Abstract
本发明提供了一种新型密封蜡,包括高岭土,硅藻土,二甲基硅油乳化剂,溶剂油,石蜡,碳水化合物,水果香精,氧化铝混合物,高分子聚合物,其中,所述高分子聚合物包含聚醚、聚酯、聚硫橡胶,该密封蜡工艺简单,制作周期短,成品率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型密封蜡。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,制蜡行业得到快速发展,蜡不仅可以照明,而且可作为密封原料,因为其密封效果良好,污染小,进而被广泛应用,目前在制作密封蜡的过程中,由于工艺复杂,制作周期长,并且产品的次品率高,造成成本的增加,进而使得很多企业放弃生产密封蜡。
因此,怎样提供一种工艺简单,制作周期短,成品率高的密封蜡,是本发明所要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷和问题,本发明的目的是提供一种工艺简单,制作周期短,成品率高的密封蜡。
基于上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型密封蜡,包括高岭土,硅藻土,二甲基硅油乳化剂,溶剂油,石蜡,碳水化合物,水果香精,氧化铝混合物,高分子聚合物,其中,所述高分子聚合物包含聚醚、聚 酯、聚硫橡胶,按照质量份数计的如下原料:
高岭土10-20份,硅藻土5-10份 二甲基硅油乳化剂6-8份、溶剂油25-30 份,石蜡1-2份,碳水化合物20-30份,水果香精1-2份,氧化铝混合物0.5-1份,高分子聚合物20-30份,
进一步的,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:高岭土17份,硅藻土8份、二甲基硅油乳化剂7份、溶剂油25份、石蜡2份,碳水化合物20份,水果香精1.5份,氧化铝混合物0.8份,高分子聚合物20份。
进一步的,所述新型密封蜡方法,包括如 下步骤:
(1)取高岭土和硅藻土放入混合容器进行混合搅拌,之后,加入碳水化合物和溶剂油,继续搅拌,静放3-4min,放入乙醇溶液中密封溶解并加热, 加热温度为80-90℃,时间为1.5h;
(2)将上层清液倒入一烧杯;
(3)将上述清液沉淀12h,加入溶剂油、石蜡,水果香精,二甲基硅油乳化剂,氧化铝混合物0.8份,高分子聚合物20份,高速搅拌,得到胶体混合物。
(4)将胶体混合物在零下10°冷却。
本发明相对于现有技术,通过上述配方制得的密封蜡,可以使得缩短制作周期,且工艺简单,成品率高,为企业增加经济效益,保证密封蜡的市场供应,方便用户购买。

通过上述内容不难发现,由于本发明的新型密封蜡,包括高岭土,硅藻土,二甲基硅油乳化剂,溶剂油,石蜡,碳水化合物,水果香精,氧化铝混合物,高分子聚合物,其中,所述高分子聚合物包含聚醚、聚 酯、聚硫橡胶,可以使得缩短制作周期,且工艺简单,成品率高,为企业增加经济效益,保证密封蜡的市场供应,方便用户购买。
实施方式中的包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:

按照质量份数计的如下原料:高岭土19份,硅藻土8份、二甲基硅油乳化剂6份、溶剂油25份、石蜡1.5份,碳水化合物25份,水果香精1.8份,氧化铝混合物0.8份,高分子聚合物20份。
实施例4
按照质量份数计的如下原料:高岭土19份,硅藻土8份、二甲基硅油乳化剂6份、溶剂油25份、石蜡1.5份,碳水化合物20份,水果香精1.8份,氧化铝混合物1份,高分子聚合物22份。

1.一种新型密封蜡,其特征在于:包括高岭土,硅藻土,二甲基硅油乳化剂,溶剂油,石蜡,碳水化合物,水果香精,氧化铝混合物,高分子聚合物,其中,所述高分子聚合物包含聚醚、聚 酯、聚硫橡胶,按照质量份数计的如下原料:
高岭土10-20份,硅藻土5-10份 二甲基硅油乳化剂6-8份、溶剂油25-30 份,石蜡1-2份,碳水化合物20-30份,水果香精1-2份,氧化铝混合物0.5-1份,高分子聚合物20-30份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的新型密封蜡,其特征在于:所述新型密封蜡方法,包括如 下步骤:
(1)取高岭土和硅藻土放入混合容器进行混合搅拌,之后,加入碳水化合物和溶剂油,继续搅拌,静放3-4min,放入乙醇溶液中密封溶解并加热, 加热温度为80-90℃,时间为1.5h;
(2)将上层清液倒入一烧杯;
(3)将上述清液沉淀12h,加入溶剂油、石蜡,水果香精,二甲基硅油乳化剂,氧化铝混合物0.8份,高分子聚合物20份,高速搅拌,得到胶体混合物;
