-prepared liquid;
(2) mixing astaxanthin and 1, 2-pentanediol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second pre-prepared liquid;
(3) pre-dispersing the acetyl chitosamine uniformly by using part of water, dissolving into the rest of water, slowly adding the first pre-prepared liquid obtained in the step (1) and the second pre-prepared liquid obtained in the step (2) under uniform stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening anti-aging composition.
6. Use of the whitening anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for preparing cosmetics for anti-aging, skin elasticity increasing, skin moisture content increasing, and whitening.
7. A cosmetic comprising the whitening anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4.

The elastic brightening essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.005 wt% of polyhydroxy fullerene, 0.3 wt% of retinol, 0.005 wt% of astaxanthin, 0.3 wt% of acetyl chitosamine, 0.5 wt% of sodium polyacrylate, 5 wt% of methyl propylene glycol, 3 wt% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.5 wt% of phenoxyethanol, 0.5 wt% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water.
9. The essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.005 wt% of polyhydroxy fullerene, 0.3 wt% of retinol, 0.005 wt% of astaxanthin, 0.3 wt% of acetyl chitosamine, 0.5 wt% of sodium polyacrylate, 5 wt% of methyl propylene glycol, 3 wt% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 3 wt% of polyglycerol-10, 3% of tremella extract, 0.5 wt% of phenoxyethanol, 0.5 wt% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water.
10. The elastic brightening cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.005% of polyhydroxy fullerene, 0.3% of retinol, 0.005% of astaxanthin, 0.3% of acetyl chitosamine, 0.5% of sodium polyacrylate, 5% of methyl propylene glycol, 3% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 3% of polyglycerol-10, 3% of tremella fuciformis extract, 2% of SEPIGEL 305, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.5% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 1.2% of cetyl alcohol, 5% of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 3% of a mixture of cyclopentadidimethyl siloxane and cyclohexasiloxane, and the balance of water.
