Application example 1
Skin lightening creams prepared using the skin lightening composition prepared in example 1 of the present invention were prepared from the components in the mass percentages indicated in table 4 (i.e. the numbers in the table represent the weight percentage, for example 1 for 1%).

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding the component A into an emulsifying pot, and stirring and dissolving the component A uniformly at 80 ℃;
(2) Adding the component B into an oil phase pot, and stirring and dissolving the component B uniformly at 80 ℃;
(3) Adding the component B into an emulsifying pot at 80 ℃, homogenizing and emulsifying at 9000rpm for 3 minutes, and keeping the temperature for 10 minutes;

Test example 4
Measurement of depigmenting ability
150 volunteers with healthy skin and no allergy history of skin care products are selected and divided into 15 groups, 10 persons in each group are respectively coated with the skin brightening cream prepared in application examples 1-7 and the cream prepared in application comparative examples 1-8. It is applied in the morning and evening for 2 months, and can be prevented from being washed off by water after application. The melanin content in the skin was examined with MX18 skin melanin tester before use and after every 1 week, respectively.
The rate of change of skin melanin was calculated as follows: melanin reduction rate = (1-skin melanin content measured after sample application/skin melanin content measured before sample application) × 100%, and the melanin reduction rate test results of the skin-lightening cream prepared in application examples 1 to 7 applied and the cream prepared in application comparative examples 1 to 8 are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from the test data in table 5, each application example and each application comparative example have an average melanin reduction effect, and the melanin reduction rate of the application examples is higher, and after 8 weeks of use, the melanin reduction rate is over 13.42%, so that the melanin reduction effect of the skin lightening composition added into cosmetics is better than that of a composition with a single component or without any active component on the whole, which indicates that the four active components of the skin lightening composition cooperate with each other, and after synergistic interaction, the skin lightening composition can play a role in improving pigmentation, so that the skin lightening effect is more durably and effectively achieved.
Test example 5
Consumer sensory evaluation test
In order to evaluate the actual using effect of the skin brightening composition, the skin brightening cream prepared in application examples 1-7, the cream prepared in application comparative examples 1-8 and the commercially available skin care cream with the effects of resisting oxidation and brightening skin color are taken as test samples, 320 volunteers are selected for sensory evaluation test and divided into 16 groups, 20 people in each group are respectively tested, the test items are the brightening skin color, the lightening pigment, the mildness and the overall effect evaluation of the product, the test items are respectively used for 1 time in the morning and at night every day, the test period is 2 months, and the test values indicate the number of volunteer subjects which can recognize the corresponding product. The test results are shown in table 6:

As can be seen from the test results in table 4, the results of sensory evaluation of the skin-lightening cream prepared in application examples 1 to 7, the cream prepared in application comparative examples 1 to 8, and the commercially available skin-care cream with antioxidant and skin color-lightening effects show that the cream added with the skin-lightening composition of the present invention has higher evaluation, and simultaneously, the cream has higher mildness in addition to the skin-lightening effect, and does not cause adverse effects on the skin. In summary, the use effect of the cream added with the skin brightening composition is better, and the use angle of consumers further verifies that the skin brightening composition plays a role in four aspects of improving the healthy circulation of skin, clearing free radicals in vivo, improving pigmentation and moisturizing skin through the synergistic interaction of all functional components, so that the skin brightening effect is achieved more durably and effectively.
According to the evaluation results, the skin brightening composition disclosed by the invention achieves a more remarkable skin brightening effect than a single component through scientific proportioning of the functional components. The actual use of consumers proves that the composition has the obvious and excellent effects of brightening the skin color and lightening the pigment, and compared with similar products sold in the market, the consumer acceptance degree is higher.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to show the skin lightening composition of the present invention, the preparation method and the application thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, it does not mean that the present invention must be implemented by the above examples. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of selected materials and additions of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes and the like, which are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention, are contemplated by the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. The skin brightening composition with the hydroxyl radical clearance rate of more than 96.24 percent is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 8-10% of hop extract, 52-55% of nicotinamide, 12-15% of anthocyanin and the balance of rose water; the anthocyanin is grape anthocyanin;
the mass percentage concentration of the rose essential oil in the rose water is 0.01-0.1%;
the skin lightening composition is prepared by the following method:
adding flos Lupuli extract, anthocyanin and nicotinamide into flos Rosae Rugosae water, mixing at 20-40 deg.C for 10-30min, and making into the skin brightening composition.
2. The skin rejuvenating composition as defined in claim 1, wherein the rose essential oil is present in the rose water at a concentration of 0.02 to 0.03% by weight.
3. A method of making a skin lightening composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the method of making is: adding flos Lupuli extract, anthocyanin and nicotinamide into flos Rosae Rugosae water, mixing at 20-40 deg.C for 10-30min, and making into the skin brightening composition.
4. Use of a skin lightening composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2 in the preparation of a cosmetic product.
5. A cosmetic comprising the skin lightening composition of any one of claims 1 to 2.
6. The cosmetic of claim 5, wherein the skin lightening composition is added in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by weight of the total weight of the cosmetic.
7. The cosmetic of claim 5, wherein the skin lightening composition is added in an amount of 1 to 5% by weight of the total weight of the cosmetic.
8. The cosmetic according to claim 5, wherein the cosmetic comprises a lotion, essence, skin care emulsion, skin cream, skin gel, mask or foundation.
