本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,特别涉及一种防草地布及其制备方法。
背景技术
对植物生产而言,防草和增加光照时间是非常重要的。现有技术中已有一些防草地布产品,然而其在产品性能或者工艺技术上都存在一些缺点,导致其无法广泛得以应用。
中国专利CN105542401A公开了一种PET防草布及生产方法,其包括PET原料、助剂和纳米银,并通过制备PET扁丝,再通过圆织机或平织机织造成防草布。该产品没有反光效果,且PET粘度低、力学强度低、PET扁丝难以拉伸取向,同时制备工艺复杂,导致产品应用受限。
中国专利CN109328791A公开了一种具有长效抗老化功能的PE防草地布,其原料组成包括聚乙烯85~90%,色母料4~5%,抗老化助剂3~5%,填充母料3~5%。该产品是将耐老化的黑色HDPE扁丝通过圆织机或平织机织造成地布,从而实现防草的目的,然而其在使用过程中扁丝容易松散或被踩散,且黑该产品同样没有反光效果。
中国专利CN208129034U公开了一种用于葡萄园的防草和反光两用的葡萄行覆盖物,所述葡萄行覆盖物具有园艺地布层和反光膜层,所述园艺地布层在下,所述反光膜层在上,所述园艺地布层和所述反光膜层均为矩形,且两者对齐设置;在所述葡萄行覆盖物的一个较长的边上将所述园艺地布层和所述反光膜层用缝合线进行缝合,另一个较长的边上等间隔设置用于连接所述园艺地布层和所述反光膜层的按扣;所述葡萄行覆盖物的两个较短的边上分别设置拉链;在所述葡萄行覆盖物朝向地面的一侧的四周,等间隔设置塑料地钉。该产品能够同时实现对葡萄园中的防草和提高着色两种功能,但由于其是将园艺地布层和反光膜缝合在一起,不能实现透气和渗水,因而可能会导致植物根部腐烂。
中国专利CN106009267A公开了一种防老化防杂草穿膜的地膜,所述地膜为双层复合膜,包括上层膜和下层膜,其中上层膜具有反光和防老化的功能,下层膜具有防草和防老化功能,然而其是通过吹膜机实现以PVA为主的上层反光透气膜和以PE为主的下层防草层的,由于是吹膜制备的产品,生产过程中取向较小,因此产品只要有一个缺口就容易被撕开,即产品的两层之间容易分离,大大使其应用范围受限。
中国专利CN103190321A公开了一种无纺布农用防草地膜,该地膜原料组分组成:PVA水溶性纤维20~50%、聚丙烯-亲水母粒3~8%、聚丙烯-抗老化母粒3~8%、其余为聚丙烯。该发明的防草地膜采用抗老化配方时具备透气、透水的优点。然而使用这种可降解材料生产的无纺布地膜作为防草膜,存在产品力学性能低、不耐用、没有反光效果的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种透气反光防草地布,其兼具透气、反光、耐用耐老化、防草、力学性能优异的特点,同时提供该透气反光防草地布的制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种透气反光防草地布,其包括地布基体和均布设置在所述地布基体上的透气针孔,所述地布基体由黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层和涂覆热合在所述黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上表面的白色光反射膜组成。
具体地,本发明的地布基体中的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层为扁丝编织物,因而能阻碍光线透入泥土表面,起到防止杂草生长的作用,而在其表面涂覆热合的白色光反射膜具有反射蓝光、红光及红外光的功能,从而起到促进植物生长的作用。所述地布基体经黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层与白色光反射膜的涂覆热合形成力学性能良好的具有整体性的单复布,区别于现有技术中防草地膜或防草地布的结构,同时利用透气针孔结构赋予该防草地布透气、渗水的功能,从而使得该防草地布兼具促植物生长、防草、透气、力学性能好等优异的综合性能。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述透气针孔的针孔大小为0.15~1.5mm,针孔密度为500~800个/10×10cm2。具体地,透气针孔的针孔过小或针孔密度过低会导致该防草地布的透气、渗水效果下降,而透气针孔的针孔过大或针孔密度过高则无法保证该防草地布兼具优异的力学性能,因此,本发明对透气针孔的针孔大小和针孔密度进行限定,使得该防草地布的透气、渗水效果与产品力学性能及耐用性得以兼具。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述透气针孔的纵截面为倒梯形。具体地,倒梯形纵截面的设置能在所述黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的遮光效果无明显下降的基础上进一步提高透气针孔的透气、渗水效果。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的布基密度为50~130g/m2,布基扁丝经密度为28~66组/10cm、纬密度为20~50组/10cm。具体地,由于本发明中的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层属于编织物,因而其布基的密度和编织扁丝的经纬密度均对该黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的力学性能、遮光性能以及其与白色光反射膜的热合强度造成一定的影响。本发明通过对黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层布基密度、扁丝经纬密度的限定,使得该防草地布兼具良好的遮光效果和力学性能,且地布基体的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层与白色光反射膜粘合强度高,具有良好的整体性,经长期使用无剥离现象。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述白色光反射膜的膜重为20~100g/m2。具体地,本发明通过对白色光反射膜膜重的限定使其具有理想的膜层厚度和光反射效果。
一种如上所述的耐老化的透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)以高密度聚乙烯为主料,加入炭黑母粒,经熔融、拉丝处理制备得扁丝,通过圆织机将扁丝编织成布,得黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层;
2)以低密度聚乙烯和高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯为主料,加入光反射功能型母粒,经熔融,流延至步骤1)所得的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的上表面,涂覆热合得白色光反射膜;
3)采用针扎方式,由白色光反射膜至黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层方向打孔,形成透气针孔。
具体地,本发明步骤1)中所述拉丝处理工艺包括将熔融物料经单螺杆挤出机挤出成膜,以20~40℃水温冷却后切割成扁丝,经80~128℃拉伸,拉伸倍数为5~7倍,并在100~120℃定型处理,控制扁丝宽度为1.5~3.5mm、线密度为650~2000旦尼尔,同时单丝抗拉强度≥0.38N/tex、伸长率15~35%、热收缩率小于2%。实际上,拉丝处理工艺属于编织工艺中的常规工艺之一。本发明通过限定拉丝处理后扁丝的宽度、线密度、抗拉强度等参数,以使得后续编织而成的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层具有合适的力学性能和遮光效果。
本发明步骤2)中采用了流延成膜的方式在黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上涂覆热合白色光反射膜,从而获得力学性能好、整体性强的地布基体。本发明的地布基体属于单复布,相比起现有技术中的单层膜结构或双层分离结构的防草地膜或防草地布,具有制备工艺简单、力学性能好、耐用、兼具光反射和防草功能等优点。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述白色光反射膜的原料组分包括低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒和钛白粉,所述低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒和钛白粉按原料重量份比为(20~80):(20~80):(8~25):(3~10):(1~5)。具体地,所述低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、防老化母粒和钛白粉均可采用普通的市售原料,如低密度聚乙烯选用LA0710或2420D,高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯选用DNDA-7144或LM2320,防老化母粒选用光稳定剂944或UV-3853。本发明对白色光反射膜的原料组分及配比进行特殊限定,其目的是获得加工流延性能良好、光反射效果良好、耐用耐老化的涂覆热合膜层。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述光反射功能型母粒的原料组分包括低密度聚乙烯、高融指线性低密度聚乙烯、包覆型二氧化钛和助剂,所述低密度聚乙烯、高融指线性低密度聚乙烯、包覆型二氧化钛和助剂按原料重量份比为(5~30):(5~30):(40~80):(1~3)。具体地,所述低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、包覆型二氧化钛均可采用普通的市售原料,如低密度聚乙烯选用LA0710或2420D,高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯选用DNDA-7144或LM2320。进一步地,所述助剂由分散剂和抗氧剂组成。本发明助剂的作用是进一步提高光反射功能型母粒的分散性能和耐老化性能,其分散剂和抗氧剂均可采用普通的市售原料,且两者的添加比例无需特殊限定,如分散剂选用硬脂酸或合成蜡,抗氧剂选用抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076或抗氧剂168中的其中一种。本发明对光反射功能型母粒的原料组分及配比进行特殊限定,其目的是获得分散性能良好、光反射效果良好的功能母粒。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述包覆型二氧化钛为无机表面包覆二氧化钛,具体地,所述无机表面包覆二氧化钛可选用市售的二氧化硅包覆二氧化钛产品,如IR-1000。本发明在光反射功能型母粒中添加耐候性和化学稳定性良好的包覆型二氧化钛,进一步提高了该光反射功能型母粒的光反射效果。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的原料组分包括高密度聚乙烯、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和光稳定剂,所述高密度聚乙烯、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和光稳定剂按原料重量份比为100:(2~10):(2~10):(2~8)。具体地,所述高密度聚乙烯、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和光稳定剂均可采用普通的市售原料,如高密度聚乙烯选用DGDA-6094或5000S,碳酸钙母粒选用碳酸钙含量为50~70%的市售母粒,炭黑母粒选用炭黑含量为30~40%的市售母粒,光稳定剂选用汽巴944、汽巴622或氰特3853。本发明对黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的原料组分及配比进行特殊限定,其目的是获得具有良好加工性能、力学性能、遮光效果的耐用耐老化的布基。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明在黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上涂覆热合一层白色光反射膜层并均布设置透气针孔结构,形成具有整体性的单复布,赋予产品兼具遮光防草、光反射促植物生长、透气渗水和耐用的优点。
2)本发明的制备方法工艺简单,有利于大规模工业化生产。

实施例1
本发明的透气防草地布较现有技术的防草地布或防草地膜有特殊的结构,如附图1所示,具体包括地布基体1和均布设置在所述地布基体上的纵截面为倒梯形的透气针孔2,所述地布基体1由黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层11和涂覆热合在所述黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层11上表面的白色光反射膜12组成。
实施例2
一种如实施例1所述的耐老化的透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)将高密度聚乙烯DGDA-6094、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和汽巴944按原料重量份比为100:8:4:2混炼,经单螺杆挤出机挤出成膜,以20℃水温冷却后切割成扁丝,经80℃拉伸,拉伸倍数为7倍,并在100℃定型处理,控制扁丝宽度为2.0mm、线密度为1000旦尼尔,同时单丝抗拉强度≥0.38N/tex、伸长率15%、热收缩率小于2%,得编织扁丝;
2)采用六梭、八梭圆织机,将步骤1)所得编织扁丝编织成折径2.5m的布基,控制布基密度为90g/m2,布基扁丝经密度为60组/10cm、纬密度为50组/10cm,得黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层;
3)将低密度聚乙烯LA0710、高融指线性低密度聚乙烯LM2320、包覆型二氧化钛、分散剂和抗氧剂1010按原料重量份比为20:20:59:0.5:0.5投入双螺杆造粒机中熔融挤出造粒,得光反射功能型母粒,备用;
4)将低密度聚乙烯LA0710、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯LM2320、光反射功能型母粒、防老化光稳定剂944和钛白粉按原料重量份比为48:40:8:3:3混炼,采用涂覆机在步骤2)所得的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上表面进行流延涂覆,控制流延膜的膜重为27g/m2,得白色光反射膜;
5)采用针辊针扎方式,由白色光反射膜至黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层方向针扎打孔,形成纵截面为倒梯形的有方向性的透气针孔,控制针孔大小为0.25mm,针孔密度为500个/10×10cm2,得实施例2透气反光防草地布成品。
实施例3
一种如实施例1所述的耐老化的透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)将高密度聚乙烯5000S、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和汽巴622按原料重量份比为100:8:4:2混炼,经单螺杆挤出机挤出成膜,以40℃水温冷却后切割成扁丝,经128℃拉伸,拉伸倍数为5倍,并在120℃定型处理,控制扁丝宽度为2.0mm、线密度为2000旦尼尔,同时单丝抗拉强度≥0.38N/tex、伸长率35%、热收缩率小于2%,得编织扁丝;
2)采用六梭、八梭圆织机,将步骤1)所得编织扁丝编织成折径1m的布基,控制布基密度为80g/m2,布基扁丝经密度为50组/10cm、纬密度为46组/10cm,得黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层;
3)将低密度聚乙烯2420D、高融指线性低密度聚乙烯DNDA-7144、包覆型二氧化钛、分散剂和抗氧剂168按原料重量份比为20:20:59:0.5:0.5投入双螺杆造粒机中熔融挤出造粒,得光反射功能型母粒,备用;
4)将低密度聚乙烯2420D、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯DNDA-7144、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒UV-3853和钛白粉按原料重量份比为20:65:10:3:2混炼,采用涂覆机在步骤2)所得的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上表面进行流延涂覆,控制流延膜的膜重为33g/m2,得白色光反射膜;
5)采用针辊针扎方式,由白色光反射膜至黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层方向针扎打孔,形成纵截面为倒梯形的有方向性的透气针孔,控制针孔大小为0.65mm,针孔密度为800个/10×10cm2,得实施例3透气反光防草地布成品。
实施例4
一种如实施例1所述的耐老化的透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)将高密度聚乙烯DGDA-6094、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和氰特3853按原料重量份比为100:4:5:3混炼,经单螺杆挤出机挤出成膜,以30℃水温冷却后切割成扁丝,经100℃拉伸,拉伸倍数为5倍,并在120℃定型处理,控制扁丝宽度为2.5mm、线密度为650旦尼尔,同时单丝抗拉强度≥0.38N/tex、伸长率20%、热收缩率小于2%,得编织扁丝;
2)采用六梭、八梭圆织机,将步骤1)所得编织扁丝编织成折径2m的布基,控制布基密度为130g/m2,布基扁丝经密度为40组/10cm、纬密度为36组/10cm,得黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层;
3)将低密度聚乙烯LA0710、高融指线性低密度聚乙烯DNDA-7144、包覆型二氧化钛、分散剂和抗氧剂1076按原料重量份比为30:30:40:1.5:1.5投入双螺杆造粒机中熔融挤出造粒,得光反射功能型母粒,备用;
4)将低密度聚乙烯LA0710、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯DNDA-7144、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒光稳定剂944和钛白粉按原料重量份比为20:80:25:3:5混炼,采用涂覆机在步骤2)所得的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上表面进行流延涂覆,控制流延膜的膜重为20g/m2,得白色光反射膜;
5)采用针辊针扎方式,由白色光反射膜至黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层方向针扎打孔,形成纵截面为倒梯形的有方向性的透气针孔,控制针孔大小为0.15mm,针孔密度为600个/10×10cm2,得实施例4透气反光防草地布成品。
实施例5
一种如实施例1所述的耐老化的透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)将高密度聚乙烯5000S、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和汽巴944按原料重量份比为100:10:2:8混炼,经单螺杆挤出机挤出成膜,以40℃水温冷却后切割成扁丝,经128℃拉伸,拉伸倍数为7倍,并在100℃定型处理,控制扁丝宽度为3.5mm、线密度为1500旦尼尔,同时单丝抗拉强度≥0.38N/tex、伸长率25%、热收缩率小于2%,得编织扁丝;
2)采用六梭、八梭圆织机,将步骤1)所得编织扁丝编织成折径1.5m的布基,控制布基密度为50g/m2,布基扁丝经密度为30组/10cm、纬密度为50组/10cm,得黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层;
3)将低密度聚乙烯2420D、高融指线性低密度聚乙烯LM2320、包覆型二氧化钛、分散剂和抗氧剂1010按原料重量份比为5:30:50:1.5:1.5投入双螺杆造粒机中熔融挤出造粒,得光反射功能型母粒,备用;
4)将低密度聚乙烯2420D、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯LM2320、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒UV-3853和钛白粉按原料重量份比为80:20:8:10:5混炼,采用涂覆机在步骤2)所得的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上表面进行流延涂覆,控制流延膜的膜重为100g/m2,得白色光反射膜;
5)采用针辊针扎方式,由白色光反射膜至黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层方向针扎打孔,形成纵截面为倒梯形的有方向性的透气针孔,控制针孔大小为1.5mm,针孔密度为800个/10×10cm2,得实施例5透气反光防草地布成品。
实施例6
一种如实施例1所述的耐老化的透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)将高密度聚乙烯5000S、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和氰特3853按原料重量份比为100:6:4:6混炼,经单螺杆挤出机挤出成膜,以40℃水温冷却后切割成扁丝,经100℃拉伸,拉伸倍数为5倍,并在100℃定型处理,控制扁丝宽度为2.2mm、线密度为800旦尼尔,同时单丝抗拉强度≥0.38N/tex、伸长率30%、热收缩率小于2%,得编织扁丝;
2)采用六梭、八梭圆织机,将步骤1)所得编织扁丝编织成折径1.5m的布基,控制布基密度为80g/m2,布基扁丝经密度为28组/10cm、纬密度为20组/10cm,得黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层;
3)将低密度聚乙烯2420D、高融指线性低密度聚乙烯LM2320、包覆型二氧化钛、分散剂和抗氧剂168按原料重量份比为30:5:45:1:1投入双螺杆造粒机中熔融挤出造粒,得光反射功能型母粒,备用;
4)将低密度聚乙烯2420D、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯LM2320、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒UV-3853和钛白粉按原料重量份比为20:80:8:10:1混炼,采用涂覆机在步骤2)所得的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上表面进行流延涂覆,控制流延膜的膜重为20g/m2,得白色光反射膜;
5)采用针辊针扎方式,由白色光反射膜至黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层方向针扎打孔,形成纵截面为倒梯形的有方向性的透气针孔,控制针孔大小为1mm,针孔密度为700个/10×10cm2,得实施例6透气反光防草地布成品。
实施例7:性能检测
将实施例2~6所得的透气反光防草地布成品进行相关性能检测,其结果如下表1所示。

Claims (7)

1.一种透气反光防草地布,其特征在于:包括地布基体和均布设置在所述地布基体上的透气针孔,所述地布基体由黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层和涂覆热合在所述黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层上表面的白色光反射膜组成;
所述透气针孔的针孔大小为0.15~1.5mm,针孔密度为500~800个/10×10cm2
所述透气针孔的纵截面为倒梯形;
所述黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的布基密度为50~130g/m2,布基扁丝经密度为28~66组/10cm、纬密度为20~50组/10cm;
所述白色光反射膜的原料组分包括低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒和钛白粉;
所述光反射功能型母粒的原料组分包括低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、包覆型二氧化钛和助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气反光防草地布,其特征在于:所述白色光反射膜的膜重为20~100 g/m2
3.一种如权利要求1所述的透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
1)以高密度聚乙烯为主料,加入炭黑母粒,经熔融、拉丝处理制备得扁丝,通过圆织机将扁丝编织成布,得黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层;
2)以低密度聚乙烯和高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯为主料,加入光反射功能型母粒,经熔融,流延至步骤1)所得的黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的上表面,涂覆热合得白色光反射膜;
3)采用针扎方式,由白色光反射膜至黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层方向打孔,形成透气针孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述白色光反射膜的原料组分包括低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒和钛白粉,所述低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、光反射功能型母粒、防老化母粒和钛白粉原料重量份比为(20~80):(20~80):(8~25):(3~10):(1~5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述光反射功能型母粒的原料组分包括低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、包覆型二氧化钛和助剂,所述低密度聚乙烯、高熔指线性低密度聚乙烯、包覆型二氧化钛和助剂原料重量份比为(5~30):(5~30):(40~80):(1~3)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述包覆型二氧化钛为无机表面包覆二氧化钛。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种透气反光防草地布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述黑色高密度聚乙烯编织布基层的原料组分包括高密度聚乙烯、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和光稳定剂,所述高密度聚乙烯、碳酸钙母粒、炭黑母粒和光稳定剂原料重量份比为100:(2~10):(2~10):(2~8)。
