Abstract

本发明属于人造石材技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌型人造石材及使用其的手术室墙板,所述人造石材包括如下重量份的各组分:不饱和聚酯树脂10‑30份、抗菌偶联剂1‑5份、石英粉30‑50份、氢氧化铝3‑10份、固化剂0.1‑2份、促进剂0.01‑0.5份。本发明的人造石材中添加了抗菌偶联剂,可以借助偶联剂将抗菌成分均匀地分散于人造石材中,起到良好的抗菌作用;抗菌偶联剂中具有邻苯基苯酚结构,具有良好的防霉抗菌作用,将其与硅烷偶联剂结合起来,有利于邻苯基苯酚结构在人造石材中的均匀分散,起到更好的抗菌作用,另外,该抗菌偶联剂中还含有双键,可以参与不饱和聚酯树脂的固化反应,形成化学键,使其牢固地存在于人造石材内,起到长效防霉抗菌的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于人造石材技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌型人造石材及使用其的手术室墙板。
背景技术
人造石材是以树脂为粘结剂,配以无机粉料,以及适量的其他助剂,经配料混合、瓷铸、振动压缩、挤压等方法成型固化制成的。与天然石材相比,人造石材具有色彩艳丽、光洁度高、颜色均匀一致、抗压耐磨、韧性好、结构致密、坚固耐用、比重轻、不吸水、耐侵蚀风化、色差小、不褪色、放射性低等优点。具有资源综合利用的优势,在环保节能方面具有不可低估的作用,也是名副其实的建材绿色环保产品。已成为现代建筑首选的饰面材料。
人造石材因其结实耐磨、美观、易打理,已被广泛用于手术室的墙板,由于手术室的特殊性,对卫生条件要求较高,开发出具有抗菌作用的人造石材用于手术室墙板是非常必要的。
发明内容
为了开发出一种具有抗菌作用且能够持久抗菌的人造石材,本发明公开了一种抗菌型人造石材及使用其的手术室墙板,该人造石材添加了抗菌偶联剂,该抗菌偶联剂有利于抗菌成分均匀分散在人造石材内,起到良好的抗菌作用,且抗菌成分可以通过偶联剂键合到体系中,能够持久抗菌。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗菌型人造石材,包括如下重量份的各组分:不饱和聚酯树脂10-30份、抗菌偶联剂1-5份、石英粉30-50份、氢氧化铝3-10份、固化剂0.1-2份、促进剂0.01-0.5份。
作为优选,上述抗菌偶联剂的结构式为:

所述抗菌偶联剂的制备方法为:
(1)加热条件下将4’-苯基苯胺-2-醇溶于过量的2,5-己二烯醇中,并加入适量的锡催化剂,搅拌下加热至160℃进行缩合反应,过量的2,5-己二烯醇和反应生成的水不断蒸出,烯丙醇冷凝后回流至反应釜内继续参与反应,当不再有水或只有少量水生成时,结束反应,压滤回收催化剂,滤液经减压蒸馏分离出未反应的原料,得到产物I,反应方程式如下:

(2)将产物I溶于DMF中,然后与三乙氧基硅烷共同加入到反应釜内(产物I与三乙氧基硅烷的摩尔比为1:1),并加入0.2wt%左右的铂催化剂,90℃下搅拌反应8-10h,压滤去除催化剂,蒸馏出DMF,得到产物II(即抗菌偶联剂),反应方程式如下:

作为优选,上述不饱和聚酯树脂为含氟不饱和聚酯树脂。
作为优选,上述石英粉的粒径为400-1000目。
作为优选,上述氢氧化铝的粒径为1500-2000目。
作为优选,上述固化剂为过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮、过氧化二乙基己酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种。
作为优选,上述促进剂为环烷酸钴、异辛酸钴中的一种或两种。
作为优选,上述抗菌型人造石材还包括颜料0.1-1份,所述颜料为铁红、铁黄、酞青蓝、酞青绿中的一种或几种。
作为优选,上述抗菌型人造石材,由如下方法制备而成:
(1)按比例称取各组分,先将不饱和聚酯树脂、抗菌偶联剂加入反应釜内,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(2)先向步骤(1)获得的混合物中加入氢氧化铝,搅拌20-30min,然后再加入其余组分,混合均匀,得到人造石材混合料;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的混合料倒入模具中,压制后加热固化,即得抗菌型人造石材。
一种使用抗菌型人造石材的手术室墙板,其特征在于:包括由外形内依次设置的人造石材板、第一金属板、波纹形支撑板和第二金属板。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:(1)本发明的人造石材中添加了抗菌偶联剂,可以借助偶联剂将抗菌成分均匀地分散于人造石材中,起到良好的抗菌作用;
(2)本发明的抗菌偶联剂中具有邻苯基苯酚结构,具有良好的防霉抗菌作用,是果蔬领域常用的防霉抗菌成分,将其与硅烷偶联剂结合起来,有利于邻苯基苯酚结构在人造石材中的均匀分散,起到更好的抗菌作用,另外,该抗菌偶联剂中还含有双键,可以参与不饱和聚酯树脂的固化反应,形成化学键,使其牢固地存在于人造石材内,避免在长期使用后,尤其是橱柜台面受热后,小分子抗菌剂在体系内迁移或析出而降低或失去抗菌效果的情况发生,起到长效防霉抗菌的作用;
(3)本发明中的树脂为含氟不饱和聚酯树脂,氟的超低表面能有利于提高人造石材的耐沾污性能。

具体实施方式
现在结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
抗菌型人造石材由如下方法制备而成:
(1)按比例称取各组分,先将不饱和聚酯树脂、抗菌偶联剂加入反应釜内,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(2)先向步骤(1)获得的混合物中加入氢氧化铝,搅拌20-30min,然后再加入其余组分,混合均匀,得到人造石材混合料;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的混合料倒入模具中,压制后加热固化,即得抗菌型人造石材。
实施例1-5和对比例1-4中各组分及其用量见表1。

一种使用本发明抗菌型人造石材的手术室墙板,如图1所示,包括由外形内依次设置的人造石材板1、第一金属板2、波纹形支撑板3和第二金属板4。由于人造石材的强度较大,利用人造石材制作的墙板强度较高,而采用波纹形支撑板减小了墙板自身的重力。在具体实施例中,波纹形支撑板3可以是梯形波板、正弦波板或脉冲波板。

1.一种抗菌型人造石材,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的各组分:不饱和聚酯树脂10-30份、抗菌偶联剂1-5份、石英粉30-50份、氢氧化铝3-10份、固化剂0.1-2份、促进剂0.01-0.5份;
所述不饱和聚酯树脂为含氟不饱和聚酯树脂;
所述抗菌偶联剂的结构式为:

2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型人造石材,其特征在于:所述石英粉的粒径为400-1000目。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型人造石材,其特征在于:所述氢氧化铝的粒径为1500-2000目。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型人造石材,其特征在于:所述固化剂为过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮、过氧化二乙基己酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型人造石材,其特征在于:所述促进剂为环烷酸钴、异辛酸钴中的一种或两种。
6.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型人造石材,其特征在于:还包括颜料0.1-1份,所述颜料为铁红、铁黄、酞青蓝、酞青绿中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型人造石材,其特征在于:由如下方法制备而成:
(1)按比例称取各组分,先将不饱和聚酯树脂、抗菌偶联剂加入反应釜内,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(2)先向步骤(1)获得的混合物中加入氢氧化铝,搅拌20-30min,然后再加入其余组分,混合均匀,得到人造石材混合料;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的混合料倒入模具中,压制后加热固化,即得抗菌型人造石材。
8.一种使用如权利要求1-7任一项所述抗菌型人造石材的手术室墙板,其特征在于:包括由外向内依次设置的人造石材板(1)、第一金属板(2)、波纹形支撑板(3)和第二金属板(4)。
