Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foods, and particularly relates to a nutritional composition for preventing alopecia, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous acceleration of the pace of life and work of people and unhealthy life style, the phenomenon of alopecia is more and more common. Studies have shown that factors causing alopecia mainly include: genetic, mental stress, overwork, chronic insomnia, nutritional deficiencies, etc., and hair loss caused by frequent hair dyeing, chronic exposure to chemical drugs, physical radiation, etc. The hair loss has more and more influence on the life of people, and the hair loss patient bears the pressure on life and psychology at the same time, thereby influencing the quality of life to a great extent.
The alopecia is generally divided into seborrheic alopecia and alopecia caused by nutritional deficiency, wherein the seborrheic alopecia, also called androgenetic alopecia, is more common for male patients, and researches show that the alopecia is related to the level of male hormones in vivo, mainly because testosterone secreted by testis reaches hair bulb cells in hair follicles along with blood circulation and enters cytoplasm through cell membranes, while 5 alpha-reductase in cytoplasm reacts with testosterone to generate DHT, and the DHT enters into cell nucleus and acts on the metabolic system of cells, so that the growth period of the hair is shortened, and the hair enters into the resting period in advance, and further the alopecia is caused; alopecia caused by nutritional deficiency is mainly caused by insufficient nutrient intake due to irregular diet or long-term bad working and resting habits, for example, the deficiency of nutrient substances such as protein, heat, vitamins and trace elements can affect the biochemistry, energy metabolism, immunity and repair of hair follicles, and further cause alopecia.
At present, many research reports on products for treating alopecia are reported, but most of the products aim at seborrheic alopecia, for example, the most commonly used medicines for treating seborrheic alopecia at present comprise minoxidil and finasteride, through long-term clinical application, although the medicines have good effects, the side effects are many, the applicable population is few, and the medicines can be used in large quantities for a long time, women use finasteride to cause high risk of embryonic congenital malformation, and men use the medicines to cause side effects such as hyposexuality, impotence and the like; chinese patent document CN102000153B discloses a hair growth promoting solution, which has a certain effect on alopecia caused by seborrheic alopecia, but cannot solve alopecia caused by nutritional deficiency.
